Era una camera perfetta e confortevole. Tutti i dipendenti erano gentili e amichevoli. Il colazione era fantastico. L'ultima cosa che devo fare è ringraziare molto per il Organizzatore per preparare ciò che chiedo. Mi sono sentito così felice con mia moglie. Per me è stato molto piacevole qui e un paio di giorni di viaggio. Alta raccomandazione del gruppo ASTON presso BATAM. Sì.. 10/10 per me e mia moglie. 😊😊😊😊😊

Very good location with wet market just next to the hotel and plenty of spa/massage nearby and walking distance to shopping malls (very near BCS mall and just 8-10 min walk to Grand Batam Mall). A2 food court is nearby too. Given its centralized location, grab to various places is fast and cheap. Definitely a plus for its location. Complimentary hotel breakfast is good thou some food is cold, they immediately heat up for you if you asked for it; there is eggs, porridge, lontong and prata station too. For the low price we paid for the room, no complaints. Family suite room is huge! For luxury spa/massage lovers, pls check out Amartha Spa & Massage located at the hotel - be pampered and you will love it! We are very happy with our stay. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Love the location! About 5min away from Grand Batam Mall and a convenience store just opposite the hotel for your snack runs! There’s also local food available if you’re adventurous and a wet market nearby (for breakfast food!!) It was a really great break from the city life. We also had the opportunity to see some fireworks at night. Great location and would recommend. Will be back!

Il personale è molto cordiale. Ci hanno dato una camera comunicante anche se avevamo prenotato solo una camera normale. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio e alcune strutture sono piuttosto logore. Ma nel complesso è ancora buono per questa fascia di prezzo. Anche la posizione è buona. Usciti direttamente e puoi individuare numerosi ristoranti.

view was great, it’s the kind of view that you wish to wake up to every morning. private pool and the place was overall quite clean as well. buffet breakfast has a wide spread of cuisine and food (mostly local food though). the only downside is the location and the security. since the place is very far off from the city, if you were to go back late at night, the road to montigo is super dark, no street lights at all so i would recommend going back early. finding a grab to the city was always relatively hard, took quite some time. the main door of the villa is see through and not really secure so just lock your bedrooms at night :)

I don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

Simple resort tucked away in the north eastern corner of batam. Takes 40+min by taxi to reach batam city if you want. They no longer offer shuttle bus to city. They do not allow food delivery(grabfood) so your only options for food is their own restaurants. Staff are friendly enough, though you quickly realise that everything comes at a cost(small bucket of ice is IDR25000!) Rooms are clean and simply decorated, not sure if it's intentional but my room did not have a mini fridge? Couples beware, bed types are first come first serve, we got a room with 2 single beds that could not be pushed together(you can get creative and sleep on the floor like our neighbours) Privacy is OK, but the outdoor patio is visible to your next door neighbours. Toilet choked on the first morning, their staff came by within 15mins to clear it. Food in all the restaurants were generally ok. Not amazing, not bad. Shuttle bus back to the ferry terminal on checkout was organised and timely. Overall, it was a smidge over 'ok'

1st time coming to Batam booked at year end season which is why we got this area,We were looking to get Ashton but it was fully booked The sink was weird as the water came out WHITE MILKY not sure what’s wrong with it but it smelled as if over chlorinated water. I stayed at Lvl 9 but each nite the PUB’s music could be heard from my room when the PUB is located in Lvl 1,We’re in BCH 2 which looked like the newer building. Breakfast was okay but abit disappointing as not very much of selections. Location wise we’re good as we are walking distance away from A2 Food court and Grand Batam Center Mall.

Il suo buon hotel, vicino a un sacco di piazza o caffè, a notte così tanti cibo stanno aperti. Alla parte anteriore dell'hotel c'è posto per giocare. Alla sinistra e a destra l'hotel c'è posto per mangiare. Il ricevitore è buono, ma hanno dato solo una carta chiave per accedere alla stanza, quindi se vuoi lasciare la stanza con un dispositivo di caricamento all'interno, devi lasciare la chiave all'interno della stanza e devi chiedere al ricevitore aperto per te. Non in modo efficace perché ho dovuto che fino a 4 persone solo per chiedere di aprire la mia stanza 🫠🫠 Controlla la stanza con attenzione, il servizio di pulizia non lava il vetro correttamente, ho lasciato la stanza per essere pulito e poi tornato, volevo usare il vetro, ho visto il segno del caffè dal mio caffè mattina non sta lavando, Lanciare l’acqua un po’, e il vetro è ancora intagliato, e poi lo mettono pronto a usare la posizione; devo riempire un tovagliolo, una spazzola di denti e un pezzo di carta da bagno, e chiedere loro di riempire il pavimento della stanza perché quando torno, non viene riempito. Quando le chiedo, hanno detto che la stanza era già pulita 😒 Servizio di pulizia solo costruire il tuo letto.Niente altro.🫠

