Bulgaria: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Distretto di Varna

Grande hotel situato sul pedonale di Varna. Purtroppo il garage gratuito, segnalato durante la prenotazione è al momento in ristrutturazione. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro parcheggio a pagamento nei paraggi. Parcheggiare in zona non è semplice, oltre al fatto che prima devi contattare un numero bulgaro. L'hotel è molto grande e ben posizionato, stanza ampia, buoni letti, silenzioso, con parecchi cuscini. Bagno grande e ottima e spaziosa doccia. Kit asciugamani e saponi. Colazione buona e varia a buffet al 15 piano, salata e dolce, con bevande calde e succhi. Salendo una scala al 15 piano, c'è un piano bar. Sempre dentro hotel, dispone di un casinò.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and modern, the spa was fantastic, and the exterior pools and gardens were equally impressive. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness. We also found the price reasonable, though it was off-season. However, there were several disappointments that took away from the overall experience. Starting with the restaurant: it was crowded, with long queues and very basic food options. At times, the food was even undercooked, which raised health concerns. This made dining stressful rather than enjoyable. Additionally, we noticed some guests were inconsiderate and even smoked in their rooms, causing the hallways to smell unpleasant. At one point, smoke even reached our bathroom from another room, and though we complained to the reception, the only response was to spray an air freshener. This lack of enforcement around the ”no smoking” policy was frustrating, especially for a wellness-oriented hotel. The hotel staff also permitted guests to reserve beach chairs with towels, making it difficult to find seating. This seemed unregulated and added to the sense of disorganization. For children, evening entertainment options were practically non-existent. There is a small playroom, but with limited games, it felt overcrowded and insufficient for the number of children. Furthermore, the cost for charging electric vehicles was the highest we've encountered, making it feel unreasonable. The thermal house nearby was a decent experience, though I recommend bringing your own towels and bathrobes from the hotel. Despite asking prior at the reception, we were told they would be provided there but we found out when getting there that we had to pay extra. Finally, the WiFi was poor, and although there was a Smart TV in the room, it wasn’t connected to the internet, limiting its use. Overall, we don’t plan to return. If management continues to tolerate inconsiderate behavior and doesn’t improve service quality, it risks alienating guests who value a more respectful and pleasant environment.

We stayed for 5 nights and our first impressions of the hotel were great. The lady on reception was friendly and professional and we were asked if we wanted help with our luggage. We had booked a deluxe double and it was on the 8th floor. The first thing that wowed us was the view !! It was stunning. Spectacular views over the Sea Garden and Tge Black Sea. We were impressed with the size of the room. The bathroom had a bath and a separate walk in shower. There was plenty of storage in the walk in wardrobe. There were robes and slippers and a range of tea and coffee. We didn't use the mini bar but it had a good range of products. We did get a bottle of water replenished each day. My daughter and I used the swimming pool most days which we enjoyed. Breakfast was good although I'd have liked the option of breakfast cereal but even without there was enough choice. The location was perfect, right opposite the Sea Garden and only a short walk into the centre of the city. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and would stay there again.

Hotel is directly on the Main Street, with lots of little side streets to wander around nearby. Only 15 mins walk from the seafront too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculately clean and room was spacious and well equipped. We didn’t have breakfast included in our deal, but got it cheaply there, for less than £10 for two of us. The sports bar in the hotel had really friendly staff and super cheap food and drinks. We also used the small ****** downstairs - it was machine only, but the hotel offers a free 10 leva bonus when spending 10, so a cheap evening out! Would recommend local restaurant, the Sundog and the Orient for lovely food. Only real tip to share is not to bother booking transfers from the airport to the hotel - we did and really overpaid! A taxi is only 10-15 leva (less than £10) and we paid double this as the hotel details stated it was an hour from the airport - in reality it was only about 15-20 mins. We travelled in the Easter holidays and many of the seafront attractions were not open, but still a pleasant place to visit and would be much luckier in the summer months!

We stayed here for our two-night stay in Varna and could not have made a better choice. Design throughout the hotel is beautiful and very stylish which continues into the spacious bedroom. Super comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Great bathroom with high end L’Occitane toiletries. Impressive breakfast with wide choice of food options. They will also make up a breakfast box for early starters. All the staff without exception were great. We also had a lunch and two dinners in the hotel. We usually make a point of eating outside the hotel but after lunch here on arrival was so good, we had dinner here both nights. Food and service was exceptional. Location is convenient for the Sea Gardens and main tourist sights. It is a short 10 minute walk to the bus stop for the 409 service to the airport.

