Messico: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Stato di Puebla

Hotel staff are really friendly at the front desk. But they don't honor our requests when we ask for things. Housekeeping forgets to give us things that we requested with simple things like towels, cups, and shower caps for hair. We asked the front desk to clean our room, we go out, and come back several hours later, and our room is still not clean. This has happened several times and we have to wait for our room to be cleaned after a long day out and about doing things. This is quite an expensive hotel to stay at each night and the things we request are not being given or done.

La corte di Puebla Las Animas offre un soggiorno eccezionale, definito principalmente dalla sua posizione maestosa. La mia stanza ha fornito una vista incantevole e senza interruzioni sulla montagna del Volcano, che era l'evidenza assolutamente spettacolare per svegliarsi. Oltre al paesaggio, l'hotel è eccellente in comfort e servizio. La stanza stessa era moderna, spaziosa e improvvisamente pulita, con comodi letti e servizi affidabili. L'intero personale era professionale, amichevole ed efficiente durante la mia visita. Situato nella vivace zona di Las Animas, l'hotel è perfettamente situato per un facile accesso ai centri commerciali e al centro storico di Puebla. Questa è un'esperienza di cinque stelle che confonde senza sosta la comodità con un contesto naturale inoltrabile.

Questa è una proroga del nostro soggiorno precedente. Pensiamo che questo sia uno dei migliori hotel a Puebla per il prezzo. Le camere sono grandi con una cucina parziale con un piccolo asciugacapelli, frigorifero e microonde. L'AC ha lavorato tutto il tempo e ha avuto freddo e la pressione dell'acqua insieme all'acqua calda è stata coerente e piacevole. I letti erano molto comodi. Tutte le altre strutture erano un'altra più come l'acqua potabile, il caffè e la cucina. L'hotel è in una posizione ideale, che si trova in un piacevole quartiere.È molto facile prendere un taxi dall'hotel. Tutto su questo hotel era meraviglioso. Ci siamo estesi tre volte qui durante il nostro soggiorno a Puebla e mentre il Giorno dei morti era in corso. Si consiglia molto questo hotel.

Questo hotel è nella migliore posizione della città - è nel Zocalo e accanto alla chiesa. Ci sono così tanti negozi e ristoranti in fondo. La stanza è molto grande e pulita. Sul lato inferiore, ci sorprendeva molto di scoprire che la nostra stanza non aveva finestre. Per un viaggiatore medio degli Stati Uniti, le camere da letto sono presumibilmente con finestre, a meno che non fosse stato detto diversamente. Non so che ciò sia dovuto a una differenza culturale. Ma questo hotel è di proprietà dell'IHG, una catena hotel a base statunitense, globale. Penso che siano tenuti a un livello più elevato. Infine abbiamo pagato un prezzo più alto di quello annunciato per una stanza finestrata. Ma l'intera esperienza ha dato un segno nero a questo hotel altrimenti grande.

In generale, la colazione è molto buona e il servizio è buono.La reception richiede un paio di chicchi di acqua più difficili e sono costretti a pagare.Ho detto che potresti dormire domani in anticipo?Pensato per molto tempo...Solo da me.

Since checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

📍The location is really good, same area for a big commercial area: restaurants, bars, stores, gym… 🅿️The parking lot is shared with the mall, don’t forget to ask the reception desk to validate your parking ticket. 👩🏻💻The lady from the front desk was really helpful and friendly 🛏️ The room has the basic equipment, the bed is really comfortable and they offer 2 kinds of pillows: soft and middle hard 🍳The breakfast is good, you can order eggs to your liking, there is fruit, bread, etc.

Buon per un breve soggiorno L'hotel è buono se sei in città per un viaggio veloce. Fornisce le basi di cui hai bisogno camere pulite e un posto decente per riposare. Il colazione è un po' limitato e può essere migliorato, e il servizio è solo OK, niente di notevole. Ciò detto, tutto il resto è buono, e lo consiglio ancora soprattutto perché è pulito e funzionale.

El lugar esta muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena atención y cerca de todo. Todo esta muy muy bien pero me pareció muy mal que en la ducha los jabones que tienen son de botes de jabon para las manos! Creo que no cuesta nada tener un bote de shampoo y otro de jabon de cuerpo, sino da mala imagen por todo lo bueno del hotel.
