The service is good and the location is very nice that is near the sea! I enjoy a lot :)

Needs repair. Not in good condition. Lift didn’t work. Staff needs to be more polite. Wont stay again.

Very friendly atmosphere and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb, served by a lovely waitress, Louisa. Hotel was very clean. The view from our room was stunning. A family run hotel who put the comfort and needs of guest a priority. The reception staff were happy to answer any queries about the area.

Awful grubby little place. I would avoid at all costs! There are better establishments at the same price throughout Llandudno and I would advise you to take your business elsewhere. To add, the staff/owners are awfully rude and obnoxious. AVOID!!!

I've stayed here twice now. Once with my daughter and 2nd time with my boyfriend. It's a really lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very tasty on the first occasion, but we didn't have it the last time. We will definitely visit again in the new year.

A charming seafront hotel! Perfect if you’re looking to stay in the area and be walking distance to all of the sights. The staff (especially Eva) cannot be faulted. I felt right at home on arrival and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Amazingly attentive, hospitable and welcoming - it has been a pleasure. Will absolutely stay again if I’m in the area, I wouldn’t consider elsewhere.

Very clean, breakfast was well worth the price all freshly cooked not worth looking for anywhere else for breakfast, all the staff are very friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, very good with children Will definitely be booking again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In Llandudno with friends for brilliant Squeeze concert at Venue Cymru. Had two rooms with two single beds here. No complaints at all, sea views, good breakfast freshly cooked helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms What's not to like !!

Staying here really made the holiday. The hosts were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They were so accommodating and lovely to talk to. Thank you for a great stay. I shall definitely return
