This is a self service guesthouse but they give a very clear guideline for you to check in smoothly. The toilet and bathroom is not attached with the room but still I feel comfortable to use it as it is very clean. Also, I feel safe even my luggage was stored in the first floor. They have cctv installed in the store room. Two things need to take note 1- Always check your email as they will send you a form to fill up only you will receive your room password. 2- Use JR line to reach Narita Station instead of Keisei Line because from Keisei Narita station to guesthouse is way further and the road is super narrow.

My kids and I love the place. It was near a supermarket with extensive products for an excellent bbq dinner. The place was huge with a big tub and amenities like washer/dryer, cooking utensils and others all provided. The only problem encountered was with check-in. As this is a self service type property, there's no reception and no communication was sent with regards to accessing the unit. We were lucky that the neighboring unit were local Japanese and helped us contact the property owner to sort things out. I strongly recommend that if you check with property owner BEFORE travel to ensure all details are received. Most importantly the access code for main door.

Undoubtedly one of the best hostels I stayed so far. I went off-season, so there is not much travellers around. But the place is cozy enough to keep you occupied. There are workdesks and also books and manga. The location is near the sawara boat tour so you can just line up without reservation. The place itself also holds seasonal events like workshop and gatherings. Best to check out their website and you can time your visit during those periods.

Per un inn giapponese di stile di bilancio questo posto era meraviglioso. La posizione è difficile da trovare, ma la mette in silenzio quasi totale. Il proprietario è molto accogliente e felice di piacere. Il bagno comune, anche se vecchio, è solo quello che è necessario. Le grandi stanze, anche se iniziano a fare il bagno, sono buone. La colazione è stata meravigliosa con un menu di cambiamento quotidiano. - Si', lo consiglio.

Questo alloggio vale la pena di andare. Non potevo farli sapere che avrei un check-in tardi. Tuttavia, quando sono arrivato, mi hanno servito la cena entro pochi minuti, che non mi aspettavo. C'è anche un bar karaoke molto bello vicino se si entra in quel genere di cose. 10/10 consiglia.

I like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.

Very good for the price and location. Would have given higher rating if it had wifi. Would also suggest to provide towels and toiletries like toothbrush as nowadays that's basic all stays provide.

Wonderful house! The house is fully equipped and comfortable, with parking, a spacious yard, and two excellent bathrooms. Highly recommended for families.
