Messico: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Stato di Puebla

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Bett war gemütlich. Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war in Ordnung und es floss wie es sein sollte auch warmes Wasser. Zum Zentrum musste man ca. 1,5 km gehen was ich selber in Ordnung finde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Frühstück wurde leider nicht angeboten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und von draußen hörte man jeden Schritt und Tritt. Das Fenster lag zum Flur hin weswegen man kein Tageslicht hatte und die Luft war muffig. Es gab im Bad keinen Abzug. Eine Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

Sólo tengo un par de observaciones: - Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño - El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto

Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a ****** and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food. Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

📍The location is really good, same area for a big commercial area: restaurants, bars, stores, gym… 🅿️The parking lot is shared with the mall, don’t forget to ask the reception desk to validate your parking ticket. 👩🏻💻The lady from the front desk was really helpful and friendly 🛏️ The room has the basic equipment, the bed is really comfortable and they offer 2 kinds of pillows: soft and middle hard 🍳The breakfast is good, you can order eggs to your liking, there is fruit, bread, etc.

Tutto era perfetto, ma chiedevo sempre loro di mettere bottiglie d'acqua in più nella stanza ((non lo facevano)) e una volta che ho chiamato la reception per chiedere dell'acqua, lui ha detto (( stiamo finendo l'acqua potabile, hai comprare nel negozio vicino 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7)) cosa c'è che non va in voi ragazzi??? No acqua??? Sei serio??

Hotel staff are really friendly at the front desk. But they don't honor our requests when we ask for things. Housekeeping forgets to give us things that we requested with simple things like towels, cups, and shower caps for hair. We asked the front desk to clean our room, we go out, and come back several hours later, and our room is still not clean. This has happened several times and we have to wait for our room to be cleaned after a long day out and about doing things. This is quite an expensive hotel to stay at each night and the things we request are not being given or done.