Amore dell'hotel. E 'pulito e confortevole. Grandi posti per trascorrere il vostro soggiorno. Salute a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel. Sono amichevoli e gentili. A lot of food choices to try around, strongly recommended to try the A2 food court for a night food trip. During my recent four-day, three-night stay at The BCC Hotel & Residence, I found myself reflecting on a mixed bag of experiences. The hotel itself shows its age, with visible wear and tear on the facilities. We experienced significant inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning elevator, leading to extended waiting times to get to our floor. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best on the first day, though, fortunately, this issue did not persist. Cleanliness fell below expectations. I discovered unremovable stains on the provided towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. A roach incident within the room was unsettling, to say the least. These hygiene issues might be particularly concerning if you prioritize cleanliness. Facility-wise, the aging infrastructure could benefit from a thorough renovation. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the overall ambiance and amenities felt more akin to a 3-star establishment. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. The quality of the food was average, with some dishes leaning towards the salty side. Nothing was particularly impressive or offensive. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Its prime positioning provides excellent convenience for travelers, making exploration of the area effortless. Additionally, the accommodation cost is quite affordable, a favorable factor for budget-conscious guests. In conclusion, while The BCC Hotel & Residence provides value in terms of location and price, there are marked areas for improvement. A committed effort to enhance hygiene and update facilities could elevate the guest experience to match its 4-star rating.

Per la prima volta soggiorno in questo hotel. La diffusione del buffet è buona e deliziosa anche. Facile da prendere o gojek auto proprio fuori dal lobby dell'hotel. Aria con connessione Wi-Fi sono forti. Torneremo quando torneremo a Batam.

Contatta l'hotel via WhatsApp prima di arrivare a controllare lo stato di prenotazione della stanza n.Stay Era ok e il personale qui sono i migliori da FD,HK,Security e F&B Cons: -Req Junior Suite Type room On High Floor, Ma solo detto durante c/in camera è al livello 3 e lo stesso tipo di camera al livello 8 è fumatore piano.Dovrebbe informare prima -Nessuna carta d'accesso richiede per l'ascensore accesso alla stanza degli ospiti. -La colazione non si diffonde molto,(hotel standard 3 stelle) -La stanza al livello 3 è costruito sul retro. -Alcuni mobili erano buoni, date, ma ben mantenuti. -Il divertimento,giochi e Internet è chiuso, nessun PC può usare, nessun gioco console come annunciato. -Lobby caldo, non sai perché gli piace il lobby caldo.Alcuni ospiti vengono da passeggiate fuori sudorando e inconfortabile a causa del lobby caldo. -Come hotel boutique 3 stelle, non ci sono piscina, ma c’è un spa situato al terzo piano. Pro: -Buon personale professionale. -Buona AC in camera, molto fredda.i come -spazio spazioso (jr suite room) -Buona squadra di manutenzione,amo quando tornano all'hotel e usciamo stanza è pulita n tedi. -Anche il pranzo è solo buono, il personale ci diverti molto bene. -vicina al centro commerciale Nagoya (distanza passeggiata) - oltre al negozio di comodità - davanti a Rumah Makan Sederhana e Momo Caffè House. -ci sono 1 piccolo caffè sopra l'indomare oltre all'hotel -online taxi può prendere/tipo qui.

Wonderful hotel with good delicious food, very clean and they even go extra miles to make decorations for our special day. Not forgetting truly enjoyed their 24hrs in room massage service. Will certainly come again and well recommended to all.

Buon hotel commerciale situato nel cuore del Centro Batam. La stanza è pulita e i tessuti profumano come nuovi. Il bagno ha un bidet integrato e è ben mantenuto, così come la doccia. Il colazione è bello con una varietà di pasti locali e occidentali. Serve da personale motivato che vi aiuterà quando ne hai bisogno. La ragione che non sto dando 5 stelle è perché non credo che il prezzo / qualità sia veramente corretto. A mio parere il prezzo è troppo alto, soprattutto quando si deve pagare un colazione extra. Se sei un imprenditore, questo sarà l'hotel perfetto per restare per te. Per il tempo libero è anche un buon hotel, ma ci sono altri hotel là fuori che vi offriranno abbastanza per il 50% del prezzo che ho pagato per questo hotel.

