Hotel 4 stelle a Lucca

La posizione era perfetta proprio all'interno del muro così facile da raggiungere e poi potevamo camminare ovunque... pioveva tutto il tempo per noi, ma saremo tornati come tutti lo amavano

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso qui. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel centro. La stanza era spaziale, piena di carattere, ma aveva tutto quello che avete bisogno (cond, caldaia, cassaforte, frigo, asciugacapelli) Il servizio era brillante, così amichevole e utile. Abbiamo fatto colazione e abbiamo menzionato che eravamo vegani quando abbiamo prenotato. Ha fatto una torta vegan per colazione, che era assolutamente deliziosa! Hanno anche offerto latte di avena. Perfetto soggiorno!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. Casa Paolina made our stay in Lucca truly special. Thank you so much for everything ! we hope to be back very soon!

In realtà tutto andava bene, la colazione era davvero tranquilla, buona e la reception aperta 24 ore su 24. E' composto da un corpo centrale e da una depandance, anche se vicini tra loro, ma ci sono molte scale, quindi l'hotel non è adatto a persone che hanno difficoltà a camminare.Le camere hanno un proprio condizionatore che funziona ed è molto facile da pulire. funzionare, il che va bene.

Lovely place, welcoming owner, clean and classy.  Would certainly recommend! 

Un grande hotel nella bella città di Lukka! È tutto vicino; sia caffè che negozi e vista della città. Molto goduto l'atteggiamento del personale e soprattutto Stephanie. Parla molto bene russo . E' stato bello ricevere consigli preziosi da lei per studiare la città

Très facile d,accès. Parking privé apprécié. Personnel impeccable. Seule réserve : déco très surannée de la chambre, mais ce n,est qu,un goût personnel. En revanche très bonne literie,ce qui est plus important.

Hotel “Old style” con spazio pulito e ok. Solo perfetto per fermarsi se si è ad esempio a volo precoce. Bello colazione. Conosci solo una persona che ha parlato inglese. Forse siroautomati differenziati all’inizio della stagione.
