Giappone: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Prefettura di Osaka

I would highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect! Walkable distance to Dotonburi, Sinseikai and Sinsaibashi. All the walks are in within 10-15 mins, there are a lot of convenience stores around, really so convenient! The room is spacious and clean, it’s considered as one of the most spacious hotel I’ve stayed in Japan, even came with a microwave and cooking pan. Luton on market is just about 5 mins walk, you can get some steak there and bring back to cook if you want to. There are free coffee, water and ice dispenser 24 hours. Room is modern as well, come with a bathtub. I would book this place again when I’m back next time!

Colazione a buffet, 1800 yen. Il numero di articoli era esiguo per il prezzo e, nonostante l'abbia usato per due notti consecutive, non sono rimasto soddisfatto. Penso che aumentare il numero di articoli o abbassare i prezzi porterà a un servizio migliore.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Osaka and, while the property itself is commendable, I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk staff member named Sears. When I politely asked to borrow a pen to sign some paperwork, rather than assisting me in a courteous manner, she reacted with clear irritation, rolling her eyes and displaying a lack of professionalism. This behavior continued when I asked her a few questions, and it was evident that she had no intention of providing the friendly service one would expect from a hotel of this quality. It was disheartening to witness her treating not only myself but also other guests in a similar disrespectful manner during checkin. This experience significantly tarnished an otherwise enjoyable trip. I strongly urge management to address this issue as customer service should reflect the high standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst front desk experiences I've encountered. I hope future guests do not have to deal with similar treatment.

The hotel is located conveniently at Osaka and Midosuji station. The rooms are clean and decent in size. However, just like most of the hotels in Japan, we couldn't open our luggage due to the narrow walkway in the room. Checkin and check out is smooth.

It was a great experience but more needs to be done in terms of visitors that don’t speak Japanese. Communication with staff was a nightmare

Ci vogliono dai dieci ai quindici minuti a piedi dall'hotel alla stazione di Shin-Osaka. Non ci sono molti ristoranti lungo il percorso, ma c'è un Aeon aperto 24 ore su 24 e un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24. Ogni volta che parcheggiamo l'auto in hotel, il personale dell'hotel aiuta a far funzionare l'ascensore. Il servizio è ok con il solito atteggiamento comune negli hotel. Ciò che apprezziamo di più di questo hotel è che, nonostante sia piccolo, ha tutte le funzionalità necessarie. C'è un letto matrimoniale, una cucina (con piano cottura a induzione e utensili da cucina) e un bagno con vasca. Tutto è andato abbastanza bene. Il peccato più grande è che sono rimasto per tre notti e di tanto in tanto ho sentito il rumore delle ambulanze perché l'hotel era di fronte all'ospedale. Ma va tutto bene.

Questo hotel è ideale per i passeggeri con un sacco di bagagli, accanto all'OCAT. Offrono di tenere il bagaglio fino a controllare il tempo ...quando ii era lì, strictly check in at 3pm and out by 10am..scan tbe QR, show to the staff and screenshot to get later Super efficient. Ci sono ghiacci, ristoranti, lavanderia e anche 7-11 all'interno dell'edificio ... punti acquatici, mircowave sono liberi anche per l'uso.. La prossima passeggiata di Namba fornisce una passeggiata coperta per tutto il viaggio a Nipponbashi .... La vista del tetto era buona anche ... e la più importante ... Tutti i membri del personale che ho incontrato parlano buon inglese. Divertiti davvero il mio personale qui.

Si trova in un posto tranquillo nel centro di Osaka. Era spazioso per un hotel giapponese, pulito e il personale era gentile. La posizione è anche a poche fermate di treno dal centro e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti caffè con vista sul fiume. Voglio restare di nuovo quando vado di nuovo a Osaka più tardi.
