I lavoratori erano amici per la maggior parte e la struttura non era male. Il mio ragazzo e io rimasi riservato una stanza per tre notti. Immagino che, visto che eravamo rimasti tre notti, la custodia non doveva pulire la nostra stanza, che era buona. Non ci importavamo, ma sono andato a chiedere a un membro del personale di prendere i vestiti e le foglie fresche. Quando stavo cambiando le foglie, ho notato un enorme bug!! Così ho dovuto guardare nella mattresse trovando tre bug vivi. Li ho uccisi e li ho mostrati alla signora al mio ufficio. Ovviamente, mi sono davvero sconvolto e non riuscivo a dormire per il resto della notte. Finalmente ho smesso di cercare di dormire e ho appena controllato alle 5. Avrei dovuto andare prima di questo, ma non volevo andare in quella parte di Nashville così presto al mattino, quindi mi aspettai fino al giorno prima di partire. Il membro del personale non mi offriva di darmi una nuova stanza o di rimborsare i miei soldi. Ha detto di lasciare che il suo capo lo sapesse. Non ha nemmeno cercato di scusarmi per conto dell'hotel. Sono molto deluso dal modo in cui il dipendente gestisce la situazione. Così disgustoso come sono i bug, avrei capito se avesse agito anche come se fosse curata. Tutto quello che ha detto era che probabilmente era perché avevano un esterminatore lì fuori la settimana prima, e probabilmente era solo rimasto da un esterminatore che sprayeva e sconvolgeva le cose. Vado a chiamare e a parlare con il direttore lunedì per assicurarsi che sia consapevole della situazione e gli dica che il suo dipendente non ha gestito la situazione correttamente. L'unica ragione per cui rimango lì è perché non potevo andarmene a metà della notte e anche perché non volevo pagare per una stanza in una stanza diversa quando l'avevo già pagata. Il tempo è difficile e mio marito e io abbiamo appena visitato la famiglia. Non potevamo permetterci di gettare soldi intorno e andare in una stanza alberghiera diversa.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

È stato bello per il prezzo il letto era comodo.. l'unica cosa che non funzionava il frigo, ma è stata buona.

Camera pulita. Nessun vestito o altro tipo di cassaforte per sconfezionare i vestiti; pendenti disponibili, insieme a tavolo/ferro. Asciugacapelli. Nessuna microonde, anche se una foto nella stanza di picco ho visto. Caffè adeguato ma potrebbe essere più bello. Le toletrici sono state fornite (utilizzazione singola). Personale amichevole e utile. Non è possibile collegare con Wifi; deve usare la password dell'hotel admin che hanno fornito. La macchina del ghiaccio sul mio pavimento non ha funzionato, facile accesso ad un'altra unità sull'altro pavimento tramite ascensore. Camminare a piedi a Shuttle City e a diversi ristoranti e caffè molto buoni. La decorazione è quasi mezzo secolo moderno. Piccolo ufficio e sedia a rotelle, ma nessun altro seggio aggiuntivo, eccetto sul letto. Piccolo vinile ”ottomano” (come usare?). Unità di riscaldamento/AC efficiente e tranquillo? Aveva solo un modo fan per la circolazione dell'aria che era bello. Vista delle camere bloccata da pilastri strutturali; non volevo disturbare le camere di cambiamento; sulla vista posteriore, avrei dovuto passare alla ”vista di piscina” invece di ”vista di città”.

The hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage. The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.

I had a great time peaceful I was able to get some great sleep and the room was very neat and clean smell fresh the staff members were very polite I loved my stay at the hotel

When we checked in they f are lied to tell us that the maintenance man was working on the sprinkling system. We awoke to a wet bed and floor! They moved us to another room which smelled funny. We had our kittens with us and the guy at the desk gave us a hard time about having two saying we needed to lay $15. Per night for the second kitten! Then the second night when we came back after going out to dinner with family, we were locked out of our room! The key card would not work! The people who operate this hotel seem a bit strange! I won’t be staying there again!

I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Within walking distance to almost everything. Really nice pool. Rooms are basic but cheap. Great if you're traveling for work or on a budget. They do not rent to locals within a 200 mile radius so double check before booking. We'll see you next time
