The $200 bond is quite inconvenient and teaches me for not reading it properly. Parking was not included in the booking so that made it hard as there was street parking down the road. Beds were comfy and kids had a nice time but there were a lot of people coming in and out of the elevators when we used them that were clearly on some form of ****. Due to those type of people being there made it a bit uncomfortable to be staying there with our kids.

L'hotel Abstract è stato un ottimo soggiorno, la posizione era perfetta, il servizio era di prima qualità e tutto era senza spot. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, mi piaceva davvero che la stanza fosse climatizzata, era troppo calda, e mi sono impegnata a dormire per questo. Inoltre, non ero un fan del mento dei prodotti del bagno, e da quando sono rimasto solo una notte, non ho portato la mia. Ma questo è un facile riparazione per la prossima volta! In generale, mi piaceva assolutamente la mia esperienza. Il personale era così bello, e ho anche fatto nuovi amici durante il mio soggiorno! Certamente prenoterò qui di nuovo la prossima volta che sono a Auckland.

Pros Room has good amenities like coffee and Clean bathroom Cons Noisy - hallways need carpet, needed earplugs. There is nothing around hotel like restaurants or cafes. Bathroom door is impossible to open without using body weight, faulty construction.

Breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive, so it would’ve been nice to have some different options on different days. The location was great and really convenient, but cleanliness could definitely be improved — the bathroom and cups weren’t properly cleaned. There’s no on-site hotel parking, and the alternatives were quite expensive. The most cost-effective option was Victoria Street parking, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel charged $59 per night for Wilson Parking, but it came with limitations, which made things quite difficult. On the plus side, complimentary dental kits were provided, which was a nice touch.

There is no WATER BOTTLE in the room , they told me $12 for water bottle. There is no comb , tooth paste tooth brush.we cant expect these things as the were ask $12 for bottle. I have no issues if that is part of there business policy , but come on how much person can drink water in 2 days!?? 2 bottles !? For comb and tooth Brush may be $2 !? Very clean rooms and its new build!

Place is clean and decent. Not used to using biodegradable cutleries, especially when kid wanted to have milk with cereal Carpark space is so limited!! I can’t imagine if we have to park odd spaces if we have to move luggages up and down from our car. Initially we were given level 1 which do not have lift access but thankfully staffs were very understanding and change for us for higher level so we could have lift access.

Caro rispetto, hotel Haka In generale, l'hotel è buono, ma si sente come un posto dove si può godere di tutte le località della città. Ma c'è una carenza di asciugamani e consulenza del personale all'hotel.Vorrei elencarli per il miglioramento.Grazie.

The reception staff was good namely Aaime, the rooms were good, had some issues but sorted out, satisfaction wasn't there, the restaurant latitude staff punit was friendly.

Sky tower locates in the CBD, where you get access to any tourism sites. No need to take bus or train to shopping area. The car parking service is great which saves us a lot of budget.

Amazing experience with the customer service team. I needed a room urgently and team we so hospitable, professional and caring. I am so pleased with the team that gave me a wonderful experience. Thank you Nita especially. Thank also to Brent. 👏👏👏I will come again.
