The apartment is very charming and offers a truly breathtaking view. The location is strategic, with easy access to the metro and all essential services, making it ideal for getting around the city without any hassle. That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment. One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression. Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system. In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level.

The place is sparkling clean and the room is large. It’s very comfortable for me. My room also connects to the veranda which is great if you want to breathe fresh air and see a vantage point of the area. There are lots of restaurants nearby too so it’s really convenient. The best is that the host is very hospitable. They drive you to the scenic area and fetch you back. They also helped me arrange my ride to the station. Overall, it was great stay and am very thankful for the hospitality they showed. :)

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is calm, elegant, and stylish. The interiors are tastefully minimalist yet warm, making for a relaxing environment after exploring the city. The staff provide outstanding service, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Location-wise, TOP‑OUT Inn is fantastic. It’s just a short walk via a back exit to the Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum (also known as the Imperial Kiln National Archaeological Remains Park), right at the heart of the ceramic district. We were amazed at how centrally located we were — perfectly positioned for visiting pottery exhibitions and cultural landmarks . We had a wonderful time enjoying the world-famous local ceramics exhibitions and wandering through the charming surroundings. The hotel is ideally located near Tao Yang Alley, the Top Ten Porcelain Factories Ceramic Museum, and other key attractions, making everything so accessible. Details worth mentioning: Rooms are clean and well kept, with free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, minibars, and daily housekeeping. Buffet-style Chinese breakfast available in the morning for a modest extra fee, a good way to start the day before heading out to nearby sights. In summary, TOP‑OUT Inn is a gem in Jingdezhen, minimalist yet stylish, with a welcoming ambiance and an unbeatable location for exploring the ”Porcelain Capital.” A perfect base for anyone coming to soak up ceramic culture and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended.

這屋裡頭佈置得真不賴，就是那種很耐看的新中式，不花裏胡哨，看着心裏特靜。最讓我驚喜的是那全屋智能，喊一聲“小度，小度”幹啥都行，還有那個床墊，我的天，軟硬剛剛好，回彈力賊棒，我這腰不好，睡了一晚舒服得我不想起來，比我家那幾千塊的床墊還得勁。再説那個大投影，幕布大得跟個小電影院似的，晚上關了燈往被窩一鑽，那氛圍感直接拉滿 老闆和店裡的夥計是真熱情，不是那種假客氣。我看我拖個大箱子剛進門，小姐姐立馬就迎上來接過去了。這服務，這硬件，這錢花得真值，鎖死這家了，以後來還得住這兒！

Ho soggiornato in una Tulou (casa circolare tradizionale) e la camera era davvero caratteristica. Le strutture erano eccellenti, incluso un altoparlante Marshall. Il servizio è stato ottimo e la colazione era deliziosa, degna di uno standard a cinque stelle. Anche il paesaggio della Valle di Wangxian era bellissimo e le strutture ricche. Nel complesso, è stata un'ottima esperienza e lo consiglio vivamente.
