This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

Sono rimasto qui senza pasti per andare a TDR. La clientela è composta principalmente da famiglie con bambini piccoli. Il bus navetta gratuito era molto comodo. Se si sale di fronte all'hotel, è facile trovarlo perché l'autobus parte proprio di fronte all'ingresso. Può essere un po' complicato trovare la fermata dell'autobus quando si va in hotel da terra o da mare. Sul sito ufficiale dell'hotel è disponibile un video con le istruzioni, quindi se è la prima volta che utilizzate il bus dell'hotel, vi consiglio di guardarlo. La stanza era pulita. Tuttavia, il tappo di scarico del lavandino non si chiudeva bene, così, quando ho guardato più attentamente, ho notato che il tappo di una lente a contatto usa e getta, che doveva essere stato gettato nel water dall'ospite precedente, era ancora incastrato lì dentro, il che era un po' strano. Very new and nice hotel, self help amenities at lobby including face masks, cleaners and lotion. Dyson fan n air purifier, hairdryer in room. Clean and Comfortable stay. Next to train station and very big Aeon mall. Will consider coming back again. Limit to 3 pax in one room only. Strict regulation.

Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel all'ultimo minuto attraverso Trip.com. E 'stato annunciato come ultima stanza disponibile e una stanza di fumatori, quindi le nostre aspettative erano tentative. Cleaners came into room when clean room tag was not hung up. They moved belongings around. Hotel felt desolate and the place was not very welcoming Breakfast “reservation” instructions were inconvenient. It is NOT a reservation system; it is just a waiting in queue system. You can only stand in line using QR code starting 0600 of day of use but this is not real booking. You cannot book for a designated breakfast time. Once you are notified by email, you have to go RIGHT AWAY to have breakfast or lose your spot. Levels and entrance layout confusing - could have better signage Rainbow room does not have rainbow design (unlike photos). On the good side, buffet breakfast has good variety of food, both Jap and western. Free shuttle to Bayside Station is helpful for Disneyland/sea goers Paid limo service to Haneda Airport is helpful for tired legs after Disney

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno in questo hotel. Il colazione era delizioso e valeva il prezzo di 2200 yen per gli ospiti, con cammino-in costo 2700 yen. Very large room with 4 beds, it was tidy and clean, great parking facility and conveniently located near Disneyland and Disney sea, especially with their free shuttle services. There are local malls restaurants and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive, staff was wonderful too.

Hotel vicino al centro commerciale e hanno Free Shuttle Bus molto comodo all'aeroporto ogni 1 ora. Mi piace il suo quiet e fiori front yard molto bella. Le strutture hanno cose per i clienti nelle loro esigenze e abbastanza. Mi rilassi e mi rilassi in una stanza molto calda, anche se fuori è freddo.

Very prompt service by all staffs frm this hotel. Beyond my expectations, I didn't expect such wonderful service, but i was very pleased despite a very shirt stay as i had a 7am flight next morning. This hotel takes all pride in caring for their client/hotel guests. Every little thing was put into detail ; the complimentary shuttle bus svc to/from airport terminals & the shuttle svc to/from AEON mall was well worth it, a great deal of price for what client paid for the room rate. I must so compliment Marroad Htl is spotlessly clean. Will highly recommend those for looking into free airport shuttle and with morning flight to catch. Will definitely rely on this hotel for my future Narita transit/ stopovers . 10 stars if i could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Just as advertised. Nice compact room with comfortable bed and very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Close to both narita and keisei-narita train station. Easy walk to aeon mall and omotesando street with many options for eating and shopping. At end of this tourist street wonderful old shire. One of the best we have seen in japan. Lovely staff and breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel offers a regular shuttle service between Narita Terminal 1 and Terminals 2-3, shared with the Hilton hotel. The journey from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a shuttle to Narita Train Station and Aeon Mall. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The mattress is firm but not too hard, offering a soft yet supportive feel. The pillows provide good neck support without being too firm. The breakfast spread is standard, but the highlight is the pancake machine. With just a wave of your hand, the machine starts, and in about 30 seconds, you can enjoy a freshly made pancake.