We got this booking very last minute because the hotel that we booked called & told us that their hotel is fully booked. So I made a decision & took the risk to choose this hotel for our short vacation. To my surprise, the room was spacious & the best things was the smart TV. WiFi was good & the room was better than expected. Check In/Check out was fast & efficient. Would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. The are plenty of dining options within the Harbour Bay mall. You can find all the popular eateries (Malaya Cafe, Morning Bakery etc…) within the mall. The hotel is about 10-15 mins Taxi/Grab ride to the Nagoya area where there are even more dining and shopping options. The room itself is quite spacious and very clean. We given the balcony unit. However the view of the swimming pool and the sea was mostly obstructed by trees. The aircon in the room is quite cold and there we were unable to adjust the temperature. Only the fan speed can be tweaked. The bed was comfy and j slept very well. The infinity pool is small but nice. The same goes for the gym. It is sufficiently equipped for workout enthusiasts like me. We paid for around S$30 for the breakfast buffet and it was pretty good. The hotel stay was kind of pricey. Would highly recommend if it’s below $250 per night. Overall my experience was great and I would come back again for my next trip to Batam. I would also consider Four Points By Sheraton which is also owned by the Marriott group.

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

Relativamente nuovo hotel nella zona di baia del porto di batam. Le camere sono di dimensioni decenti. Le letti sono comodi.Il personale è amichevole e gentile. Molto cibo vicino a piedi a distanza. Sono stato impressionato dal lobby maestoso che ha una decorazione interiore incantevole 😁. (non ero pronto per il lobby che sarà così maestoso) Il processo di check-in è stato veloce e smooth e ha avuto trattamento spa mentre guardando la stanza per essere pronta. Ho prenotato la prima categoria, ma devo dire che la camera è oltre la mia aspettativa, era molto spazioso (veramente spazioso) la camera da bagno anche molto molto molto spazioso e superr pulennn,la sua buona scelta di avere un breve soggiorno, L'hotel è molto vicino alla zona commerciale di Nagoya. Ma troppo male non ho preso una foto corretta perché mi piaceva il mio ”tempo” in quel momento. Vorrei tornare per un altro breve periodo di vacanza!

Il personale è molto attento con una buona formazione di servizio clienti.Ho avuto una buona esperienza di relax, Eska è noto per il loro massaggio firmato.. Tuttavia, capisco la politica di cancellazione, come chiedo di prolungare il mio secondo giorno, perché non potevo viaggiare il primo giorno a causa di un problema medico.. Ho portato i medici prescrizione con me, dimostrare che non sono idoneo a viaggiare.. è molto deludente che la gestione non ”considera abbastanza per almeno la concessione di prolungare il mio secondo giorno per me di avere abbastanza riposo e riposo. Dopo tutto, 2 notti di soggiorno è quello che ho pagato per la prenotazione online. Abbiamo prenotato un totale di 10 camere, tra cui gemelle e doppie per un soggiorno di 3 giorni e 2 notti a Batam recentemente. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati all'hotel a 2.30 ora locale, solo 3 camere erano pronte mentre 7 camere sarebbero pronte circa 5 pm ora locale. Siamo stati delusi, come ci aspettavamo l'ispezione alle 2:00, ma non è successo. Poi abbiamo temporaneamente occupato le 3 camere e lasciato tutto il nostro bagaglio in queste 3 camere prima di decidere di esplorare Batam. Abbiamo provato a vedere se l'apparecchiatura funzionava nelle stanze, la TV doveva essere sostituita da un'altra stanza mentre il telecomando della prossima stanza non funzionava e doveva essere sostituita dalla squadra di custodia. L'aria condizionata era di 17 gradi, ma non poteva sentirsi la più fredda.C'era un forte odore di stenching dal bagno, così male che abbiamo chiesto ai custodi di controllarlo. Vengono a spray l'aria fresca e coprivano l'acqua con un piccolo sapone, sperando che l'odore svanisse, e anche alcune delle camere di equilibrio avevano lo stesso problema. Quando si chiedeva di cambiare le nostre camere, si scusava per non avere le stanze disponibili e per il fatto che la squadra di manutenzione lo avrebbe guardato al momento del ritorno. In generale, non era un hotel che andrei a meno che non mantenessero o migliorassero questo posto. Alcuni dei posti in affronto erano cattivi e le gabbie erano state posizionate così vicino al bacino, era difficile sedervi su di esso. È davvero necessario un cambiamento di questo posto.
