Aston Batam Hotel & Residence ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno! La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e anche con bagno, e il personale era amichevole e utile. La posizione dell'hotel è la migliore per camminare, che rende super facile per arrivare. Ho decisamente raccomandato questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno conveniente e piacevole.

We often stayed in iHotel Baloi. This round tot to try out Artotel due to many good reviews and lower price. Indeed is Nice, new clean hotel. Spacious room and very good customer services. But breakfast is below standard. Food are cold even on warmer, scrambled egg, sunny side up all must request and was not informed is available until we request. Food are not tasty compare to Ihotel.

This place was beyond my expectations! We were greeted firstly by the gentleman at the ferry terminal to wait for our shuttle bus. Once we reached the hotel, the view from the lobby literally took my breath away. Initially we booked the garden view but dangg the sea view is to die for so we called the receptionist to upgrade to the sea view room just merely 3mins after stepping into our room. No regrets!! Room is perfect for the 3 of us (2Adults & 1kid), but the flooring in room 5031 (I think the vinyl tile) was slightly airy so there’s a “whistling” sound every time we stepped on certain floors in the room. Staffs were all amazing especially the staffs in Rempah Restaurant. To name a few - Putera, Allen, Maria… mostly everyone was so welcoming and can see how they enjoyed working here. Special shout out to the beautiful receptionist that welcomed us, Viona — she figured out it was my birthday and they really surprised me with the cakes! First it was a surprise in the restaurant during breakfast, then next, in the room! It was a lovely surprise for both me and my husband cos my husband didnt even tell them to do anything. He just literally asked if the hotel is selling any cakes to celebrate my birthday. Their initiative is on another level. Food in Rempah Restaurants are all marvellous! We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here. Chef Johan was so nice to go around asking for feedbacks on his dishes. He even let us try his new menu that he is adding into the restaurant- the fish floss is amazing. The spa was great too! Beautiful ambiance and love how the ladies approached us to ask if I would like to try their spa when I was by the pool side. Its a nice gesture from them, looking for potential customers (: I highly recommend this place and I really hope they will maintain their standard, cos we will return to bring our parents one day. Thank you Team Fourpoints by Sheraton Bintan, and congratulations in advance on the official opening tomorrow! We are fully recharged to welcome another week of routine in our life.

Ottima posizione con molti negozi di cibo, servizi di massaggio e mercato bagnato. Hanno fornito servizi di ordinazione per la torta di Batam Layer, che è stata consegnata direttamente all'hotel. Mi ha risparmiato tempo e viaggio per andare in zona di prato d'oro per comprarla. L'unico svantaggio è che il check in timer è stato ritardato di un'ora a causa di ritardi nei servizi di pulizia. Il personale è molto cordiale. Ci hanno dato una camera comunicante anche se avevamo prenotato solo una camera normale. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio e alcune strutture sono piuttosto logore. Ma nel complesso è ancora buono per questa fascia di prezzo. Anche la posizione è buona. Usciti direttamente e puoi individuare numerosi ristoranti.

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

I like the convenience of the resort - beaches, activities, spa and wellness, pools, bars, 3 restaurants. Good cleanliness and the staff were very helpful and receptive to our needs. Although the price for spa and wellness is high, I will justify it as convenience and high quality 👍 will definitely come back again ! They had events - valentines dinner and bbq!

Il check-in è stato molto veloce e veloce, e siamo stati nelle stanze entro 5-7 minuti di check-in.Abbiamo una stanza gemella con finestre a sud, ben attrezzata con i piatti internazionali e ben pensato modalità di illuminazione della stanza sul pannello di controllo. L'aria condizionata era buona e la ventilazione del bagno era anche abbastanza decente. Utilizzavo la palestra, ben attrezzata per la formazione al peso, e alcune macchine cardio, e la piscina era molto buona. I letti erano comodi e ho dormito molto bene. Alcune aree per il miglioramento della zona di custodia: 1. Ci sono stati tinture di olio sulle finestre della stanza che non sono state pulite per la durata del nostro soggiorno (probabilmente da un ospite precedente che ha spinto la faccia contro la finestra) 2. La scatola di tessuto sul contatore del bagno ha bisogno di un nuovo pensiero, perché c'è un buco sul fondo, i tessuti si immergono quando l'acqua si spruzza dal bacino sul contatore 3. La pressione dell'acqua per il bagno deve essere regolata, è troppo forte e si splacca in tutto all'utente non sospettato 4. La pressione del doccia era buona, ma la testa del doccia era aperta (non ha influenzato la funzionalità) In generale, molto bello e io rimarrei qui e lo consiglierei ai miei amici, dato che probabilmente è il più bello hotel della zona attualmente.

La camera è pulita e pulita con TV a schermo piatto. Solo in fondo non ci sono scarpe da bagno. Localizzazione saggia, 10/10. Molti negozi di cibo e convenienza nelle vicinanze. Anche i mercati notturni sono intorno alla zona. Per le attività, ci sono go-karts, carnival, parco tematico acquatico e molto altro per voi per indulgere. In generale, è un buon posto per stare qui. Ci siamo rimasti qui per 5 giorni e in generale soddisfatti della nostra esperienza.

