The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

L'hotel si trova in un piccolo villaggio che è appena aperto. Le strutture sono complete e i ristoranti e altri F&B sono disponibili all'interno del villaggio. Solo inconveniente è che le auto non sono autorizzate nel villaggio, quindi dobbiamo andare alla porta per chiamare per un giro.

Molto buona esperienza di alloggio, la stanza è molto pulita, la zona è molto vasta, l'atteggiamento del capo è particolarmente buono.La vendita può essere inviata alla porta della stanza, molto conveniente.La maggior parte della stanza è davvero pulita!! Il bagno fornirà una scatola unica, tutta la casa è intelligente, e la lavatrice di capelli è anche metà di fiori!Il capo ha davvero il cuore, un ottimo hotel, vivrà qui la prossima volta!!!!

Pick-up gratuito dalla stazione ferroviaria Il servizio di pick-up gratuito dalla stazione ferroviaria è stato facile e incredibilmente utile, rendendo la nostra arrivo senza stress e impostando il tono per il resto del nostro soggiorno. Sezione 2 La stanza era spaziosa e impecabilmente pulita, con l'aggiunta di comodità di un riscaldatore nel bagno, un punto di più definito, soprattutto in tempo freddo. 3. Ospitalità Il proprietario, il signor Feng, e il suo personale, soprattutto il signor Xia, insieme al resto della squadra, sono gioielli, sono estremamente utili, e la loro intenzione di aiutare gli ospiti è vera, forniscono sostegno con un sorriso e non mostrano mai alcuna riluttanza. I loro sforzi hanno reso la nostra permanenza confortevole e memorabile. 4. Assistenza e accordi Il signor Feng e il suo personale sono andati sopra e oltre per rendere il nostro viaggio insonnito, hanno organizzato il trasporto a Xue Li Mountain e ci hanno aiutato ad acquistare biglietti a un prezzo ragionevole. Il signor Feng ci accompagnò ad un ristorante per presentarci a un nuovo piatto, che è stata una bella esperienza.Il giorno dopo, il signor Xia ci ha aiutato a comprare biglietti per la montagna di Changbai (Cielo Lake). Ha anche assicurato che ci fossero lasciati alla stazione di autobus e poi ci fossero raccolti, rendendo il processo completamente senza problemi. 5. Ciao. Questo hotel ha un posto speciale nel nostro cuore, e al nostro partenza ci hanno lasciati alla stazione ferroviaria, prima di mattina, e il signor Feng si è unito per dire addio, che ci ha toccati profondamente. 6. Pensi finali La loro ospitezia ha confermato la nostra fede nell'umanità. La gentilezza, la cura e gli sforzi autentici del signor Feng e del suo team hanno reso questo soggiorno inoltrabile. I had a great time in Yánjí since I planned a lot of border excursions. I can speak both Korean and Chinese comfortably to navigate this region, which is also known as the Third Korea. The location of this place was great since it was in the city center across from Yanji University. (I was assigned room 1206.) I'm not sure which photos they're using for advertising, but my room looked far more beat up and outdated. I also killed a lot of small cockroaches that were roaming around the kitchenette area. Again, this was not a big deal for me since they weren't ginormous, but one huge cockroach did appear one day near the bathroom. It's one thing for the room to look somewhat different from the advertised photos, but please at least keep the space much cleaner. (The laundry machine was bonus, but I had to buy laundry soap next door at the convenience store. This should have been provided considering there was an empty soap box on the floor next to the machine.) The reason why I booked this place was to do frequent laundry rather than stay at a hotel... I traveled from NYC, so it wasn't like I was an average Chinese tourist from a domestic region. This was my first visit to China since 1996.05 and I used my 10-year China visa for the first time since I applied back in 2017.08. Note: I checked out the other rooms on the floor and they were much nicer than what I booked. I'm guessing those were listed on WeChat and the less attractive rooms are listed on here, etc. After I checked out by 12:00 noon, I stored my luggage next door at the convenience store for a few hours. They charged CN¥5/per hour… I paid CN¥15 since I knew 3 hours was all I needed before my flight.

Qui’Questo hotel di ristorazione è stato il soggiorno più soddisfacente di tutta la nostra visita in Cina 8-day attraverso Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang e Yabuli. Abbiamo soggiornato in un'unità di residenza familiare, che ci ha consentito di vivere insieme confortevolmente sotto una famiglia. Il resort è estremamente pulito e ben mantenuto. La nostra unità includeva anche una tavola mahjong e una primavera privata calda, che rendevano il soggiorno molto piacevole. Anche se il prezzo non è economico, è certamente valente il denaro. Il servizio di butler era eccellente, il personale era attento e ha sempre fatto il meglio per soddisfare le nostre richieste. Molto consigliato. Confido che vi sarà un piacevole e memorabile soggiorno qui.

The room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

E'molto facile consigliare a tutti di vivere vicino al mercato acquatico e al mercato occidentale. Il cammino può andare lontano dal muro rosso della rete. Il capo è molto entusiasta. Quando arriva, sappiamo che non abbiamo fatto un'aggressione e ci abbiamo inviato una potenza per dirci dove mangiamo. Non abbiamo fatto un'aggressione. Bene, buona.

Se viaggiate in inverno, è un bel posto per stare, è come un condominio in affitto, durante la stagione della neve sembra una città di Santa, un piccolo villaggio con decorazione circondata da luci, molto natale. Grande appartamento, abbiamo prenotato 2 camere tipo camera, riscaldamento, acqua calda ecc tutti attrezzati. La pulizia è grande il primo giorno, poi scorretto, tintura a pavimenti dal giorno 2 al giorno che abbiamo lasciato. Ci siamo trasferiti per 5 notti. Il servizio è ancora molto buono, Yangyang è molto responsivo, 5 stelle per lei. Ma è rumoroso ogni mattina, ci sono 3 mattine appena mi sono svegliato dai rumori a 6:00, altri ospiti o personale chat, suoni di scherzo, mobili che si muovono intorno ecc .... di solito da 6-8 am. La colazione è orribile anche se 😆 In generale, è ancora una buona opzione.
