Great 2nd stay. Very clean and big indoor and outdoor osen. Nice Mountain View and thankful to the hotel for giving me the highest floor on both stay. Shuttle departs from hotel/Takayama train station hourly. Driver is very polite and on time. Delicious food and drinks at the lounge at level one. Good for family and other travellers who like nature spacious rooms.

The staff welcomed us at the hotel entrance and helped us check in the hotel quickly. The staff was very helpful in explaining the hotel layout and where our meals would take place, and made sure we understood before leaving. The dinner and breakfast service were amazing, the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. Their hotel has an outdoor foot bath with towels provided which I enjoyed immensely. The hotel is very clean and has shuttle service which was convenient since it is on a hill. We enjoyed our stay very much.

La casa del lago è bella, la stanza è pulita e confortevole, vivere due notti, la colazione e la cena sono molte scelte, il gusto è buono, può gustare i prodotti locali speciali, la seconda sera è più ricca della prima sera

Questo posto è fantastico; la camera è molto spaziosa e praticamente ottieni un'unità di dimensioni condominiali con 1 camera da letto; il design n deco è unico nel suo genere; intero resort tatami progettato: niente scarpe per il tuo soggiorno lì; il personale è gentile; il cibo? è davvero perfetto e sontuoso, darò 2 pollici in su e tornerò presto: Shirakawa-go è bellissimo?

L'hotel è molto caratteristico, ha 170 anni di storia! Il giorno in cui si occupava del soggiorno, l'hotel ha inviato una zuppa di torta rossa.La stanza è molto comoda, la camera da letto ha un ventilatore privato, che può essere caldo in qualsiasi momento. La colazione e la cena sono molto caratteristiche. La cena è di pietra, ci sono deliziosi buffoni volanti, ogni pasto è molto buono. Il capo sarà anche qui per aiutarci a fotografare e stampare foto per me il giorno dopo!In sintesi, tuttavia, l'hotel vive molto comodo, il servizio è molto soddisfatto e intimo!

Love their hotel size, amenities. The onsen, providing Kose sekkisei products for guests, was a bonus! Pola hair products were amazing, too. Laundry self-help room is situated at level 1 which was really thoughtful, and they have free flow sake, soft drinks and small selection of snacks. Another bonus! Location I can see why this new hotel is popular. It is just mins walk to old town and restaurants. Menya Shirakawa a short 5 mins stroll away and also short 3 min walk from Takayama station, if you arrive by train and bus station.

Molto bel hotel e grande posizione. Ho avuto fortuna di avere l'ultimo parcheggio che non è ancora prenotato. Non sono riuscito a provare l'incontro privato perché non ho prenotato in anticipo. Certamente prenoterò questo hotel di nuovo se vado a Takayama in futuro.

Il servizio è stato eccellente. Voglio in particolare lodare la signora del desk front that day, perché abbiamo perso qualcosa nell'hotel precedente la notte precedente, e il servizio telefonico dell'hotel poteva solo parlare giapponese, quindi non potevamo comunicare. La signora del desk front di questo hotel era molto paziente nel aiutarci. Ci ha preso molto tempo, ma era sempre molto entusiasta. L'hotel offre anche fonti calde all'interno e all'aperto, e il ristorante dell'hotel serve anche buon cibo. Il colazione mattina è stato anche delizioso con molta varietà. Era una piacevole esperienza di soggiorno.

È un grande hotel di onsen e vicino alla stazione e alla strada shopping. Tutto è molto organizzato per il tempo caldo di primavera, cena e colazione. La mia famiglia e io abbiamo goduto molto di queste tre diverse strutture calde di primavera. L'hotel offre un autobus gratuito per la prenotazione e non è richiesta alcuna prenotazione.

Arrived at 12pm and room was ready to check in. But too bad i had to eat lunch and travel around first before checking in so i couldnt enjoy the early check in. Take note no car park onsite, and have to park at the public carparks. But overall the room was well renovated, clean, cosy bed was comfortable and worth the price. Staff was friendly too
