Fino a oggi, non ho mai avuto un servizio simile. Il personale era incredibilmente gentile, utile e dispiaciuto di essere al servizio. L'hotel può essere 4 stelle, ma il servizio, le strutture, la pulizia sono tutte 7 stelle. Grazie alla squadra.

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

Il centro della vecchia città di Bursa.E'molto conveniente mangiare e bere e giocare.La reception è molto entusiasta e ci dà una mappa del viaggio.La stanza è grande, molto nuova, molto pulita e molto tranquilla.La auto può essere parcheggiata gratuitamente sul bordo dello stesso parcheggio della società, e la reception darà il biglietto di parcheggio.Comfortabile.Raccomandazione

È stato un bel hotel in una bella posizione che abbiamo fatto per godere di sci in Uludag ma abbiamo voluto rimanere in città e abbiamo avuto un grande accesso a ristoranti e centri a 5 minuti a piedi il personale è stato bello e preferisco borsa a Istanbul e questa posizione è stata grande , Inoltre, il servizio di valet era grande e concierge era così utile

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!
