Abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza presso l'Hotel Bursa di Mövenpick, tutto su questo hotel superava le nostre aspettative. Da gli eleganti interni all'ospitalità calda, offre veramente un'esperienza di 5 stelle in ogni senso. La posizione è eccellente, vicino al centro di Bursa, ma tranquilla, con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni, negozi e centri da pranzo. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e pulita senza spazi. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, e il bagno era dotato di un'alta fine di servizi. Ogni dettaglio, dalla luce alla disposizione, rendeva il soggiorno rilassante e lussuoso. Il servizio era eccellente. Il personale era cortese, professionale e veramente attento a ogni richiesta. Il check-in era regolare, e la squadra si accertava che avessimo tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione a Mövenpick è stata un'alta attenzione, un bel buffet con una vasta gamma di pranzi turchi e internazionali, pasticce fresche e un ottimo caffè. In generale, Mövenpick Bursa combina la precisione svizzera con il calore turco, offre conforto, grande servizio e lusso in un luogo. Ci siamo apprezzati molto e saremmo sicuramente tornati alla nostra prossima visita a Bursa. Molto consigliato per le famiglie, le coppie, o chiunque cerca una giornata tranquilla ma lussuosa!

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

In generale, siamo stati soddisfatti, ma io ho sentito il servizio svizzero, e sembrava che fosse una vacanza di scuola e che avrebbe accettato gli ospiti di una struttura. Indipendentemente dalla folla, occorre fare un passo professionale per migliorare la qualità del servizio del personale. Nota dettagliata: le uova raccolte sono raccolte per molto tempo, devono essere applicate tecniche di cucina adeguate. Un'impianto che preferisco di nuovo, nonostante i problemi di servizio.

Till this day, I've never experienced service like this. The staff were all incredibly polite, helpful and eager to be of service. The hotel itself might be 4 stars, but the service, amenities, cleanliness is all 7 stars. Thank you to the team.

La camera è ampia, la posizione è conveniente, molto vicina a Banza. La maggior parte delle attrazioni possono essere raggiunte a piedi. L'hotel è molto moderno, grazie per il servizio

Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Konaklamamız süresince bizimle mıhteşem ilgilendi. Bu ilgi ve alakası için kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Bundan sonra bu otel Bursa da kalacağımız tek adresimiz oldu. L'esperienza di questa estate è molto soddisfatta. Il servizio è attento e il personale è attento. Il personale è attivamente in grado di aiutare il trasporto del bagaglio e fornire un ammonimento intime.La stanza è pulita e confortevole, le strutture sono complete, i letti sono morbidi, l'ambiente generale è moderno e rilassato. I suoi amici viaggiano qui e scelgono molto bene, la prossima volta tornerà.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

It was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful
