Posizione eccellente. La nota dolente è dovuta al fatto che viene indicata una pulizia giornaliera della camera ma ciò non è mai avvenuto in maniera spontanea. Abbiamo dovuto ogni volta richiederlo personalmente in reception, il cartellino appeso alla maniglia non è mai stato considerato. Inoltre al check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno 15 min perché il ragazzo della reception era sparito, scoprendo che andato a prendersi delle pizze…

Ho soggiornato in questo ostello due volte a fine dicembre ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica, considerando il prezzo. I letti erano sorprendentemente comodi e l'intera struttura era molto pulita, il che ha reso facile il riposo. Ho apprezzato molto la posizione perché è a pochi passi dalla stazione di Warszawa Zachodnia e ci sono tram per il centro città proprio fuori dall'ingresso. Il personale alla reception è stato disponibile e la reception aperta 24 ore su 24 ha reso il check-in molto semplice. È sicuramente una delle migliori opzioni economiche a Varsavia se cercate un alloggio affidabile e ben posizionato.

The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.

Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

Era pulito, ben tenuto e molto confortevole. La camera in sé era piccola, ma molto pulita e il letto comodo, permettendomi di riprendermi dalla stanchezza. Ho soggiornato per due notti e la seconda notte c'era un altro ospite rumoroso che emanava un forte odore, ma quando l'ho segnalato alla reception, mi hanno gentilmente cambiato camera con una più confortevole, il che è stato di grande aiuto. Mi sono spaventato quando ho trovato la porta chiusa dall'interno mentre mi riposavo sul balcone e non riuscivo ad entrare, ma quando ho chiamato l'hotel sono intervenuti subito, quindi non è stato un problema. L'atmosfera intorno all'hotel era diversa al mattino e alla sera, ma l'aria nella zona era buona in entrambi i momenti e se dovessi tornare, sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel!

Good to have your own room as a solo traveller, and the room they assigned me has a small balcony which can overlook the main street view. But due to the age of the building, the door is hard to lock and you can hear people walking around outside.

I arrived at Dom Sofiia around 5 AM — the 24/7 reception was a big plus. A very kind and helpful lady at the front desk welcomed me and made check-in easy. The hostel is basic, but you get what you pay for — this is one of the cheapest places in Warsaw, so be prepared for a mixed crowd. The bed was clean and fresh, with soft pillows, and I slept well. The bathroom was also clean and without any issues. Overall, a solid choice for the price.

Sono tornato il fine settimana successivo, ma non ho ricevuto un lucchetto per la mia gabbia. Nessun problema. Ho provato a fare il check-out, ma non c'era nessuno alla reception. L'ho vista fuori e le ho fatto sapere che avevo fatto il check-out e lei ha fatto un cenno con la mano. Il ventilatore in camera non funzionava. Ottima posizione. Vicino all'enorme museo della torre dell'orologio.

La stanza è pulita ma è un po' lontana dal centro.
