A lovely place to spend one night with plenty of shops nearby. Close to the train station and the ferry port. Three beautiful cats that hang out at reception and a well-stocked convenience shop. Receptionists were very friendly and the whole place was clean. Would recommend getting proper bath towels. Also, I think someone was eating durian as it absolutely stank during the night and in the morning. Perhaps signs stating durian is not allowed would be helpful. It would also be good if guests had more control over air-conditioning in the bedrooms as it was quite hot.

The facilities where I slept were good. It was a very good accommodation for the price. The location is close and there are restaurants nearby. The bathroom smelled a little, but I was very satisfied with other parts!

Safe for female travellers. Amenities including washing machine, basic toiletries are provided. Within walking distance to main train station and nearby attractions. Local foods are just nearby. The only thing was the squeaky bunk bed. Anyone who moves can cause noise from the wooden bed frame (can affect sleeping quality). Suggest to change a better quality bedframe to avoid the creaky sound.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great local tips—like the best nearby jiaozi (dumpling) spot or how to find a quieter section of the beach. Accommodation-wise, it delivers solid value. I stayed in a clean and adequately sized dormitory with personal lockers, reading lights, and privacy curtains—key details for a good night's sleep. The shared bathrooms were functional and kept clean regularly. While the facilities are simple and show some wear (expected in a popular, social hostel), everything was in good working order. If you're a solo traveler or a group looking to meet people and be in the center of the action, Desti is an ideal choice. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it excels as a social basecamp for exploring Qingdao. You're paying for the prime location, the vibrant community vibe, and the authentic experience of connecting with fellow adventurers, all while being just steps away from the city's most famous postcard views. I’d happily return.

算是自用住宅改的青旅，環境中規中矩，主要是位置方便，離威海站和韓樂坊近，出行和吃飯都比較方便，老闆也很熱情，有提供一次性洗漱用品，就是隔音比較差，晚上一幫人在樓下喝酒聊天很吵鬧，樓上都能聽到，睡眠淺的人就不推薦住了

説實話 弄得這個男生十六人間 沒有空風系統 裏面真的特別臭 很難聞 既然十六人間賣三十多一個床位 就把硬件設施完善一下 28度 裏面熱的沒法睡 睡一覺熱一身汗 最主要臭的無法呼吸 其他還好
