Hotel davvero carino. Le cose che più mi interessano in un hotel sono una stanza tranquilla e un buon letto. Questo posto era perfetto per entrambe le cose. Davvero tranquillo e facile da riposare. La biancheria è pulita e ben tenuta e i letti e i cuscini sono estremamente comodi. L'acqua filtrata con le bottiglie è super comoda. Il personale è stato davvero cordiale e accomodante. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

La suite è fantastica! Una grande esperienza oltre a una chiamata 6.00AM sveglia che non è stata richiesta... Ma hanno fatto un gesto commerciale sul mio conto.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

La stanza era molto bella e aggiornata. La posizione era eccellente e a pochi passi dal concerto Kid Rock. Era sulla via navigabile, quindi rendeva la passeggiata piacevole ....vicinato anche ai ristoranti. Il parcheggio presso il garage degli ospiti è stato conveniente a $17 per 24 ore.

La posizione è eccellente, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è migliore che in Cina, la colazione è buona, i servizi delle camere sono completi, confortevoli e spaziose, il personale è cordiale, fantastico! Spero che l'aria condizionata possa essere regolata individualmente

Molto felice con questo hotel. Una posizione conveniente per arrivare al Moody Center in un breve periodo di tempo, tra gli altri punti che abbiamo pianificato di andare anche noi.

They stay was great. The first night I had an issue with the AC and they had a repair man by the name of Alex, I believe. He was able to fix the issue and I no longer had a hard time sleeping in the room. They are amazing! I would definitely recommend and stay in the future. Thank you.

L'hotel era bello. L'unica denuncia che ho avuto il mio Do Non Enter/ Non Disturbare (non so cosa ha detto) appoggiandosi sulla porta quando sono andato al negozio. Sono entrati comunque! Aveva lasciato soldi sul conto e altri valori che non avevo messo nella cassaforte non avevo tempo di gettarli lì. Non avrebbero dovuto entrare se avessi messo il segno sulla porta che ha detto non smh

Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

This place smelled like mold, was humid, was dirty, and badly needs a complete remodel. It might have been nice in the early 1990s, but it is not now. The staff at the desk was nice, but everyone else, not so much. If I had to stay here again, I would find another place. It was not scary - it just was not nice.