from the location wise, it is very convenient when it provide the shuttle to airport. there is a convenient store so you can get something to eat there. yhe hotel has machine help us on hotel check-in /out so even many people come at same time , it will not take long to get a room. highly recommend ! the room is Toky standard size but redecorate so feel new indeed and smart TV available

The free hotel shuttle stop at Narita airport is conveniently located right outside international arrivals in T1 at bus bay 16, shared with all other hotel shuttles. Not sure about the T2 stop. However, be aware that the current shuttle schedule operates only FOUR TIMES PER DAY. (see picture: bottom row, 3rd from left) So plan accordingly. Check-in required just a passport. Got the room key in 15 seconds. The room was big by Japan standards. The AC worked very well. The restroom was small but had everything we needed. Also included are complimentary slippers and use of yukata. The 7-11 (open 24 hours) and Narita train station were just 2-3 minutes walk even with luggage. We checked out early in the morning and easily walked to the train station with all of our luggage. Overall a very decent stay in a great location. The only headache is planning to use the hotel/airport shuttle, since it operates so infrequently.

Ho prenotato 4 camere in totale per la mia famiglia. Nessuna lamentela, la colazione era buona con 3-4 posti tra cui scegliere. Questo include un'opzione per un pasto tradizionale giapponese. Accessibile in sedia a rotelle e posizione comoda per le fughe Disney.

房間很安靜，接待我們的是個台灣小姐姐，講話柔柔的，聽起來很舒服，其實沒有中文前台也還好，因為全程英語是可以溝通的，酒店旁邊依舊是有便利店的，買東西什麼的超級方便，也不會因為靠近領取，就漲價。接駁車直接把我們送到迪士尼海洋，下午回來休息室還有免費的飲料可以暢飲，早餐是一盒三明治，我可太喜歡日式三明治了，如果去迪士尼玩，這家酒店是首選哦～

It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour. The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash. Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting. The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center. I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late. The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more. The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel. Bravo,Bravo, Bravo Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Will always be a staple stay in my Tokyo Travel itinerary.

Good value, no frills hotel room with everything you need. The spa is perfect to relax after a long day out. Comes with hot water kettle. Left means it’s boiling, and right side means to keep warm.

the staff were all kind, they let us check in earlier than the allowed check in time when I beg to have the room because my son gets a little sick from our long trip. They were all accomodating and we will definitely refer hotel Green Tower to our friends. Kudos and thank you!

Book this as it near outlet and JR. Did not book the breakfast as limited variety. Room is big enough if 2 beds room. Public bath is good and can have chocolate bar after bath. I take bus to airport so convenient

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

No flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am. Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel. Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Francs during my trip to Japan. One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

良いところ ・千葉駅西口に近く便利 ・セブンイレブン、ローソン、まいばすけっと、ダイソーが近く便利 ・一階ホテル入り口の隣に鳥貴族があってすぐに飲みに行ける ・連泊の場合も無料で清掃してくれる（朝11時までにドアに清掃希望マグネットを貼ると清掃してくれる） ・全体的に綺麗で、部屋も狭くもない ・部屋の中に電子レンジがある ・ホテルが出てすぐに自動販売機がある ・ロビーにタクシー呼び出しの無料電話がある 良くなかったところ ・ベットが小さい（2人だと寝返りが不便） ・部屋内のスリッパが使い捨てじゃない ・アメニティが少ない、部屋ゴム、綿棒、コットンなし ・チェックイン10分前に来ても10分待たされる。すぐに部屋に案内されず待つことになる。 ・チェックアウトが11時ではなく、10時で早い ・2人で宿泊だが、部屋のキーカードが1枚（紛失の場合は、9000円） ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 受付の方は丁寧で、日本語が流暢な外国の方が多かったです。 安くロケーションもいいのですが、ベットが狭く寝返りが不便に感じたのが一番残念でした。

日本遊最後一天的酒店，就為了走之前再看看海。酒店有洗衣機，製冰機，兩點以後的免費飲料，還有非常好吃的冷飲售賣機，加分。另外日本行博物館去多了空調吹的渾身冰涼，泡個酒店三樓的温泉感覺整個人都舒服了，繼續加分。照片是正午陽光照在床頭的枕頭和被子上，突然有點感動，拍照留念。 缺點還是要提下，房間略有味道，給味覺敏感者參考。
