Hotel a 4 stelle in Washington, Stati Uniti d'America

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una bella esperienza da parte mia. Dal momento in cui ho controllato, il personale si è mosso di sopra e di là per rendermi benvenuto. Erano attenti, professionali e sempre disposti ad aiutare anche con le richieste più piccole. Ha davvero fissato il tono per il resto del mio soggiorno. La stanza era incredibilmente pulita e ben mantenuta, con le attrezzature pensate che facevano la esperienza è confortevole e rilassante. Si sentiva fresca, e la struttura generale della stanza rendeva facile rilassare dopo un lungo giorno. La custodia di casa ha fatto un ottimo lavoro ogni giorno, assicurando che tutto fosse senza spot e perfettamente organizzato. La posizione dell'hotel è anche molto conveniente, con facile accesso al pubblico Trasporti, ristoranti e attrazioni locali. Voleva esplorare la zona, tutto era a piedi o a pochi passi. Un altro punto di attenzione è stato il colazione.La selezione è stata impressionante frutta fresca, pasti, piatti caldi e caffè, era il modo perfetto per iniziare la mattina. Il personale del ristorante era amichevole e manteneva tutto ben a disposizione e tempestivo, anche durante le ore di lavoro. L'atmosfera dell'hotel si è sentita tranquilla e senza difficoltà. è stato tranquillo, l'interno è stato esteticamente piacevole, e tutte le strutture sono state è chiaro che la direzione e il personale si fidano molto di mantenere un elevato livello di servizio e pulizia. In generale, ho avuto un soggiorno sorprendente e consiglierei molto questo hotel a chiunque viaggiasse Se viaggiate per affari o per il tempo libero, questo hotel offre un ottimo equilibrio di comfort, comodità e ospitezza eccezionale. per restare qui di nuovo durante il mio prossimo viaggio.

Facilities a bit old . And the parking is expensive 30 USD Staff is friendly. Breakfast is so so. Hotel upgraded us to the lake view room. The view is amazing.

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

A lot of guests complain the room is very small Yes the room is super small so don’t expect too much For sleeping is ok For parking not much choice but opposite parking is not a bad idea, not run by hotel though

La stanza era moderna, elegante e molto comoda. Purtroppo, il resto dell'hotel non viveva fino a quel livello. La proprietà si sente estremamente occupata e frenetica, con poco senso di calma. Il lobby, in particolare, sembra essere stato progettato su un bilancio stretto e si sente a odds con l'aspetto contemporaneo e la qualità delle camere. Esso manca il senso di arrivo e di lucidare che si aspetta, creando una delusione prima impressione.

Staff members are very friendly, and the location was great. Room was clean and nice too.

Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

Va bene, il trasporto è comodo, ci sono supermercati di zia e figlio sotto. È OK per la polizia intorno all'hotel. Il bagno non è molto utile, l'acqua è molto piccola, ci vuole molto tempo per pulire.La sala del primo piano fornirà acqua di ghiaccio, salsa di tè, caffè, latte scremato.La reception fornirà acqua di miniera. Devi chiederlo prima di darle.

Avete una grande esperienza qui al CitizenM. Il luogo era unico, elegante e moderno. Con tutti gli strumenti aggiuntivi forniscono come il controllore della camera mobile, potete personalizzare la stanza a vostro piacere. Il lobby è molto interattivo con giochi a bordo accessibili, zona salotto e bar. Molto raccomandato!

The good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
