Very nice place,strategic places for people who comes to shopping. This hotel is in the building so it is really to access from hotel to mall. Theres also a lot restaurant and street food which is easy to get when your stomach is hungry.

Nice place to sleep and near shopping centre in Jakarta.

Ok. Location is good. In the same building with Thamrin City & Pasar Tasik. However, we been given 1 double bed instead of 2 single bed that has been choose.

Totally dissapointed on the facilities. Is there only 2 irons in the entire hotel.. they should improve their facilities.. Tolong diperbaiki dari segi kemudahan bagi pengunjung..

Convenience hotel if you go to jakarta. Thamrin city , the big shopping centre in jakarta is just downstairs from amaris. Stay 1 night at amaris before headed to bandung by whoosh

Nice bed, delicious breakfast, just beside the mall for shopping, massage and resto..value for money, sure will come again when visit Jakarta..

Great location, great service by the staff. They change wifi password everyday. So u need to call them and ask for the new password. Breakfast provided is delicious. This is my third time staying at this hotel. No minibar and iron inside the room.

I am a solo traveler and at first I didn't like it when during check-in I was given the room at the very end of the corner but after the next day I felt comfortable because I didn't have to hear the noise from other rooms and the walkway area in front of the room, the staff service was also good, The breakfast is also worth the price I paid

Very good location near to plaza indonesia and grand plaza just a walking distance also same building with thamrin mall.

Bed wasn't clean enough. They got water dispensers. Staff were good.

The location is good, easy to go shopping since the mall just below the hotel. It is also close to the rest of attractions near to Jakarta centre. There are also lot of restaurants and coffee shops near. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also decent. But in terms of cleanliness, not so good. The room smells of cigarettes smoke even though the hotel has no smoking policy. This is because the smoke came from outside the window. There are even roaches in the room, and not suggested to leave your food in the room since the roaches might contaminate the food. The services provided by the hotel is good. Iron and hair dryer are upon request. The bathroom is okay.
