My company booked this for my business trip. The hotel and facility is very new, I got the room with the view over the neighbor, things are pretty cool. The ladies at the desk are very helpful and friendly. They helped me to contact some of my business partners with their personal phone and also helped me to book the airport transfer. Overall, it was a fine stay, would book this again. Breakfast was good too.

Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

酒店很新，價格還可以，服務員都會説點英語（但不多），入住退房都很快，酒店內消費也不高，服務員會主動問好這點很加分，位置不錯，周邊無論吃飯還是購物都很便利。 比較鬱悶的是我們四個人出差，我備註了高樓層結果下屬都被安排高樓層，唯獨給我安排低樓層+角落尾房，還好我沒有很在意這個...着實有點無語，估計是前台覺得男生都是領導需要安排好，女生肯定是無所謂的🤦♀️ 早餐的粉不錯，咖啡也🉑

北江最好的酒店，目前性價比很不錯！只是周邊總是因為某些原因封路，無法進入酒店；本次旅行更為驚喜的是前台服務員竟然會中文了！特別是阮北小哥哥，禮貌熱情，中文目前已經非常不錯了！
