We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

Amazing hotel . I booked the room 106 for my birthday, which has a private mini pool and I absolutely enjoyed it. The hotel has exceptional service. The staff is so kind and polite . Also received a free photoshoot, free cool drinks and free breakfast. The photographer is amazing he will turn you into a model! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Il mio soggiorno in questo Shenzhen è stato fantastico, soprattutto a causa del **super facile processo di check-in*****no complicato controlli di sicurezza o procedure di front desk! Sono andato subito all’appartamento, ho messo la campana e l’ospite (o il loro rappresentante) ha aperto la porta immediatamente. Il luogo stesso era ben situato vicino al trasporto pubblico e ai grandi posti di cibo, l’ospite era responsabile e amichevole, assicurandomi di avere tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Se odi affrontare i check-in a hotel e vuoi solo un'entrata veloce, senza fuss, questo è il soggiorno perfetto per te!

La camera era pulita e dotata di comfort come frigorifero, minibar, kit per l'igiene orale, coprivaso per l'igiene personale e persino tappi per le orecchie con mascherina per gli occhi. Inutile dire che la vista era mozzafiato, proprio come pubblicizzata nelle foto. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico, grazie Phoebe che ci ha fatto i complimenti con una ciotola extra di ravioli a colazione!

Questo resort è una combinazione perfetta di comfort, tecnologia e servizio di top-notch. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale ausiliario ha fatto l'esperienza ancora meglio, aiutando con il bagaglio e ha dato un giro dettagliato della stanza, spiegando tutte le caratteristiche intelligenti e come usarle. Hanno anche fornito chiare istruzioni sulla prenotazione della sessione fotografica gratuita 20-minute, che è stato un grande toccamento! La camera intelligente con il pulsante ha reso facile regolare l'illuminazione, le tende e la temperatura.Il bagno con vista sull'oceano era il soffitto, mentre ascoltavano la musica dal pannello incorporato era pura rilassazione. Inoltre, il proiettore soffitto ha trasformato la stanza in un cinema privato, perfetto per il relax della notte. Il soggiorno comprendeva un delizioso colazione, un snack di teatri e un dolce dopo cena, tutti ben preparati e soddisfacenti. Questa vacanza è davvero molto soddisfatta!Quando entra nella stanza, aprire la finestra, il panorama marino blu e insolito colpisce i suoi occhi. Il mare splendente brilla sotto il sole, bella come un quadro, e sento che il corpo e il cuore sono stati curati immediatamente. Il balcone della stanza è molto caldo, con una calda catena, un vento marino, un caffè, e'completamente lo stato di vacanza che io idealisco. L'esperienza di lavaggio del bagno è anche fantastica. L'apparecchiatura di lavaggio di Hansgay è uniforme e confortevole. La temperatura dell'acqua può anche essere regolata con precisione. Lavare il lavaggio del lavaggio di un giorno è davvero molto piacevole. Deve essere un guardiano, la gente è super buona e particolarmente entusiasta.Quando si tratta di soggiorno, introducete in dettaglio i luoghi divertenti intorno, e aiutate a prenotare il ristorante.Vivere qui, come a casa, è così confortevole, la prossima volta che si sceglie qui!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was very clean and the service was great. Breakfast was also very good. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, but overall the stay was great!

If you live in Hong Kong and wish to travel further away from the city, Santorini hotel is probably one of the best get away places. A little hidden Greece getaways with a wonderful view coupled with the best fusion of Chinese and Western food makes this place an amazing destination to relax and chill. Service was amazing, there were primary two staff in charge, they reply to promptly, extremely helpful and also very patient with us; if you need anything from them, they would absolutely help you without a doubt!!!! Honestly amazing!!! The room was exactly the same as seen in the photos as advertised, pretty big to two people to stay in, they usually change the amenities everyday, keep it extremely clean and sanitary. A 10/10!! Would definitely come back again!!!! Lovely experience!!!

The experience was amazing and great! The staff were super nice,friendly and accommodating with any requests and provided excellent recommendations for food and activities. The hotel had great atmosphere and environment, the rooms were beautiful and big. The photographer 六六 was professional and took many nice shots for us. Had a great time there and will definitely want to return again!
