We are offering our well-maintained oceanfront studio condominium located just 75 yards from the water. F-9 is a bright studio unit at Sand Dollar Resort. The kitchen area has been totally remodeled and updated with completion in October 2022. The new white kitchen provides more cabinet space, more drawer space, more outlets and more counter space which is finished in Corian. Also new in 2022 is cooktop, kitchen stools and counter height table, couch, Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress and LG split unit air conditioner. The ample bathroom was previously remodeled with updated wall and floor tile as well as lighting, all fixtures and large glass block shower. This unit is tastefully decorated with tropical artwork.
