Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante allo Zuri Resort! Il personale è stato molto cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto ad assisterci con un sorriso. Il mio soggiorno a El Nido Resorts Lagen Island non era altro che straordinario. Optare per il bungalow sopra acqua è stata un'esperienza unica e affascinante, aggiungendo al paradiso che è l'isola di El Nido Lagen. Ambiente: L'hotel è una versione economica del Soleil Garden, con servizi in comune, ma l'ambiente è gradevole. Pulizia: La camera era molto pulita; la biancheria da letto, l'aria condizionata e il bagno erano tutti puliti e confortevoli. Contro: La camera aveva poca luce naturale e si affacciava sul corridoio di un altro edificio. Non erano presenti acqua in bottiglia, pantofole, asciugacapelli, bollitore, ecc., il che la rendeva piuttosto essenziale. Consiglio: Se possibile, prenotate il vicino Venus; è migliore sotto ogni aspetto e il prezzo è lo stesso.

L'hotel è piuttosto lontano dalla città, quindi la posizione non è delle più comode. Inoltre, giusto un avvertimento: c'è un cimitero nelle vicinanze, nel caso in cui a qualcuno interessi. La camera era pulita e il servizio era super-super-mega-eccellente. Senza dubbio il punto forte del nostro soggiorno. Anche la spa era fantastica, solo un po' complicata da prenotare perché possono ospitare solo due persone alla volta. C'erano molti insetti in giro per la struttura. Non sorprende, visto che ci troviamo in provincia, ma non sono piccoli, quindi altri dovrebbero esserne informati. Gran parte del resort era in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della maggior parte dei servizi. Ma la piscina era molto pulita e ci siamo divertiti molto. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole, ma probabilmente la prossima volta proverò un altro resort.

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci sono 2 piscine disponibili, il che è fantastico. Anche il cibo del ristorante è fantastico! Tuttavia, sembrava che l'hotel fosse a corto di personale. Siamo arrivati ​​intorno alle 11:30, ma poiché il check-in è rigorosamente alle 14:00, siamo andati a pranzo al ristorante prima. Tuttavia, quando siamo tornati alle 14:00, ci hanno fatto aspettare altri 30 minuti perché c'era solo una receptionist e ci ha messo molto tempo a sistemare la famiglia prima di noi. Anche le pulizie sono arrivate in ritardo, nonostante avessimo messo il cartello ”sala trucco” prima di partire per il nostro tour. Quando siamo tornati alle 16:00, la nostra camera era ancora intatta e le pulizie sono arrivate solo alle 17:30. Anche l'insonorizzazione non era buona. Abbiamo sentito la nostra vicina di sopra spostare i mobili alle 4 del mattino.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

L'hotel è bellissimo!! La nostra stanza è fantastica!! Amore tutte le scultura e i dettagli fine che hanno in tutto l'hotel. Le piscine sono enormi e l'acqua è bella e calda! Il personale è benvenuto e amichevole! Resta qui e consiglia l'hotel ad altri viaggiatori.

Hotel with traditional feel and service. Beautiful courtyard with pool. Clean room. Quiet area. Jollibee restaurant is just beside the hotel. Robinsons Mall is within walking distance. Would stay again.
