L'ambiente della camera è accettabile, ma ci sono alcuni problemi con i servizi. Spero che il negozio possa risolvere il problema. Dopotutto, l'aria condizionata costa più di 100 yuan, ma la TV non funziona, il che è un po' carente. Location of hotel is near to Chaozhou stone arch pedestrian street and the Guanji bridge area. Both are a short walk away.
The hotel is a beautifully restored ancient mansion. It's layout of buildings, courtyards and gardens within the mansion compound all come together to make the guest feel calm and peaceful.
You will staying at this gem.

La camera è davvero bellissima e il personale è giovane e pieno di energia. La signorina Phoebe ti darà anche ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e ti suggerirà vivamente di provare le pizze artigianali e le paste del loro ristorante, sono davvero deliziose 😋. La colazione all'occidentale è presentata bene e gustosa, e possono anche portartela in camera. La sera, c'è anche il dessert cinese (tangshui)!

This hotel apartment is good for the family to stay. I would give it a 4-star rating or even more If it could provide a wardrobe for customers who would stay for a long period of time. The owner and the girl who worked in the counter were very helpful. Restaurants and Aeon, the supermarket is next to the hotel and food stores are all around.

Servizio di trasporto e prelievo gratuito per la vicina stazione della metropolitana e per la stazione ferroviaria di GZ sud. Per il servizio, se potessi darei 10 su 5, lo farei. L'hotel è stato facile da trovare dopo che il taxi ci ha lasciato. Ha una biblioteca con molti libri. La TV a proiezione era facile da usare. Il mio bambino di 7 anni si è divertito molto a leggere.

The stay was amazing! The staff were really friendly,kind & helpful specially (Bonnie) she help us with organising our tour our request very patiently. The room was really good with the seaview we really had good time ☺️
The room comes with the complimentary photography for couples , they schedule 2 sessions as we were staying for 2nights The photographer name was A-Le he was really professional ,guide us with location for the photos & make us really comfortable while taking pictures in different locations! The photos were absolutely perfect & absolutely love it really wanted to thanks MR A-le the moments are so beautifully captured & the photos look awesome we are lucky to get session with MR A-le photography , we highly recommended Mr A-le he is very very friendly,professional ,talented and efficient we will definitely visit again very soon

The toughest mattress I’ve ever slept on..the room listing is titled “Deep Sleep Mattress…” - that’s highly questionable, imho you can literally feel each spring underneath.
The auto-toilet light is on constantly, and the bathroom door is made of smokescreen glass, so when you are sleeping you still see a blue glow coming through the glass door.
The toilet seat has black scuff marking, one of the bath towel has blood stains. Water doesn’t drain well in the sink nor in the shower.
The redeeming points are the location and the helpful staff. As for a comfortable stay - not so much.

La chiave è che l'intera strada sotto è una baracca di cibo, dalla barbecue alla barba di zucchero alla baracca di polvere, l'atmosfera notturna è piena, il fuoco è pieno e super soddisfatto.
Più sorprendente, camminare al mare è possibile. Per fare una passeggiata con il vento del mare di sera è particolarmente carino e conveniente.Il prezzo è anche particolarmente economico. Questo segmento può ottenere questo prezzo, il rapporto prezzo è davvero insensato.
L'unica piccola curvatura è che occasionalmente si blocca intorno, soprattutto la sera del fine settimana. Si consiglia a un amico auto-auto di pianificare il parcheggio o un viaggio sbagliato in anticipo.Ma non è facile, vivere in generale è un buon senso, la stanza è pulita e pulita, e il proprietario è entusiasta.La prossima volta sceglieremo questa casa, davvero consigliata!

云云深不吃醋The owner is very nice - very chatty and easy to talk to. My luggage was crazy heavy and he helped me with it and loaded it onto the didi for me as well, which I really appreciate! Unfortunately I don't have many pictures of the accommodation because I was sooo busy and tired~
The area is 20 min to 体育西路 which I love going to because there's a whole basement of anime and donghua merch you can get from there! Plenty to eat too.
Breakfast was simple but good and to my liking.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed showering there! The heated toilet bowls really make a difference.
They have cats in the lobby as well. There is only one washer and dryer in the lobby that you can only use from breakfast time onwards so travellers who intend to wash and dry your clothes there do take note~
I was there past midnight and the young guy at the reception kind of mixed up my room, and didn't tell me about breakfast either 🥲 so I only had breakfast on the last day of my stay hahaha! Anyways on the first day I was in Changsha for a day trip, and I was notified that they would have to shift my stuff to my new room because there was a mistake in the room type, which was fine by me! But the housekeeper kind of just threw all my stuff into my luggage without any care so my clean clothes and dirty airplane clothes were mixed together with my used undergarments and my books were bent :( my dresses were also still in the wardrobe in the previous room and they didn't bring it to my new room so I had to wear a dress that I haven't washed the next day 😅 but I didn't want to make a fuss since I came back to the hotel from Changsha at about 2am and understood that the owner can't possibly wake the occupants in the room to retrieve my clothes. Also the next morning the housekeeper was pretty nice so there's that!
In conclusion I will still choose this accommodation when I'm back in GZ as its value for money, really clean and has chill vibes, and near 广州东站~ Way better than the other place I stayed at (M*m**nt Hotel hahahah)

UUtente anonimoFirstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the *********** is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.