A little bit expensive, location is good but breakfast all are spicy if people stomach upsets how to eat, pls made little separate thanks 👍

Arrived at 230pm and was told room not ready. Waited at the lobby, checked again at 250pm, and again was told not ready. I have specifically told the front staff that I'm waiting at the sofa and please let me now when ready. However, upon checking again at 310pm with another staff and the room card was already prepared and left at the pigeon hole. Very disappointed that there is no handling over between staff knowing that a customer is waiting for a room.

Purtroppo non sono in grado di viaggiare a causa della morte della mia zia .. Richiesta all'hotel di rimborsare una tariffa per una stanza mentre il mio amico andò per il viaggio e occupato l'altra stanza .. Ma l'hotel ha respinto la mia richiesta, quindi ho sprecato i miei soldi .. Questo feedback è stato basato su input del mio amico .. Spero che l'hotel possa restituire o almeno darmi un buono per prenotare di nuovo come io sarò a battam di nuovo in marzo 25

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Ottimo resort con viste eccellenti e buona privacy. Il servizio è di prim'ordine anche prima del check-in, il personale ti contatterà per conoscere l'orario di arrivo al terminal dei traghetti e organizzare il trasporto di conseguenza. Si trova a circa 70-90 minuti di auto dal terminal dei traghetti principale e la posizione è piuttosto isolata, quindi prendilo in considerazione se prevedi di svolgere attività al di fuori del resort. In caso contrario, è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, prendere il sole e godersi la privacy. Le ville sono enormi e sono dotate di macchine Nespresso, vasca da bagno e doccia a pioggia e biciclette per gli spostamenti all'interno del resort, ma su richiesta sono disponibili servizi di passeggino o semplicemente per fare una passeggiata. Ci sono attività gratuite e attività a pagamento all'interno del resort e lo staff ti invierà su WhatsApp gli opuscoli e i dettagli al momento del check-in. Opzioni di cibo limitate all'interno del resort e sono più costose, ma non è affatto male. Se hai sempre fame, ti consigliamo di portare i tuoi spuntini in modo da non finire per spendere tutto sul cibo lì. Complessivamente 8/10 a causa della privacy del resort e delle dimensioni delle ville. Potrebbe migliorare la varietà del cibo servito nel resort e la manutenzione della sala giochi.

My husband & I enjoyed our 4 days & 3 nights stay at Nirwana Resort for my Birthday Celebration. The staff gave me a surprise birthday cake while having a buffet breakfast at their Cafe restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly & accommodating to our request. I feel totally relaxed, renewed & recharged during our stay. Sunset was truly mesmerizing while savouring our diner at Kelong Restaurant. I will recommend this resort for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the tranquility & serenity of this Island. We will surely come back again.

Villa was big enough for a family of 5 adults. It's spacious, staff were friendly too. The hotel upkeeping can be better, although if you do encounter any issue/request, you may contact them through their WA (scan to add WA upon chrlecking in). Some of the breakfast options can be better too.

Super servizio caldo, amichevole e professionale! Amore il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Indigo Bintan! Tutti i membri del personale hanno davvero fatto il passo per assicurarci che ci fosse molto cura. Apprezzo i elevati livelli di cura, a partire dal salotto di attesa esclusivo al terminale Bintan, il trasferimento complimentare di auto BYD all'hotel e da e verso il terminale, il bug di sicurezza viaggia intorno al resort per garantire che Rimarremo asciutti nel tempo piovoso della monsona, nei deliziosi e dolci colazione semi-buffet con opzioni di Ala Carta per i principali corsi preparati su ordine, nelle belle camere decorate e spaziose, Le attività complimentari quotidianamente per mantenere gli ospiti divertenti, ecc. Nella maggior parte dei casi, tutti i servizi ci salutano sempre con sorriso luminoso durante il nostro soggiorno! Spero di tornare a visitare presto!

È tornato da un soggiorno al Holiday Inn Resort, e ho avuto un bel tempo! Il servizio era fantastico, e il personale era super amichevole, mi ha fatto sentire a casa. La piscina e tutte le strutture erano in punto. Mi piaceva stare fuori dalla piscina! E lasciate che vi dica, il cibo indonesiano era fantastico. Non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza! Penso di tornare in futuro.

In generale, il ristorante è accettabile, circondato dalle foreste e lontano dalle strutture, e quindi, se qualcuno vuole comprare qualsiasi merce, sarebbe molto difficile accedere ai supermercati. Il ristorante del ristorante del resort costa circa 49 S$ per 2 pach, che è inevitabile, poiché il luogo è abbastanza isolato. Il fatto è che non c'è molto di scelta nel menu. Il resort è un appartamento di servizio e dispone di molti utensili per la cucina e l'uso personale. We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices. I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest. They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole. But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

Neat and tidy. Located in city center thus convenient to get to the port upon departure. On the first night the room that we were allocated had a leakage of water from the ceilings so they immediately got us another room ready. -Okay selection of breakfast options -Food menu and prices from their restaurant is good price (though I didn’t order any 😅)
