I stayed in Hostel Gandhi for 5 days in Feb 2022, it was only Rs 450 a night so a good deal! There are two rooms for gents and one for ladies. I was alone in the ladies room (three bunkbeds, housing 6 people) for 3 days and on the other two days, just had one roommate. The reception guy was soft-spoken, kind and responsive. The room was comfortable and AC was working. Water and electricity 24/7. Kitchen with everything needed to cook. Several friendly cats around. Space on the roof to hang out clothes washing. There were cobwebs in the room so it could use a thorough cleaning, ditto the kitchen. But all in all, a comfortable stay.

Except approach road, services are good. They can provide a minimum of one litre water bottle, instead of 500ml per person. If we book directly, we can save rs. 100 and avail the benefits of 24 hours checkout, instead of 11am. I have no time to check the quality of breakfast.

Tazz Kamar Inn is a very neat and tidy accommodation. Staff are very friendly, loving and kind. Must commend all staff from reception, dining and room management. Breakfast served is excellent in all days we were booked in. Would recommend any travellers looking for accommodation in Chennai T Nagar to highly consider Tazz Kamar Inn. Saibala inn Hotel _overall experience is but hotelier gave me first day single single bedroom which was not not good but we adjusted. @Day 1 we adjust with my baby in small ac room then after 1 night @Day 2 they changed in Deluxe room which is nice neat & clean room. And but very disappointed there is no CP Plan even I already booked. Other wise property is good. Food arrangements facility is not available. Thank you so much supporting staff Manager Anuraag Ji🙂🙏🏻

Facilities: It’s a small hostel with well kept rooms and washrooms. The dorms are definitely worth the price! They also have a private room available. The common areas are nicely decorated and they have books and board games. There’s an outdoor bonfire every night which is a highlight! They have a swing at an elevation above the hostel that has beautiful views of the town! Service: 5/5 for the friendly hosts and the service. They create a very happy and cozy environment, making it easy to mingle and meet new people! Location: around 1.5-2kms from the city centre. Walkable if you’re up for it otherwise autos are available. Cons: No common pantry or kitchen area, would have been a nice addition

Ideally located in a calm but commercial place where the famous temples of Lord Adhikumbheswarar and Lord Sarrangapani , and other temples are situated. We stayed in a Deluxe room on 3rd floor. Spacious with wardrobe and a clean restroom. Complimentary Bottled drinking water (1 number) of local brand, tasting little saltish, is provided daily. No kettle or toiletry is given. But room needs make over as walls and curtains are shabby and dirty. Staff are courteous and helping type. Unfortunately, no good eatery is found in this busy part of town.
