Experience details: We stayed at their room kubo style for 2 nights. 1500 per night. Hello owner, please hear us out 😊 -No Mobile Signal due to it's remote location. - No free wifi but piso wifi is available. 50pesos for 24hrs. - Aircon on our room is below 1hp, resulting to a hot temp situation. Electric fan is already present but still not enough. Recommended hp for our room is 1hp & above to compensate it's weather especially in the afternoon. - if you are a traveller with NO Transportation vehicle , this place is not for you. The location is not accessible from the road. 5-7mins walk from the property to the main road. - If you think there is an amazing beach to swim beside this property, For us There's None. View only. You can swim but considering its color & cleanliness, i think you cannot. Nasugbu Batangas is much cleaner. - Towels must be asked. - Free breakfast ( egg, rice & coffee) other food preference are optional in the menu. - The staff are very approachable & hospitable. Very good customer service💯 - If you just want a place to stay, you can book here. Thank you for the wonderful customer service you guys have provided us. Hoping that you may consider upgrading your pool & facilities. By the way, paintings are beautiful 😍

La casa di Amihan è una casa nuova, pulita e gestante a Borakai, che ho potuto prenotare senza un prepago. E tutto questo a un prezzo molto moderato. Situazione eccellente nel centro della città: a 10 minuti da Dmall, a 5 minuti dalla White Beach Station 2, 3 minuti dal mercato D'Talipapa e a 1 minuto dalla strada principale, e questo è un luogo tranquillo, tranquillo dove non sono suoni dai moped e dai grandi risultati. Sento a notte, si può rilassarsi e dormire bene. Ho avuto un balcone con vista giardino e .... sul mare dalla spiaggia Balabog! RACCOMANDATO!

Had a great stay at this property with my wife, kids and my dad. We all enjoyed the homey-feels of the hotel and grand staircase that lead up to the rooms. Our room was spacious and complete with all the necessary items inside plus a lazy boy which is a bonus! The staff are what makes our stay truly memorable. They are so friendly and nice. The two staff even went over and beyond when they washed the car we rented, after they found out that we needed to have it washed before returning it and that we didn't have enough time to bring it to the car wash establishment. Location of the hotel is great right next to the center of Roxas City. We really recommend this property if you are going to Roxas anytime soon.

It was a nice place very close to the white beach. I also like because it was accessible for transportation. The personnel were very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the comfy bed. The a restaurant which is very convenient when you want to eat something for breakfast or lunch and supper. It was good and worth it. It wasn't that expensive unlike the other restaurant nearby. I recommend this resort and I will come back again in the near future.

Room is great overall. Facilities are great. Shower is good. Had a great quality time with friends during our stay. Just had a little trouble with our check in since we have to wait a long time in the lobby just to verify the guest names since it was not forwarded by the property manager to the condo staff on time before we arrived. Anyways we still had a great time.

we are satisfied 1 night stay anytime in room standard doubles single no adults only 2 people but sometimes the other room is sold out and there is a separate toilet for female and male.

Il nostro soggiorno era confortevole e conveniente. Messaggio al proprietario: Spero che la sala #2 possa avere un AC che è installato correttamente. Il nostro unico problema era che il AC doveva essere spenta ogni volta che qualcuno cucina, perché l'unità posteriore era la cucina interna installata. Grazie!

The staff went that extra philipine mile to do everything they could to make my stay as good as it could possibly be . The location was perfect for local food and shopping. The food in the hotel was masarap. In all I would recommend it to friends

Prestazioni: non reagisce alla comunicazione e conferma che volevamo aggiornare la nostra stanza, pagando la differenza di prezzo, se disponibile. State: la posizione e la spiaggia sono meravigliose e probabilmente giustificano il prezzo per ciò che la spiaggia davanti e la sala giardino offre, cioè poco. Anche se ci sono aria condizionata e acqua calda (solo nel doccia), non ci sono tessuti o cassetti dove mettervi i vestiti. Solo pochi pendenti, inutili per la maggior parte dei vestiti portati a una spiaggia, solo una tavola e una lampada. Nessuna sedia o tavolo nella stanza (vale a dire le camere di fronte alla spiaggia. Sembra che le camere di collina siano più grandi e hanno un accoppiamento e un secondo tavolo a letto) e, naturalmente, nessun TV e nessun frigorifero. Internet accessibile solo nella zona di pranzo. Il personale è piacevole ed efficiente.Il cibo è OK secondo le norme occidentali.Colazione OK. Selezione di bar molto povera, tuttavia, sono andato alla comunità adiacente per comprare un po' di liquore ... Ma ancora una volta, è il paradiso quando sulla spiaggia se sei arrivato abbastanza presto per prendere letteralmente uno dei 6 letti solari disponibili e sei fortunato non essere circondato da Una tribù di bambini che, fortunatamente, ci ha colpito solo negli ultimi due giorni del nostro soggiorno.
