Canada: hotel con bar nella provincia di Ontario

La nostra prenotazione era originariamente presso l'Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls, ma a causa di un problema di manutenzione della camera, ci hanno gentilmente trovato una sistemazione alternativa, che ha superato ogni aspettativa! Ci è stata assegnata una camera all'Hilton con un letto matrimoniale king-size, una vista mozzafiato sia sul lato statunitense che su quello canadese delle Cascate del Niagara e persino una rilassante vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. La posizione dell'Hilton era eccellente, la camera era super spaziosa e pulitissima e il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento. Un grande ringraziamento all'Oakes per averci trovato rapidamente un'altra sistemazione e all'Hilton per averci offerto un servizio di prim'ordine durante tutto il nostro soggiorno!

The hotel is okay for a short stay, but we were a bit disappointed with some basics. There were no slippers or toiletries provided, and the heater wasn’t working, which made the room quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The place is decent and the staff were polite, but it really needs better maintenance and amenities to match a 3-star rating.

Ho scelto questo hotel per una vacanza in famiglia ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica alloggiare al 35° piano. . . La stanza offre una vista sulle cascate Kamei, con arcobaleni durante il giorno e luci colorate di notte. La sorpresa più inaspettata è il cielo terso e l'alba perduta da tempo. . . Puoi alzarti presto e guardarlo comodamente in hotel. È una vita così bella! ! Anche i servizi della camera sono molto buoni. La suite ha 2 letti extra-large da 1,83 metri, molto comodi per dormire... Anche la piscina e la palestra dell'hotel sono buone!

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto divertente. L'hotel è molto bello e ha molti luoghi dove si può prendere le vostre foto. Asciugamani puliti, gel da doccia, champagne e condizionatore e tutto fornito. Puoi fare il tuo tè o il caffè lì. L'illuminazione del bagno è davvero molto buona. Il cibo fornito era molto nutriente e le pareti sono abbastanza spesso, quindi è probabile che non si otterrà disturbo acustico

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. ****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

The room was bigger than expected, the beds were OK, pillows a bit lumpy but didn’t make sleep impossible. The motel is close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions they offer, easily walkable area. The indoor pool was a nice addition (but would be better if a couple degrees warmer for us older folks!) Fridge/microwave would be nice but not the end of the world. Ice readily available at the check in desk. Overall good value for what we paid, would stay there again

We checked into the Best Western Lamplighter on Christmas Eve expecting the full experience the hotel is known for. Unfortunately, we found the restaurant completely closed. More surprisingly, there was no service at the poolside—no snacks, drinks, or even background music to create a holiday atmosphere. While the hotel itself is a nice facility, the lack of amenities during a peak holiday stay was a major letdown. If you’re booking for a holiday, be aware that 'full service' may not be available.

The ‘do not disturb’ vs ‘please clean my room’ sign on the door was wrinkled and broken so I asked the housekeeping staff for a new one. Quando ho chiesto al dipartimento di frontiera di un colloggio aggiuntivo, qualcuno l'aveva mandato nella mia stanza entro un minuto per cui sono grato.

La nostra camera era pulita e soddisfacente. Le persone del desk front erano tutti così amichevole al check-in e erano molto disposti ad aiutarci con le domande che avevamo. Offriva un colazione continentale che era su scala di 1-10 a 5. Quello che avevano poco da scegliere. Era bello se volessi solo torte di pane o manzo caldo. Non c'era molto da scegliere dopo In tutto, sarei rimasto lì per il servizio di costumi al divano frontale, tutti erano molto amichevoli e molto amichevoli. Abbiamo anche mangiato il ristorante dell'hotel. La cameriera era molto accogliente e divertente come un tacchino. Il pollo di mia moglie sembrava e gusto delizioso. Il bicchiere raccomandato non era nulla di buono a casa.
