Hotel 3 stelle a Pasay

Dopo la prenotazione, erano molto acomodi con le loro risposte e tutte le mie domande, e potevano fornire tutto quello che avevo chiesto. Quando arrivava al condo, l'operazione al desk front era molto regolare, poiché tutti i requisiti erano già stati preparati. Quando siamo arrivati in camera, era molto pulito e profumato molto bene. Mi piaceva l'atmosfera.... aveva anche giochi da tavolo per il divertimento, che era grande per i bambini. Se preferisci cucinare, hanno anche un cuoco di riso, una microonde, e anche una caldaia elettrica, più utensili che puoi usare. Abbiamo incontrato una piccola questione in cui non potevamo nuotare, perché era domenica e l'ufficio era chiuso, ma il proprietario ha scritto all'hotel per noi, così potevamo ancora nuotare. Nessuno di questi sarebbe stato possibile se il proprietario non fosse stato così responsabile. Arriveremo certamente. Grazie mille, AC Haven! Stayed at Microtel MOA for an event, and it was a very convenient choice. The best part is definitely the location—walking distance to MOA and SMX, making everything very accessible without having to deal with traffic or parking. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a short stay. While the interiors are a bit simple and slightly dated compared to newer hotels nearby, everything was functional and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, not a luxury hotel, but practical, comfortable, and worth it for the convenience and location. Would stay here again.

Recensione per TRYP- Di recente ho soggiornato al TRYP e, sfortunatamente, la mia esperienza è stata rovinata da alcuni problemi. Innanzitutto, il bagno della mia camera era rotto, causando notevoli disagi durante il mio soggiorno. Il WC malfunzionante è stato un inconveniente inaspettato che ha influito sul comfort generale della mia visita. Pur comprendendo che possano sorgere problemi imprevisti, ciò ha influito sulla qualità del mio soggiorno. Apprezzerei se l'hotel prendesse sul serio la questione e prendesse in considerazione la possibilità di risarcirmi per l'inconveniente causato. Nonostante questa battuta d'arresto, devo elogiare il personale per gli sforzi compiuti per affrontare tempestivamente il problema. Tuttavia, credo che un gesto di buona volontà farebbe molto per ripristinare la mia fiducia nell'hotel. Grazie per la vostra attenzione a questa questione. Aspetto con ansia una rapida risoluzione. The staff were very welcoming and would always greet you whenever you passed by them. The hotel facilities were also amazing, especially the rooftop area. It was super aesthetic and beautifully designed. The room was also very nice and comfortable. I will definitely book here again!

the location is very accessible to the mall, we have enjoyed our stay as we need to rest overnight it feels like home 😊 the staff is friendly and have assisted us very well 😊

Asiatel has a good location near terminal 3 and has 24 hour front desk service which was desperately needed as we arrived at 2:30 am. There is a lot of construction so don’t even consider walking. A cab is only a $3-$4 It is clean but older and with few amenities: a tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no hair dryer (though you can borrow one from the front desk). They did have new toothbrushes on the sink. This was our second time to use as a one night late arrival airport. Ask for the back of the building, this time we were on the road side and it was noisy. We like the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for food in the morning, or lunch since we got up late.

A bit disappointing. We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway. We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM. Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her! However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM. This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted. On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM. I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in.

Si tratta di un condominio con servizi alberghieri. Tutto il necessario è a disposizione. Anche la zona circostante è molto comoda. È ideale per chi viaggia dal Terminal 3. Tuttavia, fate attenzione perché la mappa potrebbe indicare la posizione sbagliata. Il check-in può richiedere del tempo.
