Le strutture sono ben tenute, le camere pulite e ordinate e la connessione internet stabile e fluida. La posizione è superba, vicino all'ingresso dell'area panoramica, con un'ampia varietà di ristoranti nelle vicinanze, il che rende facile trovare qualcosa da mangiare a pochi passi. I trasporti sono estremamente comodi, con facile accesso ad autobus e metropolitana, e la stazione principale degli autobus non è lontana. Inoltre, l'ambiente è eccezionalmente tranquillo; anche le camere che si affacciano sulla strada sono praticamente insonorizzate. Insieme alla comoda biancheria da letto, si può dormire bene ogni notte. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, e l'ho già consigliato ad amici!

The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

Der Service beim Frühstück sowie im Barbereich war leider enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass sich das Barpersonal offen über andere Gäste beschwert hat, die Cocktails bestellt haben. Ein solches Verhalten wirkt äußerst unprofessionell und hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck. Insgesamt erschien das Auftreten in diesen Bereichen eher unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal im Parkservice und beim Check-in. Dieses war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Leider konnte dieser gute Eindruck die negativen Erfahrungen im Servicebereich nicht vollständig ausgleichen.

Hotel is in a central location. It is on the edge of the old town. Hotel is 5 mins walk from Leipzig central train station and tramway and bus. At the central train station, you have fast food outlets like McDonald's, Pizza Hut. Subway, Burger King and local German eateries selling bread, fish and chips, sausage, meatloaf, pig shank and bakery. Central Station has 2 supermarkets - Rewe and Aldi. Next door to the hotel is Bruhl Arcade which has restaurants and Lidl supermarket. Room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, washing machine and hot plate with pots & pans. Bed is comfortable. TV has english channels.

Visita l'hotel e ha avuto una così piacevole ed positiva esperienza. Sono stato benvenuto al check-in, con una persona amichevole e gentile. Ho avuto una stanza che guardava la piazza centrale, e la stanza era grande. Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli, con accesso a una cucina. Per la posizione, il costo e la qualità del servizio e l'hotel, consiglierei molto questo hotel.

Radisson ha lanciato una nuova strategia che offre meno pulizia e servizi rispettosi dell'ambiente. Letto non viene fatto, pulito solo ogni 3 giorni, non viene riempito e guardare. Naturalmente, si può registrare alla reception, poi viene anche (in realtà ) qualcuno. Ma non sempre funziona. La ricezione, a sua volta, non è raggiungibile telefonicamente. Quando si scende, spesso si vede solo un dipendente che è completamente sovraccarico. Il servizio nel ristorante vicino è semplicemente cattivo. Chiuso per giorni - non si può mangiare o bere, anche se viene promosso. Il personale era molto inamichevole, ma può succedere. Il servizio per la colazione era molto buono. In conclusione, come passeggero di molti, non mi piacerebbe mai più scegliere questo hotel, non consigliarlo mai e sono davvero arrabbiato.

L'hotel è davvero buono situato circa 10-15min a piedi dalla stazione centrale, ma ci sono anche 2 linee tram che vi portano più vicino, che è un grande plus. Le strutture sono spaziali, pulite e confortevoli! Inoltre hanno le luci per immagazzinare il bagaglio. Il personale era molto bello, sarebbe rimasto lì! :)

Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher, ausreichend Handtücher und verschiedene Kleinigkeiten wie Tee und Kaffee. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Box mit Wattepads und Ohrstäbchen – es ist schön, wenn solche praktischen Sachen im Zimmer vorhanden sind. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls geräumig und komfortabel. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Geruch im Zimmer, der an etwas Altes erinnerte. Aber nach ein wenig Lüften war der Raum viel angenehmer.
