Turchia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Provincia di Van

Non ci sono pantofole. C'è un ristorante barbecue sotto. C'è un po' di fumo. Se aprite la finestra, andate a vedere dove si trova. Il servizio nel complesso è buono.

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

Recentemente ci siamo fermati al Hilton DoubleTree e siamo stati profondamente impressionati dalla qualità del servizio, soprattutto da un membro del personale chiamato Halil. Da quando ho controllato, Halil andò di sopra e di là per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo e senza stress.
