excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near.

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

a good hotel in the famous location Tugu Yogyakarta. The hotel had a quite and nice room either option smoking and no smoking. Which is a great benefit for smoker to find a room. Amenities and facilities were good nothing special. Breakfast has many options with majority of local cuisine. the things that need to improve is TV and some furniture thats need to upgrade since quite old and behind from other hotel that already have smart TV and new technology item.

Camera spaziosa e confortevole, con letti comodi. Aria condizionata e connessione Wi-Fi sono buone. Spazzolini da denti e acqua in bottiglia sono forniti. C'è un forno a microonde nel piccolo angolo cottura. Camera molto silenziosa poiché si affaccia su un murale, senza vista sull'esterno. Accanto all'hotel c'è un piccolo centro commerciale, il Malioboro Mall. L'ingresso del centro commerciale è appena fuori dalla hall. C'è un grande centro commerciale, Plaza Malioboro, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. A pochi passi dai negozi di souvenir, dal mercato di souvenir e dai ristoranti, circa 5-7 minuti a piedi. Bella piscina. La colazione è buona, con un'ampia varietà. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Overall the stay was very comfortable. Room was big for 2 pax and bed was comfortable. Good TV channels. Location wise, it is opposite the train station and walking distance to malioboro. Despite being close to train station, the room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Food at restaurant (or can order Room service) was really memorable I.e. iga bakar and pisang goreng keju. Very good service by hotel staff. Overall, recommended and we will definitely come back here again.

La camera era carina, ma la sera stessa del check-in ho trovato più di 10 formiche sul comodino. Ho immediatamente segnalato il problema alla reception e naturalmente mi hanno cambiato camera. Il cambio di stanza e lo spostamento dei bagagli mi hanno fatto perdere un sacco di tempo. L'hotel, in segno di scuse, mi ha offerto delle fette di frutta. Tuttavia, il problema non era affatto risolto, poiché dopo aver cambiato stanza ho trovato di nuovo delle formiche, questa volta sul tavolo. Non sono tornato alla reception per segnalarlo, ma ho preferito gestire la cosa da solo. Il fatto che una camera di un hotel appena ristrutturato presenti problemi di questo tipo in modo continuativo indica chiaramente una lacuna nella gestione. La mancanza di pulizia quotidiana e di supervisione dei controlli è un problema serio. Spero che le cose cambino in futuro.

Very recommended for kids activity’s, The room is quite spacious, there is a balcony to relax, amenities as requested. Staff very helpfull
