Hotel a 4 stelle in Alaska, Stati Uniti d'America

This hotel has seen better days in its multi-decade existence. It has gone through some renovations and name changes, but still seems to be in transition as we walked through the third floor paint fumes (half of the floor was being painted while still having guests on the floor) to our room at the end of an extremely long corridor. It seems understaffed and whatever staff they do have are wearing multiple hats and running around or in training. We encountered a spectrum of personalities from sweet to terse to neutral in their customer service/reception area. Their booking system is also a bit unclear. I got emails for ”pre check-in” and ”set checkout” which seemed fine, but I had selected a cocktail pack at the pre check-in and input my credit card information but was not charged for it. If my CC isn't going to be charged at that point, why should I have to enter my CC information at all? It should be noted that these are ”requests” the front desk can choose to fulfill for the guest or not. They still asked for a CC to be put on file for incidentals too, during in-person check-in, so online ”pre check-in” just seems pointless. We had booked our multi night stay on the Trip app and it did have us prepay but also said there would be a $89 charge at the hotel for four nights. We later learned it was a ~22 bucks ”resort fee” for our stay per night. I guess the resort fee includes the amenities of free water and free shuttle service? Breakfast wasn't included for our booking. The person checking us in even charged a $$$$ deposit amount larger than the cost of our 4 nights there, so I hope they are more careful on other security deposit charges, in the future. On another note, the 24/7 airport shuttle was great and the downtown shuttle service was excellent. Their free shuttle service is definitely a highlight. Kind drivers also -- lovely service from all the drivers we met and always helped us with our bags and directions. Big appreciation for the shuttle vans and drivers! Free water (2 bottles per guest per day) included at the front desk, which you have to make sure to grab yourself, as there was no ”deliver to room” option during our stay. The outdated facilities are somewhat maintained, as we had slow drainage in our shower tub and slow drainage in our toilet that nearly led to a clog. Luckily, the maintenance team was able to remedy that after our first night. We stayed 4 nights in total, but that first night was rough. Going forward, I would recommend this place for someone seeking adventure in a property that is next to a beautiful lake with cool seaplanes and a nice lobby full of taxidermy and doesn't mind the potentially tumultuous reception or dated bathroom.

Mi dispiaceva di vedere la parola N scritta in polvere sulla finestra della nostra suite, il cibo era troppo costoso e non era certo niente di speciale. Non importava dopo cena, non c'era nessuna microonde per riscaldare, e con quanto freddo fosse la nostra stanza, il nostro cibo si raffreddava e si raffreddava abbastanza velocemente. Il muro sta uscendo dal muro, i ganci stanno uscendo dal muro, abbiamo avuto il calore venerdì-domenica ma non potevamo mai arrivare oltre 68 gradi nonostante fosse in piedi per giorni. L'acqua si è chiusa mentre eravamo lì, il parcheggio era pieno/limitato. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 5, solo per essere messo in una stanza con solo 2 letti e dicendo che non potevano fornire un cappotto a causa dei rischi di incendio; dopo aver lamentato che non mettevo il mio bambino sul tessuto molto usato/vecchio, La piscina ha bisogno di una prenotazione, ma non ha controllato le prenotazioni e la piscina è stata sovraccaricata. Ero davvero inconfortabile con quanto ero segreta da tutti quando andai in sala di serratura ... mi sentivo come il punto perfetto per qualcuno di catturare una donna o un bambino fuori di guardia. Tutto è molto vecchio, obsoleti o rotto in un modo o nell'altro, e tutto è stato molto troppo costoso. Se vogliono dire che sono un ristorante e prezzi di ristorante, devono iniziare a sembrare un ristorante. La prossima volta che ci serve un weekend, andremo a Denali invece!

Bella posizione hotel grande per essere nel centro di Anchorage e è vicino alla autostrada, solo essere attento parcheggio non è attaccato, il personale presto Feb 14 è stato così utile bella e gentile 3 ragazze(i loro nomi sono stati pubblicati sulla recensione Yelp)

Il servizio di ricezione dell'hotel non è buono, la stanza è pulita in generale, l'attrezzatura è vecchia e lo spazio non è grande, è conveniente per il trasporto. Per seguire la luce esterna è ancora possibile vivere due notti, non è consigliato in modo speciale.

The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s modern and it has its own unique design. The only problem was the fact that I had to walk so far to get to the room, as I needed to walk across 3 hallways to the end of the hotel.

Anche se l'hotel è molto vecchio, la stanza è grande, due letti 1.5 metri, la stanza è anche molto pulita, l'allora ha un bagno, fornitura gratuita di acqua calda, sacchetto e caffè, l'hotel offre anche un servizio di trasporto gratuito. È molto soddisfatto del soggiorno, è sentire che il prezzo della casa è un po'prezioso!

L'hotel più iconico di Anchorage, dovevo rimanere anche se potevo solo permettermi una notte. Tutto bene, la stanza era un po' piccola. Sono sicuro che pagherebbe grandi prezzi per la città vecchia dell'Alaska, che può sentire come il prezzo di gourmet.

Gli altri sono buoni. Il suono del ventilatore è molto alto e influenza il sonno.Durante il soggiorno, gli ospiti sono usciti dall'hotel, sono arrivati incendi, si dice che sia successo una volta in fretta.Le due speranze sopra sono migliorate.

Questa casa è in una posizione molto grande tra Fairbanks e Chena fonti calde. La vista da lì è solo sorprendente, respirando. Non siamo stati così fortunati a vedere Aurora, a causa del tempo claudia, ma non mi dispiace ancora prenotare quel posto. E'un po'più costoso, ma sicuramente vale la pena. Ha molte regole, ma capisco che vogliono tenerle abbastanza pulite e tranquille.

La posizione è generalmente, il servizio è buono, la reception è molto amichevole, l'igiene delle camere è possibile.Ci sono parcheggio interno e esterno, il parcheggio all'hotel deve andare fuori per un po'di strada.
