Amazing experience and very friendly and accommodating staff, very pleasant and small but well stocked bar very homely feeling will be going back. Breakfast was really good sausage was really nice and fast service all brought to your table.

Just got back from a stay here 28th-31st May. I stayed with my 10 year old daughter. On travelling to Llandudno we were majorly delayed due to the train, we let the hotel know who said not to worry! On arrival we were greeted warmly, shown to our lovely room(Room 9 sea view) and everybody was so kind and welcoming. We didn't book breakfast as my daughter is very fussy with food and will only eat certain things although I would of loved to of tried it. Amazing location literally 2/3 minutes to the pier! Room was absolutely spotless could not fault anything, beds super comfy, little chairs by window which I'd sit on and watch the sea view with my morning coffee. Really enjoyed our stay here, felt at ease and relaxed and will 100% be going back here on our next trip to Llandudno.

1- il colazione era davvero buono. È l'unica cosa buona che succede 2- vapore nella camera da bagno 3- Mold dietro le cassette da bagno 4- Doccia non ha funzionato. Potrebbe avere solo un bagno 5- Sfondo di sfondo dal tetto e parete 6- Cortine non montate sulle ferrovie 7- La finestra era piegata all'interno e all'esterno 8- Il letto era su un inclinazione (se avessi dormito sulla torre di Pisa mi sarebbe stato meglio) 9- Il mio letto aveva rotto le lastre 10- Il mio letto era davvero sveglio 11- Il buco nella parete nel bagno 12- Non c'era una tovagliola 13- Non c'erano tovaglioli aggiuntivi (compresi i tovaglioli a mano) 14- si diceva che non poteva fare colazione il lunedì quando ci siamo fermati 15- Non c'era mai un membro del personale quando Il 16- Bar non era aperto 17- Ascensore non funzionava più era troppo piccolo per me 18- finestra non chiuse più un altro non aperto. 19- bella vista marina ma devi salire su un passo per vedere 20- La porta è molto alta e non può tenerla aperta se necessario 21- Disposizioni luminose libere sopra entrambi i letti 22- Vecchie bianchette nei cassetti 23- Succhi di merda sopra il cassetto 24- No bin nella stanza solo un piccolo bin nella camera da letto 25- Il proprietario non sembrava piacere parlare con gli ospiti 26- persona non desiderata che mi ha colpito alla porta alle 6:18. Vedere le foto. Non sara' rimasto qui. Belli gatti e cani stavano ricevendo molte affascinazioni da me

DON'T stay in room 24!! Despite offering a sea view, the room is tiny, and the bathroom is ridiculously small - you can barely shut the door if you are sat on the loo, let alone reach for toilet paper!! The bed is uncomfortable - the mattress is lumpy due to being over used. The bed and the floor of the room slopes and squeaks. Furthermore, the noise coming from neighbouring rooms is horrendously hard to bare if you stay in Room 24. You can hear the showers being run, the toilets being flushed, and the bath taps running throughout the night and early in the morning. In addition, the bed in Room 24 and the floor boards moves if your neighbors in room 23 walks or moves... It was awful staying here!! The breakfast was not especially good either. There was a limited choice of Kellogg's cereal. Tinned peaches or prunes. Limited selection of yoghurt, a few slices of cheese and cold meats, and croissants. The hot breakfast was just 2 slices of bacon, 1 sausage, a spoonful of beans, 1 poached egg ( 2 if you are lucky), 1 hash brown, and 1 triangular fried bread if you like that sort of thing. The staff were not very hospitable or friendly at all. We won't be coming back to this hotel again. One good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the Great Orme and the beach.

If you need a Llandudno B&B, situated in an ideal location, with some on-site parking, offering spotlessly clean rooms, serving tasty plentiful breakfasts by a friendly welcoming host, then this is the place for you. We booked last minute based on the good reviews we had read and were not disappointed 👍
