Germania: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Baden-Württemberg

Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

L'hotel perfetto per un viaggio di due notti a Baden-Baden. Un hotel fantastico in una posizione fantastica, vicino alle terme, a negozi e ristoranti, parchi e fermate degli autobus per l'aeroporto e Merkur (tra le altre attrazioni imperdibili). Non ho trovato alcun difetto in questo hotel e siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla sua bellezza. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato e realizzato alla perfezione. Mi aspettavo un'esperienza economica, visto il prezzo incredibile pagato, ma non c'è proprio niente di economico in questo! La nostra camera era pulitissima, delle dimensioni perfette e molto confortevole. Letti super comodi con piumone pesante e 2 cuscini di diverse dimensioni per ogni persona. Asciugamani morbidi e freschi e articoli da toeletta di buona qualità in bagno. Illuminazione perfetta e ben studiata in tutta la stanza. Ampio spazio per riporre gli oggetti e grucce. Stirapantaloni, asciugacapelli, bollitore, cassaforte e macchina per il caffè in camera. Ottima doccia multigetto con 3 impostazioni. Avevamo una camera lato strada e non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. Il check-in e il check-out (che non è prima delle 12:00, il che è stato davvero comodo!) sono stati super facili e veloci e l'hotel ci ha sistemato un po' in anticipo, il che è stato molto gentile. Area lounge fantastica con un distributore automatico di bevande e snack. Non abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio (lo abbiamo scoperto solo l'ultimo giorno), ma la reception dell'hotel è in grado di noleggiare adattatori per le prese elettriche se necessario e aveva ombrelli e borse da bagno per chi volesse utilizzarli per visitare le spa. La palestra era accessibile 24 ore su 24, ma anche in questo caso non l'abbiamo utilizzata. Abbiamo usufruito del deposito bagagli, sicuro e gratuito, il che è perfetto! Non posso che consigliare vivamente Tribe!!

The rooms are all clean and new. Receptionists are very responsive and friendly. The breakfast spread is good and many varieties. Beds are comfortable as well. Only downside is the parking space, it’s quite small and only ONE way in and out. Overall, it’s still a very good stay and worth for its price.

Questo è il miglior appartamento in cui abbia mai soggiornato (il migliore nei miei 18 anni di viaggi indipendenti all'estero). Il mio primo pensiero al check-in è stato: ”Una notte non basta!”. C'era tutto ciò di cui potevo aver bisogno. Era un appartamento praticamente nuovo con una disposizione ben progettata. C'era persino un parcheggio disponibile durante il mio soggiorno, ed è molto vicino al Museo Mercedes-Benz. Altamente raccomandato. Inoltre, dopo il mio soggiorno, ho subito controllato il sito web del gruppo per vedere cosa offrono in altre città.

非常完美的酒店，寬敞明亮，設計感超強，裡外兩間，外間的梳化床也非常舒適、質量很好。窗外是街道風景，教堂鐘樓的聲音隨風飄盪，凈化心神的空靈感油然而生……是我和孩子們非常喜歡的風格～房間的食品酒水非常豐富，而且都含在費用裏。服務費可以刷卡、現金，也很靈活。衞生間水盆的堵頭壞了，電話客服，開門一看，前台帥氣小夥過來維修，二話不説脱掉西裝，麻利修好，這一人多用也不限於國內，孩子説可能因為等維修工到了，不知猴年馬月了～～～

Questo hotel dovrebbe essere un nuovo hotel. Anche le camere e i letti sono molto igienici, confortevoli e convenienti. C'è un parcheggio sotterraneo, anch'esso a pagamento. Sembravano 18 euro al giorno, ma sono uscito una volta la sera e mi hanno fatto pagare altri 2 euro. La posizione dell'hotel dovrebbe essere ai margini della città vecchia, dietro la stazione ferroviaria. Non è lontano dalla città vecchia, ma per raggiungere le attrazioni è un po' faticoso la cattedrale Queste città in Germania non sono grandi, dico che è relativo. Inizialmente avevo scelto questo posto perché era vicino al Teatro dell'Opera e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni era migliore.

Pro: hotel originale in una posizione centrale. Puoi raggiungere a piedi il centro città. Molto vicino al tram U6 che porta direttamente all'aeroporto. Soggiorno nella camera 520 per notti. La stanza era spaziosa con luci intense. Il letto era grande e comodo. Il personale è giovane ed energico. Contro: la colazione manca di varietà. Invia messaggio al personale tramite tablet/ipad fornito in camera ma nessuna risposta. Il frigorifero non funzionava.

Nice-looking hotel with abysmal service: - When arriving in our car, we were confronted by a rude doorman who made us feel like we had parked in the wrong location. - After making it clear that we wanted to check in, he changed his attitude but gave us the wrong price for parking (he said 30 EUR/day, even though it is actually 40 EUR). - When checking in, we received no information about the facilities; the rooftop bar wasn't even mentioned, for example. - At the rooftop bar itself, we waited 45 minutes for two espresso martinis. We eventually left after asking four times about our drinks, only to be repeatedly told they would arrive ”any minute.” - At checkout, we asked for our car to be ready at 12:30. When we went to the doorman, he rudely told us he had to take care of other cars first. - After pressing the issue several times, we received our car about 20 minutes late. To make matters worse, they didn't know where our luggage was and asked us about it (even though reception had told us that morning that our luggage would already be in the car). - They figured it out eventually, and we were very happy to leave this overpriced hotel. It's one thing to not perform to the standard you should; it's another thing entirely to be rude to your customers.

I stayed at the Maritim Hotel Ulm and had a mixed but overall decent experience, with the breakfast being the clear highlight of the stay. The breakfast was excellent — very fresh, with changing daily offerings that made it enjoyable to visit every morning. A particularly impressive touch was during the New Year period, when the hotel extended breakfast service until 14:00 to accommodate guests after late celebrations. That level of flexibility was highly appreciated. The breakfast room itself was clean and well maintained, although the interior design already feels somewhat dated. On the downside, the hotel overall shows its age. The roughly 30 years of operation are visible in parts of the interior and general appearance. Additionally, the service felt more aligned with local standards rather than the international level typically expected from a 4-star hotel. For example, storing a suitcase for a few days between stays required a longer discussion than expected, which reduced the feeling of convenience and guest orientation. Overall, the hotel is still a solid choice, especially for guests who value a strong breakfast offering, but some modernization and service process improvements would further enhance the experience.
