Capo Verde: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Contea di Praia

While generally clean, this hotel is far less inviting than the photos will have you believe. In person, it offers a glimpse of what it once was. My room, while decently spacious, was a sparse, unwelcoming box with an aesthetic more reminiscent of a guesthouse than a 3-star hotel. Due to a nationwide cancellation of domestic flights, I only got to spend one night at the hotel, the whole of which I spent in the heat because their attempts to adjust the air-conditioning proved fruitless. (Also, despite the force-majeure nature of the flight cancellations, the hotel refused to offer even a partial refund when contacted about adjusting the booking.) The photos of the empty pool and surrounding bar/restaurant areas are accurate only in the complete desolation of the scene. During my visit, the pool area was entirely unstaffed -- devoid of life guards, attendants, bartenders (or any markers of a functioning bar), or any other factors indicating a functioning pool. The makeshift gym (I've seen better-appointed fitness centers in friends' garages) felt even more unsafe to use, especially alone. The front desk has its issues as well -- I had to wait 45 minutes while they changed the twin beds in my room to the single King/Queen requested in the booking. And upon my late-night checkout, the very junior staffer asleep at the desk was so slow and incompetent (with both my checkout and taxi request) that I almost missed the check-in window when I eventually arrived at the airport (a short 5-minute drive from the hotel). In the end, my flight was canceled and I needed somewhere to stay for the 1-2 nights I'd be stuck on the island. It went without saying that I never returned to this hotel.

Non ci sono forniture una tantum, come denti, scarpe, piccoli denti, armadietti, con un piccolo pezzo di sapone e soluzione di sapone.Ci sono giardini, giardini, giardini di lana e ventole elettrico.La superficie complessiva del tipo di camera è OK, ma molti spazi inefficaci. Ci sono un balcone e due divano, nessun balcone, una grande area di finestre di terra, ma fuori dalla finestra c'è un edificio, non c'è paesaggio.La stanza è dotata di una cassaforte e un minibar.Ricorda ai piccoli amici che il sedile è un metro europeo, quindi preparatevi a cambiare la testa in anticipo, o trovare un hotel per fornire. Si consiglia di essere autoprotetto, marchio nazionale, bufalo, conveniente.I prodotti sono elencati di seguito.Per esempio, vacanze o soggiorni relativamente lunghi, si consiglia di preparare una piastra di cavo e di essere conveniente per se stessi.I piccoli fratelli della reception sono molto bravi. Posso fare una semplice comunicazione in inglese con voi, per aiutarmi a risolvere molti problemi. Tutti devono essere preparati a pensare. I locali parlano portoghese e alcuni dei servizi parlano inglese.

The place was really nice and well located. However we had no électricity at night and we had our flight very early in the morning, which might have caused issues, including no check in, important fees from the companies, a long travel without phone battery...

I stayed here for 2 nights while waiting for my next flight to go to another island. I'm glad I found the discounted rate via trip.com because I would have been upset at paying full price for this hotel. The pictures are out of date. The room was small but clean. The shower head was loose and wouldn't stay up properly. The rooftop was outdated. The pool was small and hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dirt and debris were visible in the pool. Breakfast was okay. A decent selection of food items. Staff wasn't super friendly. Decent stay for the discounted rate but not worth $100/night.

The people in the room upstairs were running around. The people in the next room were noisy. The room itself was great but noise insulation should be better. There were no elevators or ramps to get heavy bags up and down. Breakfast was great. All around the food was great. Local grilled fish for lunch was fantastic. Hotel staff were pretty good though sometimes did not give their full attention. The pool area was a feature. Very handy location.

Il mio soggiorno era grande. Il servizio dell'hotel è bello e i ragazzi erano gentili e utili. Ho avuto la stanza che volevo, quindi è bello.

The hotel is quite outdated, however it doesn’t prevent it from being a great choice for any travel coming to the island. The advantages are it’s located very close to the airport and more importantly, it’s directly on very nice beach. I think the last compensated for any drawbacks in quality. So indeed I enjoyed very much my stay there.

Prenotare in Trip.com è più economico di 100 che andare direttamente all'hotel. L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, il rapporto prezzo è alto

Je me vois obligé de mettre 2 sur le service mais je tiens à précisé qu’il s’agit uniquement d’une seule personne qui a notre arrive à était exécrable, nous sommes arrivé à 1h du matin et il se réveillait de la nuit, nous a très mal reçu et soufflait dès qu’on parlait, on a été très surpris lorsqu’il a nous a annoncé le pris qui différé de 20€ par rapport au prix annoncé sur trip, nous lui avons donc demandé simplement pourquoi et il nous a répondu qu’il s’agissait des taxes. Hors dans le prix les taxes étaient déjà comprise, il changé de version toutes les 30 secondes, lui même se perdait dans son mensonge nous avons donc discuté pendant 30min sans changement d’avis de sa part. Tout le reste de l’équipe était gentil et serviable
