Posizione eccellente. La nota dolente è dovuta al fatto che viene indicata una pulizia giornaliera della camera ma ciò non è mai avvenuto in maniera spontanea. Abbiamo dovuto ogni volta richiederlo personalmente in reception, il cartellino appeso alla maniglia non è mai stato considerato. Inoltre al check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno 15 min perché il ragazzo della reception era sparito, scoprendo che andato a prendersi delle pizze…

The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.

Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

El hotel cápsula está bien situado y, en general, las instalaciones son correctas. Las cápsulas son amplias, están bien iluminadas y el ambiente suele ser silencioso, además de contar con espacios comunes generosos. Algo que deberían avisar es que el dormitorio se encuentra en un segundo piso sin ascensor, algo importante para quienes pueden tener dificultades de movilidad. El personal, eso sí, fue amable en todo momento. Lo peor de mi experiencia fue no disponer de agua caliente durante toda mi estancia, lo que impidió que pudiera disfrutar adecuadamente del alojamiento. Una lástima, porque podría haber sido una experiencia mucho mejor.

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. It was in an excellent location with walking distance to the main places of interests for tourists, such as the University of Warsaw, Royal Route, Old Town and Royal Castle and many more. Moreover, it is quite close to bus stops and train stations, in case one wants to travel to more distant locations. The hostel itself is also quite clean. It is a good place to stay for a visit in Warsaw if one is looking for a good value accommodation.

Sono arrivato a Dom Sofia circa 5 AM la 24/7 ricevimento era un grande plus.Una signora molto gentile e utile al desk front me ha accolto e mi ha reso facile il check-in. L'ostello è fondamentale, ma si ottiene quello che paga per questo è uno dei posti più economici a Varsavia, quindi si prega di una folla mista. Il letto era pulito e fresco, con le mutandine morbide, e ho dormito bene. Il bagno era anche pulito e senza problemi. In generale, una scelta solida per il prezzo.

Sono tornato il fine settimana successivo, ma non ho ricevuto un lucchetto per la mia gabbia. Nessun problema. Ho provato a fare il check-out, ma non c'era nessuno alla reception. L'ho vista fuori e le ho fatto sapere che avevo fatto il check-out e lei ha fatto un cenno con la mano. Il ventilatore in camera non funzionava. Ottima posizione. Vicino all'enorme museo della torre dell'orologio.
