I booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section.
The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Menginap di Hermes Palace bulan November cukup memuaskan. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, stafnya ramah dari awal check-in sampai checkout. Sarapannya lumayan variatif dan rasanya oke. Lokasinya strategis jadi mudah ke mana-mana. Kolam renangnya juga bersih. Kekurangannya cuma WiFi kadang lambat di malam hari. Overall tetap nyaman dan layak untuk diulang

This hotel is pretty close to Baiturrahman, a short walking distance. The hotel room is very basic. There is no elevator in this hotel and we have to climb the stairs but we are lucky that we got a room on the first floor. The staff also helped us with our bags, so there was no problem.

Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

Nginep di hotel ini rasanya kayak nemu “basecamp” paling strategis di tengah kota. Mau ke mana-mana dekat—mau cari makan tinggal jalan kaki, mau ngopi tinggal nyebrang,
Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan cukup luas. Kasurnya empuk banget sampai-sampai niat bangun pagi buat jalan-jalan berubah jadi “yaudah besok aja deh” 😴
Pelayanan juga ramah, staff-nya helpful, jadi bikin betah. Pokoknya hotel ini cocok buat yang mau:

Avevo un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Hilani! Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale mi ha fatto sentire super benvenuto grandi sorrisi, check-in veloce, e erano sempre pronti ad aiutare. Uno dei membri del personale mi ha anche salutato con il mio nome, che sinceramente mi ha dato una bella vibe ✨
La stanza era pulita, confortevole e aveva tutto quello che dovevo per rilassarmi.Mi piaceva davvero quanto l'atmosfera fosse tranquilla e tranquilla dopo un lungo giorno.
Il servizio è rimasto grande tutto il tempo, e si può dire al team che si preoccupa davvero degli ospiti. In generale è stato così un soggiorno liscio, senza stress. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

TTJ95It's a really nice resort. The resort located near City Centre. They also have best view of all resort located at Sumur Tiga. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. 😊
Need to give the raise for the receptionist. They really done a great job to serve all guests.
Note: (Get the Seaview Bungalow or Beachfront Bungalow) If you want to get the best view, you should sacrifice a room without aircond. But if you really want to have aircond room, you should sacrifice that best view.

EEdan1285La prenotazione dell'hotel è stata effettuata l'ultima volta che il 22 Nov 2023 è arrivato a Banda Aceh. Il prezzo è ragionevole. Abbiamo ricevuto il numero di camera 333 e purtroppo la connessione WiFi era troppo pessima. Non c'è connessione all'interno della stanza e dobbiamo andare in lobby solo per essere collegati. Informi la ricezione e la risposta non può essere fatto. Dopo cena ho fatto nuovamente lamentazione ad un altro personale di ricezione e ha risposto molto bene aiutandoci a cambiare un altro alloggio a 355, che è connessione Wifi è stato estremamente buono. Inoltre ci aiuta a portare il nostro bagaglio. Era così utile e molto buon personale. Le strutture erano tutto a posto. Molto raccomandato per ospiti musulmani.

Cche norina hassanal bashryUpon checking in I was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

GGiorgio PaolilloL hotel è del 2020 sebbene nelle strutture e arredamento rappresenta qualcosa di classico appartenente ad una mentalità genuina islamica.Camera grande arredamento con mobili classici bagno compreso.Staff molto servizievole e disponibile poche informazioni per i turisti ma provvedono con efficienza a chiamarti taxi.Il servizio bagagli non rilascia ricevute e l hotel non sembra disporre di un locale apposito per conservarli. La colazione è minimale ed il maggior punto debole
