這酒店衹能説是個典型的民宿，這地方真是深山裡頭，開車到了p1停好再換接駁車，但這地方麻雀雖小五臟俱全，不要期待有啥服務，到了是位亞洲女孩接待，把該告訴你的設施設備告訴你一遍，也幫你拎些行李，這路上開車三個半小時到酒店夠累的，突然見到個亞州臉孔瞬間也感到親切，要主動問她暖爐咋開，否則晚上清早特別低温，哪怕是10月初的奧地利！

這是一棟有300年歷史的在山上的小樓，我們的房間是簡約現代風格，有獨立的進出小門，管家也非常熱心，露台很有特色，看着湖景享受早餐的體驗真是棒極了。

La stanza ha così tanto dell'edificio originale ed era così ben conservata. Bellissima vista del lago dalle finestre. La città chiudeva presto, quindi la sera e la mattina presto erano molto tranquille. C'era un parco vicino che era anche un posto meraviglioso dove sedersi e rilassarsi una volta che la folla se n'era andata. Buone opzioni per la ristorazione.

Estremamente ben posizionato. La camera aveva una bellissima vista sul lago. Consiglierei quest'albergo. Il personale è stato molto gentile, siamo stati ricevuti da un ragazzo argentino ed è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo soggiorno!

Due to a family emergency we needed to move our trip, I spoke with the folks Hallstat Hideaway (Silke) and explained the situation, that not only were we unable to come to Hallstat, but we had to cancel our entire trip from Ireland to Vienna. I did not expect a refund obviously, but asked if we could do another date and we would pay any price difference. I was told in about 2 lines that no sorry we are not giving you a refund and we don't have to give you another date. I will obviously not be spending a further another 400+ euro at this place again, and I'll tell as many folks as possible not to visit also. Folks here do not care. Had the person who responded had even pretended to care, I might not be as disappointed.

Beyond expectations! Absolutely fabulous stay. Great location, privacy, spectacular accommodations and the breakfast was special and delicious. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. Charming town and above all, the level of service was outstanding!! Exceeded our expectations for our one night stay. Felt like home but in a fairytale setting with astute history. A true gem and a must experience. Appreciated every aspect and detail of our room!!!!

The place seems cute in pictures. In addition to not being all that great a few things to know.. first, they email asking for arrival time and stating they will call you with the code, they never called us or called us back.. we just showed up. The breakfast option only has one option, no menu. Also the drain in our shower didn't drain fast enough to keep up with the shower, so we had to take multiple short showers, one for shampoo, conditioner, etc to let the drain catch up.

Our stay was phenomenal. We stayed in the beautiful ‘Holz’ suite and could not have imagined a better experience. Everything was cozy and magical.
The team was excellent and very helpful with any requests and questions. I recommend getting the breakfast with your stay, the meal was delicious and presented well.
