The hotel is very near JR Kumamoto Station, which makes it convenient for travel. The room was large enough for three people, and the sofa was converted into a comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping is not included, but fresh towels and floor mats were provided in a paper bag hung on the door. There was a small holding area before entering the room to keep shoes and hang clothes, which added privacy since one of the beds faced the main door. The hotel also has a chapel inside (for weddings), and there are ample public car park spaces around if you drive. Overall, I would recommend staying here as it is comfortable and clean.

Clean, Convenient, and Family-Friendly Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, please note that the hotel does not have free parking spaces. However, there are nearby paid parking options just a short walk away, so it's still quite convenient. There’s also a convenience store located right across the street, which is a big plus. Check-in and check-out are both quick and hassle-free, thanks to the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the room was spacious enough for my child to run around comfortably. One feature I especially appreciated was the in-room washing machine along with a heated drying rack and rail in the bathroom—super handy when traveling with kids and needing to wash their clothes. Nightgowns are also provided, just like at another Fav Lux hotel I stayed at in Nagasaki. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen appliances, perfect for light cooking or preparing fruits and snacks.

Classic beautiful Japanese hot spring hotel. Helpful staff. Stunning mountain view at the rooftop hot spring. Lots of free parking spaces.

This is definitely a fabulous and fantastic experience living in a Ryokan, and this Ryokan is also reputable among local people, which means it is highly recognized by Hitoyoshi residents. Some local residents also spend their time in this Ryokan as a relaxing journey. I ordered the room with breakfast served, and it looked so amazing and delicate. I hope to visit here again in the near future if there will be any chances. I absolutely love this little town.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un grande parco di Kamenoi Hotel Aso, e abbiamo prenotato una stanza nel South Building, che era spaziosa, pulita e con un letto grande e confortevole. L'hotel offre vestiti yukata in vari colori, che è stato un bel toccamento per gli ospiti di godere dell'esperienza dell'onsen. ♨️ Il naso era grande e rilassante perfetto dopo un giorno di esplorazione Aso. 🚗 Il parcheggio era molto conveniente, situato vicino all'hotel. Proprio in tutta la zona di parcheggio, c'è un negozio di comodità chiamato Obentou Hirai che offre bento, pranzi caldi, braccialetti e udon estremamente conveniente per pranzi tardi di notte o pranzi rapidi. 🍱 Scegliemmo un pacchetto solo in camera senza pasti, e al mattino, visitammo il centro di souvenir e cibo locale alla stazione Aso. Ha una grande selezione di cibo e colazione locali, più un sacco di regali e souvenir per portare a casa. In generale, un soggiorno confortevole con tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno vicino. Molto consigliato se si esplora la zona Aso!

This is our second time to stay at this hotel. We surely stay here again if I visit Kumamoto again.  Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Nikko Kumamoto for its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service. 5 stars!

一次非常愉快的體驗，獨立小屋環境優美，小屋內整潔舒適，最驚喜是膳食，晚餐是五道菜的西餐，非常美味，早餐亦豐富，主人家和藹可親，在南阿蘇玩的朋友可考慮

員工會使用google翻譯溝通 大部分入住的問題都打印出來了 溝通方面沒問題 溫泉有室內室外以及汗蒸房，還可以用qr code查看人流情況，可以挑少人的時候去 早餐基本上每天的品項都一樣

We enjoyed our stays (2 nights) here. It’s so close to bus station (Gion) only 100-150 m walk from the hotel. And 850m from Kumamoto Station. The hotel located in a quiet area, which we were expected. We walked from city center to the hotel on the last night of our stay. It’s enjoyable walk and windy that night. The view from our hotel room was incredible, we could see the mountains and the river along the city.

We’ve reserve the family bath for my aunties of their reunion trip , so private which they can chat along there .. food is also good !
