What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths.
Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Il principale svantaggio è che si deve prendere l'ascensore per parcheggio. Era così spaventoso ...^^ E era una stanza all'ingresso del corridoio, ma era rumoroso.

QQuintanaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the CIMA Hotel in Dongducheon, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort and convenience, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.
The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a good night's rest after long days of exploring. The spacious bathrooms, complete with high-quality toiletries, added a touch of luxury to the experience.
The location is another highlight. Situated conveniently near key attractions and transportation, CIMA Hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore Dongducheon and its surroundings. It's also close to Camp Casey, which makes it an excellent option for military personnel and their families.
Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, an on-site café, and a well-equipped business center, cater perfectly to both leisure and business travelers.
I would highly recommend the CIMA Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hospitable stay in Dongducheon. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

1.location, un po 'difficile da trovare perché non c'è segno dell'hotel e il nome è diverso. Il nome dell'hotel sul Trip.com dovrebbe essere il nome dell'hotel. È un ”Grand Motel” e non abbiamo trovato l'ingresso facilmente. La gente locale era gentile e cercava di aiutarci a trovare l'ingresso. Ohhh. L'hotel è all'interno dell'edificio e l'hotel è solo al 10° piano.
2. La pulizia era buona. La ricezione era amichevole e utile. Ci ha sostenuto tutto.
3. Le strutture erano buone. Questa è Corea, la terra di bellezza. L'hotel si occupa della bellezza, ci sono strutture per la bellezza nella stanza.
4.E'vicina alle fermate degli autobus e alla metropolitana.E' stato molto conveniente per noi.
5. Ci sono stati dei grandi ristoranti. Ci siamo rimasti lì per 6 notti, ma siamo andati a un ristorante BBQ tre volte, i proprietari sono stati super gentili a noi e hanno servito un buon servizio con un sorriso ogni giorno.
C'erano alcuni supermercati dove potevo trovare frutta fresca, verdura, caffè, panini e anche negozi conveniente ovunque.
7.Anche al nove, le vibrazioni erano sicure
La posizione dell'hotel è grande, ma l'ingresso era difficile da trovare per la prima volta.

TThinidaQuasi buono, ma il bagno non sembra essere stato pulito. Ci sono feci di tintura sul bordo del bagno. Le tute sono molto tintate. La stanza non mantiene molto suono, come al solito in Corea. In generale, è bello non trovare tinture da bagno.Normalmente spaziosa camera

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

UUtente ospiteThe room was very cold until 2am in the morning. At first it was 12 degrees, then 14 degrees. I complained to the front desk and they said they had turned the heating on. By midnight it was 18 degrees and then around 22 degrees when I woke up.
I don’t recommend this hotel in winter.

UUtente ospiteThe guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.

Non c'era lavatrice di cadaveri all'interno, quindi l'ho presa per viaggiare e c'era tutto ㅋㅋ
Forse è solo la stanza in cui sono rimasto.Il bagno e il bagno non sono gabbie o tende, ma sono solo piegati. Il senso di apertura è freddo
Penso di restare di nuovo se vado a Suwon.
Ma era bene dormire leggermente durante la notte
