Hotel con parcheggio a Viti Levu

We booked delux room but was upgraded to entire apartment on ground floor. It was clean, spacious living area, full kitchen facilities, AC and ceiling fans in bedroom & living area & laundry facilities. Bathroom was tiny, with window (no exhaust fan), 24hr hot water with good pressure. Tea & coffee was provided but no bottled water. There are security grills & fly nets on all windows & doors. Main entrance gate to property is remote operated provided with key. No signage at the property with its name. The property manager provided the contact for good taxi driver. There is a burger king & few restaurants within 5 min walk. Shopping mall 10 min walk with supermarket, local bus stop, taxi stand, restaurants and other shops. If you book cultural village tour or island cruise, shuttle pick-up will be at the shopping mall area.

The hospitality is top notch! All staff were really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of activities to occupy yourselves and very nice property to be in - vibes and views wise. Overall a very pleasant stay and a wonderful memory

Una strana esperienza qui devo dire.. Sono arrivato alla camera da letto 28 (anche se trip.com ha detto che era 10 letto) e non c'era alcun segno di nessuna altra vita nel dormitorio. La maggior parte dei letti sembrava essere fatta mesi fa e nessuno aveva dormito in loro da quando erano coperti di polvere e di polvere. Sono tornato al ricevimento per chiedere cosa sta succedendo e hanno detto che sono l'unico che ha fatto la prenotazione, quindi l'ho accettato come era. The only downsides to this resort is they don't have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt hurried in my opinion and the trip wasn't Non c'era tempo per fermarci e osservare nulla, sembrava che i ragazzi della barca volessero solo farlo passare e fare il più velocemente possibile.

Recentemente sono rimasto al Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel. However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment. For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear. Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone. Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient. In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.

No major issues with the stay, and the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful. However, the hotel itself has clearly seen better days, and the aging infrastructure is starting to show. What was most disappointing is that the small details that usually make Mercure a reliable, universal brand were consistently letting us down. For example: Pillows were clean but desperately need replacing — one was purely decorative, and the other was so hard it could have doubled as a car jack. Door handle and its protective plate were loose. Broken light bulbs in both the corridor and the room. Towel rack barely hanging on. Fresh paint stains visible everywhere, including on furniture. Anti-slip mats in common areas (especially the breakfast area) were dirty. Hedges around the pool were untrimmed. Small rubbish and paper left around the pool garden and not cleaned up. Room service trays left in the corridor for over 12 hours. Arrival porch not properly cleaned. Individually these are minor issues, but together they create a strong negative impression. The hotel is showing its age, and it feels like management isn’t doing regular checks to maintain the expected standard. Small things matter — and unfortunately, they added up.

PROS: Budget friendly. Located right next to a MacDonald's and multiple shopping spots from Supermarkets, boutiques & restaurants. Walking distance to Bus Stops, and 14 mins drive to Port Denarau. Parking & Gym is complementary. The gym is quite small. Friendly staff and don't forget the roof top bar & pool, spectacular view. CONS: We had a room with a broken shower, water leaked through the bottom tap while the shower head was in use. One of the bath towels provided was not properly washed. WiFi was utterly useless. Mobile Network only worked near the balcony so cannot use your 4G/5G network anywhere else in the room. NOTE! Do not leave your parking spot during events at the hotel, parking was not prioritized for in-house guests, first come first serve basis.

My flight reached late at night. I checked in after 10pm. No one was there to guide or help with the luggage. Had difficulties looking for my room. Was told by an employee that my room was upstairs so had to go up the stairs with my 20kg back, 7 kg carry on and my handbag, only to be told by a guest that it was downstairs. I was frustrated and exhausted from my long flight from Australia. The guest took me downstairs to my room. Thank God for his help. The hotel was nice, except for their services, other things were good.

Il check-in è stato dopo le 3:00, il check-out è alle 10:30 e si deve ottenere l'armadio dalla ricezione. Troppe regole sono appese nella stanza come se si dovesse rubarle. È necessario un deposito di FJD50 in contanti (nessuna bevanda nella stanza, solo caffè istantaneo). Mi chiesi se potessi andare a controllare prima delle 12:00, ma solo fino alle 11:00. Quando sono tornato a prendere il mio bagaglio, la signora mi ha detto che dovevo andare a controllare, senza nemmeno chiedere se lo avessi fatto. Solo il personale di pulizia era utile. Non lo consiglierei.
