CCheRiaQuesta è la mia seconda volta e il servizio è stato buono. Il pacchetto ci ha anche permesso di effettuare il check-out alle 14:00 invece delle solite 12:00, il che è stato molto comodo, soprattutto dopo un lungo volo, dato che la struttura è vicina alla NAIA. Prenoteremo di nuovo.

Mmarie lunaI book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair.
2. The wall got painted falling.
3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working.
4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it.
5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair).
6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay.
7. No fridge, and iron.
8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security
9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it.
10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi.
11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble.
Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night.
Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.

BBea_15We spent new years eve at networld hotel just to have a full rest in new years but outside our room is very noisy and we dont know if somebody playing doors banging the other guest. Then the food was great, invited mom to hve breakfast with us i saw the price for breakfast buffet is 500 but when i ask the cashier the price was 700 but they will give discounts for senior and thats ok. I thought it was 500 it said in the price but its ok the food is good. Thats all thanks.
And the last thing we cannot use the phone to make call for service when we check the connections behind the table so dirty full of dust underneath then i thought its not working the phone but when the time comes to check out it rings to remind us hahaha. Funny.

UUtente ospiteIl nostro volo è stato cancellato, ma fortunatamente abbiamo trovato questo posto dove stare fino al nostro prossimo volo riprenotato. L'orario del check-in era presumibilmente alle 14:00, ma la proprietaria ci ha permesso di fare il check-in già alle 9:00. È molto disponibile e cortese. Grazie per averci ospitato in un posto così bello a New Port. Dio vi benedica.

KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Then Selah Garden per una notte con mia moglie e il nostro bambino. La posizione è accettabile, ma l'hotel non è particolarmente classico. Le strutture sono limitate, con solo una piscina all'aperto disponibile.
Per me il prezzo non è molto favorevole, considerando quanto è offerto: il parcheggio è piuttosto piccolo e opera in un primo momento, in un primo momento servito, che può essere scomodo.
In generale, il soggiorno è stato decente e gestibile, ma non vale davvero il prezzo.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo un affare davvero economico grazie a trip.com (abbiamo la stanza per 1167) e posso dirvi solo quanto di un furto è stato?Abbiamo prenotato le camere di stile alto senza finestre. Il bagno era piccolo e molto ridotto. La zona superiore era anche molto crampi se si è più di 5'3. L'AC è scoppiata e ha fatto un puddle in un angolo della stanza. Vorrei essere stato informato fuori dalla lettera scritta a mano sulla tavola.
La stanza era buona. La stanza è molto piccola ma è accogliente. Le strutture fanno valere questo hotel per l'accordo che abbiamo. È possibile accedere al tetto che ha una splendida vista panoramica della città. Il bar e la piscina hanno comunque un prezzo.
In generale, direi che sono felice della mia prenotazione. Se lo stesso accordo dovesse tornare, sarei sicuramente rimasto.

NNikki CatharinaFinding the Palm tree hotel from the airport was relatively easy, you just have to go up to the 4th floor, cross the pedestrian bridge and then turn left. The staff was very nice, however they did mess up my reservation and gave my booked room to someone else. They pretty quickly booked me a hotel across the street, which was fine. The sounds of the the highway are very loud but that’s to be expected. Overall pretty good stay for a one night layover at manila airport.

RRara MomijiWe booked this place just an hour before check-in due to a delayed flight, and it worked out well logistically. The location is right across from NAIA Terminal 3—perfect for short layovers or early morning departures. The check-in process was smooth, with someone meeting us in the lobby and walking us to the unit. We ended up extending for another night after our flight got rescheduled to the next day, and the host was very responsive and accommodating of our needs (eg drinking water, hand wash)
The room looked clean and well-maintained at first glance. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had hot water. Wi-Fi was also excellent throughout our stay. The unit comes with appliances like a fridge and microwave, though we didn’t use them.
However, the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom (especially noticeable at night) was a downside. It detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Also worth noting: the property lacks a covered drop-off area. Since it was raining heavily, we had to request access to the basement so we wouldn’t get drenched—a workaround that worked, but not ideal. Security in the property were very strict, almost didn’t let us through the basement.
It’s quiet, accessible, and the service was commendable. But unless the pest issue is resolved, it’s hard to give this a full recommendation. If you’re only staying for the convenience of Terminal 3 and aren’t too bothered by insects, it does the job.
