The deluxe cottage rooms are not in the main building, and you can watch the sunrise on the sixth floor. The room and bathroom were large and clean, the bathroom was a bit dated and the hand towels had a strange smell. The room has safe and iron. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not bad. The only problem is getting to the hotel, they only have 2 free shuttles from the lakeside, otherwise you need to take a taxi. All staff are friendly.

Excellent hotel with good food and well-behaved staff and special thanks to front desk manager Mr. Samar also sales manager Mr. Sachin for valuable cooperations. Good chef and all staff of restaurant. Very good ambiance,, house keeping provide good service.

Abbiamo 4 coppie che hanno avuto un blast.Ho avuto la mia 60a celebrazione di giorno con il personale che ci ha messo in giro.Grazie speciali a Sabina,,Dhikshya,saroj &Binita per il loro super sorridente servizio. Il cibo e l'atmosfera erano troppo buoni.Una casa lontana dal muro di casa senza stress.

This family run hotel was a great find for relaxing a few days after our trek. It is easy walking distance to the lakeside but far enough away that you don't hear the nightclubs when you want to sleep at night. The beds are comfortable and the room is well designed. There are many thoughtful touches: the table attached to the wall by the door let's you have luggage underneath, the fridge is for you to use and not crammed full of mini bar stuff, there is even a beer mug provided. The full hot breakfast has eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, we were plenty well fed. You can choose to sit out in the garden area for breakfast if you like. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful with the owner speaking really good English.

スタッフの方が皆親切でした。Wifiの接続が上手くできない時はすぐに部屋をかえてくださり、チェックアウトの時間が朝食前と知った時は、お弁当を持たせてくれました。 場所は中心街から少し離れていますが、その分静かで、レイクサイドを散歩するととても気持ちよかったです。特に夜はライトアップされて雰囲気がよく、お隣の遊園地でも楽しめました。 プールはいつも清潔に保たれていました。広くてお天気の日は最高です。 ありがとうございます。

Very nice hotel. Good location just a walking distance to central bus station and a big park near the lake. I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing🙁). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

Amo questo hotel. Le camere erano buone e pulite, l’hotel stesso era bello con calda ospitalità dal personale, ci trovarono in un ospedale in tempo, ci organizzarono una navetta gratuita per andare alla macchina via cavo, e anche pendeva i nostri vestiti per noi nel balcone. Devo sottolineare il loro colazione, il cuoco mi ha fatto una nuotata di mela, e le diverse creature carine per i miei altri familiari, e il cibo era bellissimo. La posizione è così conveniente che possiamo camminare verso il lago entro minuti dove le attività erano in tutto il lago. Tornerò certamente la prossima volta che visiterò Nepal!

The hotel is good and safe for stay. Location is also good as it is close to phew a lake. The owners are very cooperative and help in arranging local tours, adventure sport activities, taxi etc. Overall a good place to stay.

因為酒店的熱情服務，不好意思體驗別家酒店了，衹能繼續住第三天。 設施 1. 除了熱水慢不那麼熱 2. 沒電梯 3. 沒吹風機… 頭髮自然幹… 衞生 住三天了也沒打掃過… 起碼給我換新毛巾吧… 我都晚上回去，保潔也下班了，我也沒提，算了。 環境 舒適 服務 服務態度好，老闆説我要打車被多收錢，告訴他們，他們會把多收的錢給我，結果我第四天退房打車，他們特地跟司機説別多收我錢，到了巴士站，司機應該收我83盧比，給了100盧比沒找錢，這信用… 大家記得準備好零錢！這個服務我倒是沒驗證，大家知曉即可。

Questo hotel è il luogo di soggiorno a Pachora. Le camere hanno una bella vista sul lago. Il direttore generale dell'hotel e il personale sono eccezionali. Il proprietario è completamente etico e piacere incontrarsi. L'hotel offre il miglior prezzo per i soldi con cibo fresco cucinato-l. Tutti in tutto magnifico!
