The Hosteller Ooty

Very nice stay. Maintenance was very hygiene. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was in very nice location and nice views. The experience in the hosteller, ooty was fantastic. The aminities like camp fire, indoor sitting loby and out door sitting in very nice

Facilities: It’s a small hostel with well kept rooms and washrooms. The dorms are definitely worth the price! They also have a private room available. The common areas are nicely decorated and they have books and board games. There’s an outdoor bonfire every night which is a highlight! They have a swing at an elevation above the hostel that has beautiful views of the town! Service: 5/5 for the friendly hosts and the service. They create a very happy and cozy environment, making it easy to mingle and meet new people! Location: around 1.5-2kms from the city centre. Walkable if you’re up for it otherwise autos are available. Cons: No common pantry or kitchen area, would have been a nice addition

The Hosteller Ooty is the best place for stay and enjoy the nature.All the amenities available in the Hosteller Ooty is awesome.I liked most the behaviour and the supportive nature of every staffs.All the fun activities which is provided by the group is superb.Specially me and my friend enjoyed bone fire which is memorable moments for us.Thanks a lot The Hosteller Ooty for such great hospitality.We really enjoyed your survives and want to appreciate for that.

Worst ever customer experience by the Hosteller group!! The most non responsive helpdesk with a useless chatbot in whatsapp. I lost about 1000 rupees because the system had to cancel my booking as they double booked & I had to pay the cancellation fee for their fault. Multiple attempts to reach them with no results. Writing off the cancellation fee as donation to hosteller to invest in customer service. good luck

It was great stay during new year amazing vibe with the fellow travellers ,located at very good location bonfire was adding to the charm in the weather. staffs are good and helping.overall good place for the ooty visit

Had cozy stay at the hostel. The staff were really great. The dorm rooms and common are are maintained well. During night, the camp fire gave a warm ambiance. The place is at reasonable rate and easily accessible from the bus stand.

Very good staff, has a lot of fun there, bonfire was awesome. And vibe was great too. Albin was great at hosting and made sure that everyones experience was phenomenal. Evarasal was also a great host and we had a great time

Once you must visit the place because the nature and a**osphere of this place is soo good.and I had better feeling with the hostlers in Ooty and staff were so polite and helpful .. I always prefer you guys...

Good place. Great staff, ***ager vishnu was very friendly and the way he treated is extremely appreciated, very professional!! The room was well equipped and the service was excellent . We will soon visit again 😁
