I love the hotel, check in process is quick, have big space in the room , they gave us slice of cake every afternoon, as well as arabica gayo coffe powder. The room is clean. The staffs are polite and gave good manner. Breakfast have large varieties of options, but the taste is not so delicious (for me), but for my husband the taste was great. The location is near from every where, near souvenir shops, museum tsunami, Baiturrahman mosque and PLTD apung. Thank you, definitely will come back if i go to banda aceh again

Il personale di questo hotel era molto amichevole e utile. Le camere erano molto ben progettate e così comode - grande lusso dopo 10 giorni nella giungla e una settimana su Pulau Weh. Situazione centrale anche facile. Una grande opzione in bellissimo Banda Aceh

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

One night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.

Il wifi non è facile quando nella stanza, mentre utilizzando un pacchetto di dati telefonici, non si può ottenere in camera.
Doveva essere punito nel lobby perché c'era un lavoro che doveva essere risolto anche quella notte.

TTJ95It's a really nice resort. The resort located near City Centre. They also have best view of all resort located at Sumur Tiga. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. 😊
Need to give the raise for the receptionist. They really done a great job to serve all guests.
Note: (Get the Seaview Bungalow or Beachfront Bungalow) If you want to get the best view, you should sacrifice a room without aircond. But if you really want to have aircond room, you should sacrifice that best view.

EEdan1285La prenotazione dell'hotel è stata effettuata l'ultima volta che il 22 Nov 2023 è arrivato a Banda Aceh. Il prezzo è ragionevole. Abbiamo ricevuto il numero di camera 333 e purtroppo la connessione WiFi era troppo pessima. Non c'è connessione all'interno della stanza e dobbiamo andare in lobby solo per essere collegati. Informi la ricezione e la risposta non può essere fatto. Dopo cena ho fatto nuovamente lamentazione ad un altro personale di ricezione e ha risposto molto bene aiutandoci a cambiare un altro alloggio a 355, che è connessione Wifi è stato estremamente buono. Inoltre ci aiuta a portare il nostro bagaglio. Era così utile e molto buon personale. Le strutture erano tutto a posto. Molto raccomandato per ospiti musulmani.

JJack SarawakOverall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

UUtente ospiteRooms, equipments, restaurants are all good. Only reception can’t handle with situation. Many customers do not have ideas to wait and they cut in so often, but reception never warmed them or even let them proceed. Can’t recommend this place otherwise you’ll feel very uncomfortable.

最讓我感動的是第二天早上，我不小心睡過了早餐時間，正懊惱時，服務員敲門送來一份打包好的早餐，説“看您昨天睡得晚，特意給您留的”。退房時，行李員幫忙把行李送到停車場，還提醒我注意返程安全。
細節之處見真心，這樣的服務真的讓人捨不得離開，下次來一定還選這裏！
