Bell'hotel, il ristorante dell'hotel aveva del cibo ottimo ma molto caro 16,00 per un hamburger, la piscina è interna ed era come una gigantesca vasca idromassaggio, l'acqua era perfetta e calda e non gelida come lo sono alcune piscine. I letti erano abbastanza comodi, ma non avevano sapone e abbastanza asciugamani, quindi abbiamo dovuto prenderne altri alla reception, non avevano saponette, ma hanno preso shampoo e balsamo per il sapone per lavarci. E l'aria condizionata non è così eccezionale, una piccola scatola quadrata nel muro fa fatica a far uscire l'aria. Abbiamo dovuto impostarla su 62 e farla funzionare tutta la notte, poi finalmente si è raffreddata il giorno dopo, ma ci è voluta tutta la notte per raffreddare la stanza.

Overall me stay was great. It was right downtown which was close/ walking distance to a lot of places. They also had several restaurants. I went to the one on the second floor forgot the name but the bartender at night was top tier. I would definitely eat their again.

La camera era soddisfacente e molto pulita, ma il water era un po' vecchio e continuava a scaricare. Anche l'insonorizzazione era scarsa; sono stato svegliato presto la mattina da rumori che non avrei dovuto sentire. Il servizio alla reception è stato eccellente e offrivano un deposito bagagli gratuito. Avevo prenotato una camera con colazione a buffet, ma si aspettavano comunque una mancia, cosa che ho trovato incomprensibile. Il primo giorno ero a una riunione e dovevo correre per prendere l'autobus, quindi ho mangiato in fretta e non ci ho pensato. Il giorno dopo, un membro dello staff ha alzato gli occhi al cielo, ha stampato una mancia e si è lamentato di noi. Gli abbiamo detto ”mai” dargli la mancia. In seguito, ci siamo resi conto dell'errore e abbiamo lasciato la mancia, ma il loro atteggiamento è rimasto comunque molto sgradevole!

Returning to this awesome Hotel for a second time. It's walking distance to the Baseball stadium. They offer valet parking and everyone is always so nice. Love that you need to a key card to get in and use the elevator!! The rooms are so nice and kept fresh. Decor gives an away from home feeling but simple enough and to theme. We will of course be returning in the future.

The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs. Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal Riverwalk. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Il personale è stato molto disponibile nel procurarci il veicolo ogni volta che ne avevamo bisogno e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Ottima area giochi per famiglie con giochi come Monopoli, Scarabeo e scacchi. Il Café dell'hotel aveva delle Pop-Tarts giganti e dei cappuccini fantastici! La camera era spaziosa, confortevole, con letti puliti e un grazioso minifrigo! Nel complesso, ho adorato il mio soggiorno!

The location is nice. The staff is nice. However, they have no hot water. I wasn’t told at check in. So, when I checked out I told them and they were like “yeah, it’s our whole building.” I don’t understand why they wouldn’t tell guests this…especially after a long day’s travel. Anyway, they say they’re getting it fixed but who knows.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
