Per la prima volta, il mio hotel è in generale al di là delle aspettative!La signorina Reception ha iniziato a aiutarmi a aggiornare il modello della camera, la vista della stanza è fantastica e la vista notturna è eccellente.I dettagli sono in posizione, come preparare i frutti di benvenuto e carte di scrittura a mano. Quando ho lasciato la casa, ho anche mandato un piccolo regalo, molto caldo ～ Questa città vivrà di nuovo più tardi!

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni a Golden Eagle nel giugno 2023. La posizione di questo hotel è grande. Il servizio è fantastico. La reception front desk Michelle e altri sono amici e professionali. Un giorno sono entrato nel corridoio e ho chiesto dove comprare il windöl, ha lavorato con il suo staff per farmi uno in pochi minuti. Il colazione è buona con molte scelte. Il ginnastico è buono e il mio ragazzo lo ama. La piscina era purtroppo in riparazione, quindi non ha avuto la possibilità di usarla.

La ricerca e l'escursione sono venuti in questa piccola città. Senza troppe scelte, ho provato questo hotel dove si deve andare. Il risultato è molto superaspettato: la vita è molto comoda, l'ambiente circostante è molto tranquillo, e l'equipaggiamento di fitness di nuoto è completamente standard dell'hotel High Star. Durante il soggiorno, la ricetta ha dato molto aiuto. Il professionista e la pazienza sono davvero molto carino. Ci sono anche molti dolci nel contea. Ho appena ospitato l'hotel di Destin International con il bambino di sette anni. Devo portare la famiglia del bambino con il piatto di Arcobaleno Anley a schermo pieno!E'un tetto dell'hotel di Montagna ~
Il rapporto di prezzo super alto, l'hotel ha aperto nuovamente, le strutture hanno un buon servizio, il prezzo iniziale di due parole, vivendo in uno spazio di 60 piani, i bambini correvano in camera con i piedi lucidi, non è divertente.Il PS è molto isolante, la stanza accanto è anche la famiglia con i bambini questa volta, non si sentiva affatto timido.
Quando l'hotel ha mandato un compleanno di accompagnamento, il bambino ha iniziato a pianificare il prossimo soggiorno!La felicità del viaggio, metà dell'hotel.

DDeborah LynnThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

NNaomiOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel.
The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right).
While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly).
We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking.
Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later.
I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

La camera 3406 era ben progettata, molto pulita e buon odore anche se era una stanza di fumo. L'ora del cocktail nella sala club era grande, una buona selezione di cibo e bevande alcoliche. La colazione a Seasons ha una buona diffusione di cibo locale e occidentale. Attendiamo con ansia di più soggiorni!

PPENG KHUENThe front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. When I reported minor defect and consumed drinks from previous guest via WeChat, they changed another room for me immediately. They provided me the liquid detergent instantly when I checked on the laundry room location. They also provide free transport to and fro from the hotel to the bus interchange to travel to Huangshan scenic area. You can also make mini tour booking at the hotel lobby where the friendly guide will discuss and recommend the package for you. She also provides you the Huangshan hiking map for easy navigation. The breakfast spread is good before you start your Huangshan hiking. I will come back to this hotel if I visit Huangshan again. You can also book the van for a reasonable price to travel back to Huangshan North Railway Station. Do plan enough time to travel there as the driver may pick up other passages from other hotels to the station.

SSuThis was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help!
The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old.
We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive.
And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should.
I highly recommend this place and will travel back with my other family members in the future.

我们天刚黑时到达， 很快感受到温暖贴心的服务。前台给我们免费升级房间， 让我们渡过了愉悦的两天。
早上在庭院里跑步是个美好的体验， 健身房也比一般希尔顿或是万豪好很多。
我们第一晚在饭店的中餐厅吃的，不错但没有特别让人印象深刻。早餐则不同， 选择非常多且很多精致可口的饭菜。
尽管他们离宏村很近但不提供免费接送，这样你从机场或是高铁站坐接送车到此，还需要打车或是付比打车高很多的车费到达悦榕庄。我个人认为这完全可以改进。
我非常推荐黄山悦榕庄，以后还会带其他家人来住。谢谢你们周到的服务！

NNongIt has been an amazing night for us. We are very sensitive to the cigarette smell. People like to smoke indoors in China so it is challenging for us to find a place with good nonsmoking environment.
The staff 小何has been so supportive and patient with us. She worked with the team and provided us a room with pleasant and clean smell. This shows that the hotel cares about how we feel.
The view is great from the room. The breakfast is with high quality. It was a great stay.

The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles.
There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies.
It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.

YYang YingTale bel viaggio! Molto consigliare questo hotel per visitare Huangshan, forniscono tutti i kit di cui hai bisogno per un giro, tra cui un cappotto piovoso e un stick da cammino. Abbiamo anche avuto un bel upgrade per la stanza che è stato offerto gratuitamente. Veniamo dal Regno Unito e siamo felici di rimanere qui, il personale è tutto molto bello e ospite!
Il nostro manager di stanza Huihui era eccezionale, ogni mattina zia Wang e altre zia nel cantina ci saluta e prepara il colazione, tutti sono super bello e amichevole :)) sarebbe tornato se fossimo in visita nella zona!!

Hhertiana halimVery recommended. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Good location within walking distance to Huangshan scenic area, lots of restaurants and minimarts nearby. The hotel itself is superb. We stay at a family room for 3. The room itself has 2 storey with spacious toilet and a sofa, and a double bed and a single bed upstairs. Breakfast is tasty with various local dishes but the same kind of food in our stay for 2 days there. The hotel provides free 24 hr laindry room with commercial washers and driers.