Il colazione è eccellente per il pranzo, quando è un buffet, poca scelta e non terribile, ma quando ci sono pochi, vi viene offerta la mappa e qui è molto buono. Attenzione, su alcuni siti, si indica che l'hotel dispone di una piscina, che è sbagliato e molto dannoso.

The hotel is very central, looks nice from the outside & foyer, and the room was a good size & kept clean. That’s where the good stuff ends! The first morning we were woken up by the cleaner banging on the door for room service at 0830!!! We put the do not disturb sign on after that but they shouldn’t be there at 0830. The pool area looks nice but the whole time there is banging music playing so not relaxing. The lifts are few and small so you routinely have to wait ages for a lift. The real let down was the food. The restaurant caters for Middle Eastern guests who must like their food cold - Everything was cold! Breakfast was especially bad - cold eggs, pancakes, omelettes, the list goes on! Even to get toast was a challenge - 2 toasters were so low powered it generally took 4 passes to get bread looking brown! Each morning I left breakfast angry and still hungry. The hotel clientele is predominantly from the Middle East which I have no problem with, but if the hotel, supposedly a 5 Star hotel, are unable to provide hot, even warm, food then I would advise any British tourists to stay away

I am soooo impressed by this hotel, overseeing the marina's area of Varna... beautiful, well located and very affordable for a 4 star hotel! But the special mention goes to the golden hearted staff, that went the extra mile to make us feel (even more) comfortable. Perfect breakfast, killer view from the rooms... And they have a ”secret” bar underground, with tons of special craft beer, a very nice bartender and an impressive East-Romanian tombstone for decoration... a MUST GO for any beer geek! If you ever find yourself in Varna, this hotel is a must-go.

This is a very nice hotel that's located a very short walk from the Golden Sands beach. Our room (439) was clean and had a great view of the hotel courtyard and the sea. If you want a great view of the sunrise, the view from this room is a great one. On the balcony, there was an extendable clothes drying rack, so there was no struggle to figure out where to hang our wet swimsuits and towels. Security is also good. The room doors operated on card locks and there was a small safe in our room. The safe was not big enough to put a laptop computer in, but certainly big eough for mobile phones and smaller tablet sized mobile devices. All the staff were friendly and attentive and all areas of the hotel were clean and well organised. The offer of food at all meals was very wide, it really was difficult sometimes to decide what to eat. All food was freshly prepared and presented in a self-serve style. The wellness section of the hotel was also very nice and we got very good back massages there. The hotel has three small swimming pools, two outside and one indoors. As good as this hotel is, there are areas it could improve: The main way to get to the beach is through a gate at the back of the hotel property. There is a large, steep set of stairs to go down from the gate to the road that leads to the beach. If you have mobility issues, you may need to find a different way to the beach. The three swimming pools at the hotel all keep the same operating hours, it would be nice if one of them could open later and stay open later than the others. Noise from activities going on in the hotel courtyard is a big obstacle to sleep if you have a room that faces that way. Every night, there was some organized activity going on until late in the evening. Even closing our room window didn't block the noise. Perhaps the hotel could consider putting sound proof windows on the rooms that face the courtyard.

Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro Hotel che offre confort e ottimi servizi . Le stanze sono molto ampie con letto king size frigobar super fornito Safety box accappatoi teli e set da bagno Il bagno con vasca di design e doccia . Servizio colazione e ristorazione buoni . Il Personale molto disponibile gentile e attendo alle esigenze del cliente . Un particolare ringraziamento a Kalin per la disponibilità e soprattutto per la cortesia . Un hotel sicuramente da consigliare .

Rimaniamo in questo hotel dal 1° ottobre al 6° ottobre. Un paio di amici. Anche se un bel hotel boutique pulito, il servizio non è buono. Ci sono scale all'ingresso, scale all'ascensore e nessuno per aiutare a prendere il bagaglio. Veramente vergognoso. Nella sala da pranzo c'è un cameriere che non è abbastanza per riempire le lacune del buffet, che non vale 5 stelle. molto povero Dovete aspettare e chiedere uova o un sandwich dal menu. Tomato, cucumbero, o burro di formaggio. A volte non c'è niente e non devi aspettare che venga portato alla tua tavola. Non valeva molto 5 stelle. Siamo stati molto delusi. Il lobby è davvero bello, ma non c'è aria condizionata. Non tornerò qui.

Hotel con ottima posizione vicino al centro, al porto e alla spiaggia. Colazione eccellente e diversa dal solito. Ogni mattina includono un qualcosa di nuovo nella colazione. Ci sono scelte di cibo più sano anche se si vuole. Ringraziamo Genia per l'ospitalità e l'aiuto. Torneremo presto.
