Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in un ostello giovanile che si è dimostrato davvero per le sue eccezionali qualità. La sua posizione, in una zona residenziale, è stata incredibilmente conveniente, offrendo un tranquillo ritiro solo una bicicletta di distanza dal centro della città, senza 10 minuti per essere esattamente. L'ostello è gestito da un bellissimo coppia la cui ospitezia non conosceva alcun limite, che non solo erano disposti ad aiutare con qualsiasi problema che si è verificato, ma anche andavano oltre e oltre fornendo biciclette. Questo pensiero ha notevolmente migliorato la mia mobilità intorno a Houston, permettendomi di raggiungere rapidamente diversi destinazioni. Quello che ha messo a parte questo ostello è stato l'attenzione al dettaglio e la gamma di servizi complimentari, tra cui biscotti, latte, cereali, caffè e tè. La pulizia e la tecnologia intelligente in tutta la casa hanno contribuito a un soggiorno senza saldatura, rendendolo la migliore esperienza di ostello che abbia mai avuto. Le toletta in forma di svana sono un testamento per la dedizione dei proprietari al dettaglio, aggiungendo un toccante di eleganza e cura. Il caldo del posto era simile a essere a casa, con i proprietari sempre pronti a chattare, disposti a rispondere alle domande, e a condividere le loro storie e esperienze. Uno dei punti di attenzione per me è stato la mappa del mondo sulla parete della sala da soggiorno, dove gli ospiti potrebbero pin i loro paesi di origine, un modo divertente e interattivo per collegarsi con i viaggiatori. In sintesi, questo ostello era più che un posto per soggiornare; si sentiva come una casa, o forse più accuratamente, un soggiorno. E' senza dubbio il miglior ostello che abbia mai soggiornato in tutto il mondo, mescolando il comfort di una casa con lo spirito avventuroso di un ostello.

Ho programmato un soggiorno alla data sbagliata. Il manager mi ha pagato cinque dollari. Non un grande sconto, ma ogni cosa aiuta. La stanza era molto pulita, anche se aveva un forte odore di biancheria. Molti contraenti e le loro famiglie si trovano all'hotel e parlano fuori dalla nostra porta fino a tardi e al prossimo pomeriggio.

This was the cleanest and nicest experience I have ever had at a budget motel. The staff was really nice. It was a very busy weekend for the town (George Strait) and I don't think they were used to being fully booked up on one night and having to turn over the entire hotel for the next night being booked up with new guests. We arrived a little after check out and they didn't have a room quite ready yet, but we didn't have to wait long and they were very nice and apologetic about it. The property has clearly been renovated recently and was very clean. I share the same complaint as other reviews regarding the shower not having a door, curtain, or lip to catch the water and heat. We just kept the door shut and put a towel down and it wasn't that big of a deal, but definitely a design flaw. The door into the room also had some fitting issues. There were clear gaps. Luckily, this didn't cause any safety, noise, or temperature control issues, but again this was a clear design / fitting issue. Loved that they had a Firestick TV in the room and I was able to sign into my streaming services, because who watches live TV anymore? JK JK. We were right next to the highway, so you could hear cars passing by. If you like white noise while sleeping, this is a great substitute, but if you need dead quite, they offer free earplugs at the desk! The bed was not the best, but all-in-all this was a good place to hang your hat and call home for a night.

Impianti: il vento elettrico è cattivo, non c'è ricambio, l'hotel è vecchio. Igiene: i capelli sono un po'sudditi, non molto buoni, le tende sono molto sporche. Ambiente: vicino alla strada, il suono è molto alto. Servizio: la colazione è latte di grano, non c'è servizio.

You get what you pay for. The building is old with cracks and wear and tear. My door's frame looked like someone had kicked it in at one point. The tv worked to let me see tubi at least but kept shutting off at 11:30 pm. It had no pests but I did find a spider just before I left the hotel room on my checkout day. It's located near the beach and a walk of about 15 minutes from the lexignton and the state aquarium. No food no room service but I knew that going in. I will say the ac worked very well and I had to turn it up to avoid being frozen to death, although everytime it stoped it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room. Freaked me out at first until I realised what it was. Building also seems to be off center due to age. They are developing the area so maybe the owners will sell it once the land's price goes up. All in all if you are looking for a cheap place this is the place for you.

Una delle migliori località di tutta la Padre del Sud. La porta della mia stanza era letteralmente solo passi dalla spiaggia con parcheggio proprio vicino. Questo rendeva molto facile venire e andare senza ascensori o lunghe passeggiate verso la zona di parcheggio. Sulla parte inferiore, c’erano persone sul ponte frontale condiviso fino a mezzanotte, in fila, e non erano troppo rumorosi, ma hanno giocato tutto il tempo. Avrei potuto farlo senza di ciò, ma non era sufficiente per evitare che io divertissimi. Se la pace e la solitudine sono ciò che avete bisogno, probabilmente dovreste considerare di rimanere altrove. Altrimenti, questo è un luogo ideale a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Non ho visitato il bar e non c'era servizio alimentare disponibile al momento del mio soggiorno.
