Il personale dell'hotel è anche molto bello da fornire un sacco di aiuto

La posizione si trova nella piccola città di Fira.È comodo per viaggiare.Il terminal degli autobus è accanto.La strada commerciale della città è appena fuori dalla porta.È molto comodo guardare il mare, guardare il tramonto, mangiare, fare acquisti, noleggiare un'auto e noleggiare una barca.

Il personale era davvero amichevole e gentile. La stanza era pulita, comoda e si sentiva curata. La zona della piscina era nuova e molto comoda. Il colazione non era un po 'povera, non aveva molta scelta per i vegani (solo olive, pane, verdure e giovenche + caffè(nessun latte vegetale)

Visione e servizio eccezionale! La suite aveva tutto quello che ci serviva, e il colazione era grande. Il proprietario era incredibilmente utile e veloce a rispondere. La posizione è un enorme plus, con buoni ristoranti, un supermercato e un autobus fermato a piedi, e le belle viste dal sole della stanza lo hanno reso il luogo perfetto per il nostro viaggio.

Perfect location, great pool, spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was the standard selection, gym was average - not much kit and treadmill didn’t work. Staff were great, drinks good. The planes overhead are not an issue at all. This location is spot on. Would stay again

A great stay for couples, we've chosen the room with the jacuzzi hot tub and it was great to relax there after a long day exploring Santorini 😊.
The breakfast was delicious and it had good variety of choices and can be delivered to the room.
The location is somewhat remote but if you rent a car (highly recommend it) that's not too much of an issue. We couldn't rent a car, but the reception can arrange for free transfers to Fira which is where you can get a bus from there to any other important spot on the island.
The room was very nice and clean and we had no issues with using all of amenities.
In short: a great stay for a great time and a great value and some great hospitality by the hosts.

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

BBonniL'hotel è nuovo. E 'pulito, il letto è più che comodo, la camera è spaziosa e bella, il colazione è delizioso, la palestra è sorprendente, il bagno era eccellente, il personale era incredibile, la posizione è perfetta e c'è parcheggio. Non posso dire abbastanza cose sorprendenti perché era davvero l'unico hotel perfetto per adulti. Ma... E l'unico che era che volevamo una piscina in alto come descritto nei siti web “Sviamo in alto riscaldato” con ciò che sembra nelle immagini un letto matrimoniale in acqua. Non è così. C'è un patio regolare con una tavola e due sedie e una piccola piscina senza sole e l'acqua è un bagno di ghiaccio non adatto agli esseri umani a meno che non si fai piazzare fredde. Abbiamo pagato il doppio per questa stanza e non era per niente. I nostri amici sono rimasti in una stanza regolare di fronte alla piscina e hanno pagato la metà del prezzo. C'è un rumore dalla strada, quindi immagino che un piano superiore sul lato opposto sia meglio perché il mare è di fronte. Ma diverso che tutto era 10/10. Il picco che ho aggiunto è il sole massimo che la piscina ottiene, quindi forse la sala finale ottiene un po' di sole nel pomeriggio, ma nessun letto nella piscina.

UUtente ospiteFantastico hotel. Rimanere qui senza esitazione. Il cibo tutto compreso è stato meraviglioso e il migliore che abbiamo mai avuto (compresi i ristoranti) la camera con piscina privata è brillante, spazioso e luminoso. Ben conservato mini bar!! L'unica osservazione che ho avuto è che alcuni degli hotel hanno bisogno di un po' di attenzione cosmetica (crack in vetro, ecc.) e di custodia della camera (a volte capelli e fluffa a sinistra sul pavimento) ma questo non ha dedotto alla qualità del soggiorno complessivo. Ci sono stati un paio di bambini in giro e altre recensioni suggeriscono un sacco di bambini da fare, tuttavia non abbiamo preso i nostri figli in questo breve soggiorno ma crediamo che potrebbero essere stati un po' stanchi se avessero venuto insieme - oltre a una piccola piscina / diapositiva e zona di gioco Non sembrava molto per i bambini. Ricordatevi che non ci guardavamo specificamente perché eravamo bambini liberi, quindi non è una critica. Prenotazione di ristoranti è essenziale - scaricare l'app Mitsis che era un dio! Il ristorante dispone di tutti i menu e concierge per aggiungere ulteriori. . Super impressionato con l'hotel!

YYANXUNGiven the overall price level in town the value here is great. The hotel is only a short walk from town center but is quiet enough to have a real resort feel. The room is very spacious with a front sitting area. Although at the back of the hotel the room is only a few steps away from the pools without getting the noise from them. Given its near the hotel wall you do see cars and buses passing on the road behind. So I suggest the hotel could plant a few taller trees along the wall to block the view from the road. The hotel has three pools so guests have a good choice and avoid the crowds. The service is prompt and responsive. The restaurant provides excellent menu and staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. With the price not more expensive from the restaurants in town the dishes here are a lot more thoughtful. So I'd recommend guest try at least once at the restaurant.

UUtente ospiteThis is a very good hotel, the location is brilliant, 1 minute walk away from the beach. The Old Town where the main attractions are is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away.
There is parking right out the front free of charge, it can be tricky to find a space, I imagine in the summer it would be difficult but May was fine, I was able to park every day.
The breakfast was fine as well but very busy with not many tables left over. There was also a good choice.
The rooms were clean, although I could not find any controls for the air conditioning so it did get quite stuffy. The air con comes on very briefly when the balcony door is closed and then goes off again after a minute. There were also quite a few small bugs around the balcony door and a few in the bathroom but this may just be because it was very hot in there.
All in all though, a great hotel
