Rum Doodle, well it was our first time at The Lakes and it certainly won't be our last! The location was just right with being part way between Windermere town and Bowness and was walkable to both. There were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as lake Windermere itself. We found Rum Doodle with ease and was greeted at the door with a smile and friendly man (the owner but didn't catch his name). We were bought a fresh glass of apple and orange juice to our room which was refreshing after a long drive to Windermere. Our room was comfy, not too big or too small, a wardrobe, seating in the bay window, hairdryer, hot drink making facilities, wine glasses with cork screw and bottle opener. Very modern, clean and well presented bathroom with soft and fluffy towels, and a really nice shower. The bed was very comfortable and welcomed after a busy day exploring the surrounding area. Breakfast was really good with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt, toast, and then a choice of breakfast which were great too. We had a pleasant and informative chat at breakfast with the lady that works there who gave us the heads up on some driving routes to try and avoid which was really useful. After a day out exploring we went back to Rum Doodle to a cleaned room and freshly made bed with the tea and coffee replenished, so we were able to just drop and the bed with a nice cuppa and biscuit. Then out for a walk, some lovely food and a couple of drinks. We couldn't recommend The Lakes and Rum Doodle enough! Well worth every penny

We booked the Superior Double Room and I felt it was well worth the extra for the gorgeous view we had from 2 large windows - whether the skies were sunny or cloudy. The location was excellent - within 5 to 10mins walk to the town and to Derwent Water and parking was well explained and ample. On entering Fellpack House, it was pleasant, well cared for and inviting. Our room on the top floor (stairs all the way up) was straight out of a home & decor magazine. The amenities, furnishing, towels and beverages were quality stuff and we saw that they also used locally sourced soaps and beverages. Housekeeping was daily and I loved that the gave us delicious chewy chocolate chip cookies each day! The breakfast was fresh & flavourful. That they started off as a restaurant (that operates across the road and is highly rated) carries through in their breakfast - I ate so much and it was worth every calorie! Best of all were the staff. We met many over the course of our stay and every one of them were warm, chatty, highly customer-oriented and witty! Can you tell how much I loved our stay there 😀

1. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. La strada per il porto della barca è anche in dieci minuti. Il ristorante vicino è molto numeroso e la cena è molto conveniente. La stanza è grande, c'è anche una sala da soggiorno, inaspettatamente, ma la sala è vicino al letto, vicino alla strada, alcune stronzate di mattina e sera, soprattutto la velocità della macchina inglese è generalmente più veloce, da prestare un'attenzione leggera. Il colazione è il latte di grano di yogurt preparato in anticipo, alcuni nel frigorifero, alcuni nel serbatoio, non aspettare troppo. 2.Se viene da solo, vuoi una carta di parcheggio con la reception, tre sterline al giorno, un parcheggio illimitato, ci sono diversi posti che possono essere parcheggiati, in realtà è molto conveniente.Quando si parte, è possibile guidare prima al parcheggio, e quando si torna, si può mettere la scatola e la carta di parcheggio sulla reception.

La stazione ferroviaria e il centro della città possono camminare. La stanza è molto pulita. La colazione sarà inviata alla stanza secondo il tempo stabilito. Le uova hanno diversi metodi di scelta. Ho scelto uova di guancia e latte di grano caldo, che è molto adatto alla china.A Windermere e Keswich hanno autobus diretti.

Molto piacevole, anche se il piccolo timone è completamente sporco in una stazione conveniente vicino alla stazione. Ogni mattina è ricco e dopo colazione dovremo chiederci dove andiamo oggi?Sai come andare?Il loro servizio è super entusiasta.

- Siamo rimasti in questa casa per tre notti. Siamo arrivati alle 11:00, ma l’ospedale zio ci ha ancora benvenuti!! Quella notte non abbiamo notato davvero la disposizione esterna, ma la mattina dopo abbiamo visto che il giardino è assolutamente bellissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 3 – una camera molto artistica regina/letto con un jacuzzi, alcuni snacks, latte e acqua in bottiglia. La struttura della camera è eccellente, e si può dire all'ospite che ha messo un sacco di amore in essa 💝 Il colazione è stato anche delizioso!! Ci sono diverse opzioni da scegliere da – solo lasciare che l'ospite sappia il giorno prima. Ci è anche un piccolo frigo nella stanza dove si possono immagazzinare le vostre bevande. Il colazione include pane, piccoli snacks e succo d'arancio. Lo consiglio molto (amorevole 😘 – sembra casa). Il soggiorno a casa ha solo cinque camere, quindi la disponibilità è piuttosto limitata, ma voglio ancora raccomandarlo al maggior numero possibile di persone! ”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stafford Guest House. The property is beautiful, set within peaceful surroundings and complemented by a lovely garden. We stayed in the four-poster bedroom, which was spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly balanced comfort with a touch of luxury. It also offered delightful views overlooking the garden. Our hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, providing engaging conversation as well as helpful local recommendations. Everything was clearly explained upon arrival, making the entire experience smooth and effortless from the very beginning. Breakfast was both delicious and generous in portion. Additionally, there is a charming village pub just a short walk away — The Boot & Shoe Inn — which added to the experience. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

L'isolamento è la stazione di autobus e tutti i tipi di ristoranti supermercati per la tintura, 🅿️ anche Ambiente: sul lato della strada accanto al parco, non è male, è ancora tranquillo La mia camera 4 è più bella di quella delle immagini, un po'nuova, pensava di essere il tipo di mobili che c'era nella foto 30 anni fa, ma potrebbe essere il tipo di vento del campo di dieci giovani, la stanza è anche grande, e le grandi scatole possono essere estese, Servizio: si può ordinare la mattina, incluso è ancora ricco Infrastrutture: soggiorno al primo piano, pochi passi per le scatole di bagaglio La debolezza, devi tirare la finestra al primo piano, altrimenti a volte posso vedere nella stanza. Dopo le 22:00 della sera c'è un odore di **, un po'insopportabile. La porta della stanza sembra non essere chiusa. Non ho niente di prezioso, non ho chiesto. Così ho vissuto tre giorni, il rapporto complessivo è buono, Dopo tutto, questa è l'estate più calda della zona vacanze in Gran Bretagna, non avere grandi aspettative,

La mia famiglia e io rimasemo di recente nella stanza della famiglia, e abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza, la stessa stanza era incredibilmente spaziosa con una ventilazione eccellente, rendendola luminosa e aria. L'ospite era eccezionalmente amichevole, e ci piaceva davvero parlare con lei durante il nostro soggiorno. Un grande accento era il colazione - non solo era delizioso, ma anche bella presentazione! Ci piaceva anche che ci fosse uno spazio sociale dedicato, con libri e giochi, che era perfetto per la famiglia. Inoltre, come un bonus massiccio, l'alloggio è completamente amichevole per cani! Raccomandiamo molto questo posto e vorremmo tornare.
