At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024.
No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot
Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area.
Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible.
Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

L'hotel è situato nel grande centro commerciale, quindi è molto conveniente cercare un posto per mangiare o comprare qualcosa.
L'hotel è un edificio vecchio e il sistema di drenaggio del bagno puzza davvero.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

Great staff. Nice lobby. Free parking. Clean room with AC. Good water pressure in the shower. No amenities. Pool + sauna included. Towels are old, and should be changed. Very good price for a 3 star hotel.

all staff so friendly and helpfull, but interior condition need improve and many small things need repair (i just think maybe this because the operational hotel totally closed when covid pandemic), but for now hotel operational need to improve for better future. thx

La camera era incredibilmente confortevole, spaziosa e ben mantenuta, offrendo tutto ciò che era necessario per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Il letto era confortevole, le strutture erano di prima vista, e io mi aspettavo di tornare in camera dopo un lungo giorno.
Una delle principali priorità è stata la fantastica selezione di cibo: a colazione, al caffè o attraverso il servizio in camera, la varietà e la qualità dei piatti superavano le aspettative, e ogni pasto era un piacere.
Ma ciò che è stato davvero scoperto è stato il servizio eccellente di tutta l'equipaggio. Dalle persone calde e professionali al centro della ricezione, alla squadra amichevole e attenta nel bar, e anche al personale cortese e benvenuto al lobby di entrata, tutti andarono di sopra e di là per assicurare un buon soggiorno.
Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You have created an hotel experience that guests will not soon forget.
Molto consigliato per chiunque visita Bandung, sia per affari o per il tempo libero.

AAidaLizAmore il design e l'atmosfera dell'hotel. Veramente moderne e eccellenti vibrazioni. I letti sono comodi. Pizze non sono il migliore. Hanno fornito alcuni mini-bottigliati snacks che erano carini. Tuttavia il divano ha alcuni tinture visibili. Amore che lo specchio vanità è disponibile nelle grandi bagni. La colazione è deliziosa e abbastanza buona selezione. L'hotel non è pieno di persone, quindi siamo stati in grado di godere di un colazione tranquillo e confortevole.. La posizione è anche grande. Se amate prendere foto, molto ingiusto.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay, including free Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Il personale è molto amichevole e gentile; tuttavia, la pulizia della camera giornaliera era di base e servizio di colazione, soprattutto tavoli di riposo e pulizia era povera. Se sei un occidentale, dovrai chiedere un coltello ogni coltello ogni colazione! Il coltello era buono ma spogliato dal fatto che le casse sui riscaldatori alimentari erano state mantenute aperte e quindi il cibo non era caldo. Il servizio in camera era di grande qualità e economico. Stranamente, si può ordinare cibo 24/7 ma non bere. Si consiglia di mangiare tutto quello che si può mangiare disumsum il sabato pranzo - un sacco di cibo e bere a un prezzo molto basso. La piscina al tetto è stata una grande struttura, ma a volte supera con i bambini. Un po' di revisione miste ma rimarrebbe sicuramente qui, perché in generale era un grande valore per i soldi.

Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.

The location is very strategic as the hotel is situated at the heart of Dago with many famous restaurants/shops/cafes nearby. The room, gym and facilities were clean and equipped with good amenities. Variety of foods was provided at breakfast. The only downside I experienced was the swimming pool water that wasn’t very clean.
