Venendo due volte, ogni volta che uscirò a vivere per giorni, andrò al campo di neve. Questo è molto conveniente. L'atteggiamento di servizio di tutti l'hotel è molto entusiasta. Il ristorante in fondo al piano è professionale. Una dipendente femminile che dovrebbe essere un manager. Il trattamento degli ospiti è molto inamichevole. L'atteggiamento è molto cattivo. E'scorto, tutti noi siamo stati influenzati dal suo senso del turismo.

I brought my mom here for 5 nights and it has been a wonderful stay. 1) we lived on the 3rd floor facing the Kazbegi mountains and the view was stunning. It was lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening chatting and sipping wine or having coffee in the morning 2) The location is great, lots of trails for hiking. To do most of them you will need to go down the hill (about 600m) and then up the hill on the way back. Going up the hill might be a bit challenging for some people but you can always get a cab if needed! 3) Food in the restaurant is delicious. I’ve noticed that guests (including myself) would stay inside or take their food outside on the terrace and spend hours having breakfast in the morning, it’s that relaxing. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant a few times and it was great. And it wasn’t more expensive than the food in most local restaurants down at the hill. 4) I recommend going to the pool especially if you find time when there are not too many people (I went in the morning and evening sometimes and most of the time few people there) 5) Very helpful and friendly staff. Always smiling, always polite, being very professional and calm.

loved the hot tub but there were technical issues for most of my stay - it wasn’t nearly hot enough. also avoid the restaurant the food and service is horrible. overall the service was good and helped me arrange a snowmobile tour. room and facilities were generally clean, but there’s no AC in the room.

Бронировали день в день, днём забронировали, вечером доехали и заселились на 1 ночь. Нас ждал полностью второй этаж, оборудован полностью, есть кухня со всем необходимым, с посудой, большим холодильником, в ванной гели, шампуни, полотенца. Нас было 8 человек, на всех хватило кроватей, и всего остального. Очень комфортно расположились. Порадовала чистота в доме и на веранде. Вайфай отлично работал. В гараж поставили 2 машины, поместились. До боржоми км 5, пешком далеко, на машине только. Внизу у дороге пекут вкусные лепешки, горячие, с печи. Через дорогу продуктовый магазин. Рядом река и красивые виды.
