We stay in 4 people Japanese style ocean view. The room is too old and small, stains on wall and closet door. The bed is thinner than expected. Buffet breakfast has not much choice, swimming pools and many other things have to pay extra. All staff are nice except one guy in the game room area is very rude! Outdoor hot spring have many insects and have to walk stairs . Overall the stay is unpleasant.

We absolutely cannot contain our elation when recalling our recent stay at this remarkable hotel. From the moment we stepped into the elevator adorned with personalized name cards, my husband and I were enveloped in the warm embrace of hospitality. The attention to detail and the genuine kindness of the staff made us feel like VIP guests. They also thoughtfully provided a bucket for us to indulge in the glowing enchantment of firecrackers and even tidied the mess up afterwards. But the best memory of our stay here was definitely the culinary experience given by the chef extraordinaire — Master Chef Matsuki. His creations were nothing short of a gastronomic revelation. Each dish was a testament to his unwavering dedication and profound respect for the ingredients. Oh, the flavors — titillating all our taste buds in every bite. And the generosity of Chef Matsuki in sharing his culinary wisdom, guiding us on how to savor each morsel, elevated the entire dining experience to sheer perfection. The language barrier was no obstacle to the remarkable team of staff members who graced us with their presence. Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for. I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. This hotel has set the bar impossibly high, redefining the meaning of hospitality and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. So if you seek a hotel experience that transcends mere accommodation and transforms into a symphony of opulence, impeccable service, and culinary artistry, then look no further. Ero molto preoccupato per l'esterno perché era un cantiere che stava cadendo a pezzi, ma l'interno andava bene. Si dice che si trattasse di un progetto di ristrutturazione esterna. Questa è una sistemazione termale ordinata. L'onsen era nella media ma il riso era molto buono! Vorrei anche ringraziare lo staff per essere stato attento a me come straniero in visita da solo per la prima volta.

- nicely designed and well maintained hotel, very quiet - away from the Main Street, not very convenient, shuttle bus is very limited, only two in the morning to the train station, you have to book in advance - no gym or pool or a la carte restaurant options - great ocean view from the room, lobby and Onsen - service was subpar, the onsen floor was slippery, I fell and injured my hand and feet, had two medicated plasters from the reception and that was it - lots of people were taking photos in the mixed bath onsen???

Siamo stati in una stanza al secondo piano, con colazione. La stanza era piccola, fortunatamente non avevamo molto bagagli, in generale era pulita.Non c’era bagno/duche in camera, che sapevamo quando prenotavamo, ma non ci aspettava che ci fosse un bagno o nemmeno un bagno in camera. Non ci sono così tanti bagni in ogni piano e dovrai camminare un po' giusto, quindi se tu o la tua famiglia dovete usare il bagno alla notte, allora dovresti pensare di nuovo. La zona del cieco è pulita ma non troppo grande, e quando sono andato era piena di gente, quindi se ti piace la privacy, allora dovrai andare molto presto o molto tardi alla notte.

Tranquillo, verde e confortevole. L'hotel dispone di un servizio navetta che può essere inviato alla vicina stazione degli autobus. Molti camerieri sono taiwanesi, quindi la comunicazione è molto comoda. L'hotel si affaccia sul fiume e le montagne sono verdi fuori dalla finestra. Puoi vedere la vista del fiume e le persone occasionali che giocano nell'acqua. La camera in stile giapponese non è piccola, ha un senso di storia ma è pulita e ordinata. Oltre al menu fisso di manzo, la cena a buffet offre anche tempura self-service, pesce di fiume alla griglia, crocchette di pollo, sushi, riso ochazuke, soba noodles, dessert e frutta. La varietà e i contorni sono ricchi, così come il vino l'elenco prevede bevande generali e specialità locali, da degustare. Gli asciugamani da bagno vengono forniti nello stabilimento balneare, e per gli ospiti che non portano il costume da bagno vengono forniti anche semplici costumi da bagno, in modo che possano fare il bagno a qualsiasi ora. Per sperimentare lo scavo di sorgenti termali, puoi prendere in prestito una pala dalla reception, camminare lungo il fiume per 10 minuti per raggiungere la sorgente termale e scavare tu stesso la *piscina termale in pietra, oppure puoi prenderne in prestito una scavata da qualcun altro per ripararla Esso. Presta attenzione alla regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua. L'acqua del fiume è fresca e l'acqua della sorgente termale è leggermente torbida e odora di zolfo. Solo mescolandola efficacemente puoi goderti la sorgente termale. Di notte potete sdraiarvi nella sorgente termale e osservare le stelle. I dintorni sono tranquilli e si sente solo il rumore dell'acqua. Accanto c'è una grande sorgente termale che è aperta solo in inverno e ci saranno attività luminose. Anche la colazione è a buffet, leggermente meno variata rispetto alla cena. Peccato che non ci siano uova crude mescolate con riso. L'hotel ha un buon ambiente e una buona esperienza prenderò in considerazione questo posto se dovessi tornare.

Loved this hotel so much! There are 5 different onsens (including two amazing cave onsens) and a garden and a deck at level 30+ and restaurants, souvenir shops and a Lawsons in the hotel itself. The downside is that it is only reachable by a short boat ride on a very adorable turtle boat from 7 to 7 at certain intervals so you’ll need to time your itineraries very precisely. However, I did enjoy coming back earlier from a long day of hiking at Kumano Kodo and relaxing in the different onsens, which were a big highlight of my trip. Also make sure to dine at Ihura Sushi at Kii-Katsuura, which has amazing sushi.

This is our last stay of our Kumano hiking. Since it was winter, not that many guests. There are a few toilets and face washing areas. We had a cozy stay. The location is very close to the JR station. The other side of the JR station is full of restaurants. We decided to rent a car to travel along the coastal area then back to Wakayama the next day. Toyota-a-car is the only car rental shop to allow us to do so, which is also extremely close to this accommodation.  Just 5 mins walk. You’ll have to book to use the onsen. The water is hot enough to save my legs after a long hiking day. Value  for money, highly recommended.

Ho avuto una grande esperienza di soggiornare in questo hotel! La vista dalla nostra stanza era sorprendente e ci piaceva soprattutto la notte privata, che ci permetteva di rilassarci mentre guardava l'incredibile sorgere del sole. La posizione dell'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia, il che significa che è necessario salire su una cortina per arrivarci. È anche molto lontano dalla stazione JR, e l'unico trasporto pubblico disponibile è un autobus 30-minute. Inoltre, non ci sono ristoranti o negozi di comodità vicino, quindi potresti voler pianificare la cena.
