Turchia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Provincia di Van

Non è una buona esperienza. Il piano della stanza era sporco e chiaramente non vuoto. Non erano forniti pasti da dentifricio o scarpe da bagno, e il ristorante era chiuso, quindi dovevo andare a mangiare ogni volta. Mi aspettavo molto meglio.

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

La camera dell'hotel mostrava il segno di età ma era ancora pulita. Mi sono compiaciuto di aver offerto un aggiornamento della stanza con una buona vista sul lago Van. Purtroppo non riuscivo a dormire bene perché il sistema di condizionamento centralizzato mi fece sudare tutta la notte. La stanza era così calda! Il personale era utile e gentile. Il colazione offriva molte scelte di cibo. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante. Il personale era amichevole e utile e la cibo era media.

The staffs were very friendly and kind, the hotel was located in a beautiful calm place The breakfast was poor and very limited choices Hotel restaurant’s food was very poor, the hotel was old not renewed for many years The only strength of that hotel was good and friendly staffs I travelled for business propse