FFei。民宿的位置很方便，周邊吃飯逛街都挺順路的。房間收拾得特別乾淨整潔，佈置得也很有格調，一看就是花了心思的，住起來特別舒服。房東人超級好，從入住前的溝通到退房都特別耐心，有問必答，還貼心地給了不少當地遊玩的建議，感覺像朋友一樣親切。
床品也很舒服，睡得特別香，完全沒有住酒店的那種陌生感，反而有種回家的温馨。總之，這次入住體驗滿分，已經把這家民宿推薦給朋友了，下次來還會選這裏！

Ho preso un appuntamento con alcuni amici per viaggiare insieme e ho prenotato una villa due balconi con un'ampia vista Il panorama è molto buono La biancheria da letto Le strutture sono complete e pulite La colazione gratuita è abbastanza buona C'è una spiaggia proprio al piano di sotto C'è poca gente ed è fantastica per scattare foto. Il parcheggio non è costoso, il limite è di 10 yuan al giorno. Sembra che il parcheggio sia gratuito anche se la spiaggia non è grande, l'acqua è limpida, l'ambiente è bellissimo e ci sono molti posti dove scattare foto e fai il check-in. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

GGabikaLa bara era molto pulita e la stanza era anche buona. L'unica cosa non 100% pulita era la vasca, ma era ancora molto bene. E' come si aspettasse da un ostello condiviso, quindi era fino alle aspettative, anche oltre.
Il personale dell'ostello è stato incredibile, molto gentile e utile.
Le strutture erano buone, ci sono shampoo e lavanderia corporea per uso comune, ma ricordate di portare un asciugamano, perché non sono fornite.
La posizione dell'ostello è anche fantastica, a pochi minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana e da lì è possibile raggiungere ovunque. Anche alcuni negozi e ristoranti intorno all'ostello, quindi è molto conveniente.

We arrived in Songkou planning to explore the town, and since it was already getting late, we also began considering finding a place to stay for the night. The hotel’s location immediately stood out — perfectly situated between the parking lot and the waterfront square, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling connected to the heart of the town. The building itself is beautifully restored and carries deep historical character, as it once served as the old ticket station where the ferry used to dock. You can really feel the thoughtful care that went into transforming this heritage structure into a hotel — the preservation work is evident in every detail, blending history with comfort in a way that feels both respectful and welcoming.
The staff on March 1st were exceptionally warm and attentive — both the gentleman and the lady were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They personally showed us the room and offered to help with our luggage, checked in on our food order, and even came by afterward to clear the plates. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they happily shared suggestions on what to see and do nearby. Meanwhile, fireworks were still going off in the distance, adding a festive atmosphere to the evening. The hotel itself continues to impress the more you explore it — a carefully restored historic space filled with thoughtful touches, including a lovely fruit platter in the room. There is also an interesting hall dedicated to Hakka culture that doubles as an event venue, and a stunning bar on the top floor overlooking the water, where we could watch people setting off fireworks across the river. In the morning, the view becomes something truly special — clouds drifting slowly to partially veil the mountains across the river, creating a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes the whole place feel like a hidden gem.

ЛЛена SUn buon hotel, lo consiglio vivamente. La posizione è semplicemente superba; il mio balcone offriva una vista mozzafiato sull'Opera Cantonese.
La camera è spaziosa, pulita e con sanitari nuovi. Offrono i comfort standard per i turisti: acqua, tè, pantofole, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, dentifricio e spazzolino da denti (si sono dimenticati di menzionarlo su TripAdvisor 😅).
L'hotel non offre la colazione, ma questo è facilmente ovviabile grazie ai numerosi ristoranti locali nelle vicinanze. Se volete provare la cucina cantonese, vi consiglio di provare il Cantonese Cuisine (喜势点 · 糖沙翁手工茶点 · 本地人茶居（永庆坊店）), che si trova a un paio di centinaia di metri dall'hotel.

I loved the business project in whole, it’s brilliant, location, gorgeous view of sugarloaf mountains, air quality, forest and wildlife + real tea plantations and the general idea of connecting the ancient tradition of tea making and enjoying with the family outdoors and holiday activities.
But. When it comes to the reality and routine you face the challenges and imperfections.
First, I booked the tent with the request to accommodate my family far from other visitors and traffic. Unfortunately, we were given a tent that literally was situated at the main road with doors opened to the public route, while all other tents oriented towards the tea plantation.
We were disappointed, because at another tent we were asked to add 100 yuan more, since it was equipped with a bathroom.
More than that, it was booked too, so instead of nice stay 3 days/nights at one place, we had to move out next noon, wait for the check -in at around 13 pm and settle again at another tent.
I deeply appreciate the efforts the manager made to please us. But I wish we could skip all that unnecessary waste of time, not mentioning packing luggage of 4 people for 2-3 times.
Next complication is about Chinese culture being close to each other- tents are located side by side, 8 tents all reserved, lots of kids, all noisy, all moving at the same spot+ other visitors freely enter the area and it adds to the crowds. So we had a complete silence only after 11 pm and from the early morning it was already packed with new travelers.
The heaters are great, yet also noisy, the bathroom is beautiful and modern, even with dyson alike hair dryer, but users don’t care about others, don’t close the shower cabin while washing, so the entire room becomes a marsh.
We enjoyed our breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel restaurant , the food and service was outstanding !
There’s great quality bedding , linen is awesome, mattresses and pillows are fantastic .
All amenities are of a premium quality, just like at the 5 * hotel.
Electric car shuttles are helpful and always there for you.
But the best part of the place is its tea, black tea, it’s a splendor ! We drank it for 3 days and it’s never enough , so good. Make sure you buy some to get home.
Local ice cream with the milk tea flavor is one of a kind!
