Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Shiga, Giappone

It was a great stay at this ryokan! The hotel is able to arrange a car to fetch you from the JR station. You can call them using a dedicated phone at the station which is used to contact the different ryokans. The car arrived in 10mins or so. The ride to the ryokan was also less than 10mins. The hotel also fetched us to the station on the last day of our stay. The ryokan itself is homely and cozy. We were greeted by an english speaking staff who introduced us to the amenities of the ryokan. There was also a nice welcome tea and matcha chocolate. Our bags were brought to our room as well during this time. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel prepared 2 welcome biscuits in the room which was a nice personal touch. The room has a nice living room and a great view of Lake Biwa. Recommend to catch the sunrise over the lake! There are 2 normal beds as well as futon beds (need to set up yourself). Both are comfortable. The hotel also prepared pretty yukata for both female and male guests which you can wear during the stay. There are 4 different designs for ladies, and one design for the guys. You can request for different size if the one in the room doesn’t fit you. There is also a full length mirror and a mini dressing area at the side of the living room. It was fun dressing up in the yukata! The toilet, basin, shower and hot tub areas are all separate. The toilet is a little small, but the basin and mirror area is very spacious. The shower area is quite small as well and the shower head is rather low so you need to hold the shower head if you wish to wash up while standing. There is a small stool given for you to sit down though. The hot tub area is semi-outdoor and you can see Lake Biwa. But it is quite small (only good for one person). It was too cold so we didn’t use the hot tub. Instead, we booked the private onsen for 50mins. The private onsen has a private toilet and dressing area which is equipped with hairdryer, body lotion etc. There is a water dispenser as well if you need to hydrate yourself. The onsen area has a washing area, and the hot tub area is spacious for 2 person. There are privacy screens around the onsen area but there is a small gap to let in cold air for ventilation. Wish there is a good view from the private onsen but it was still enjoyable! Dinner and breakfast was Kaiseki style, and the meals were one of the highlights for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the courses which are clean tasting yet wholesome, fresh and flavourful. It was such a sumptuous treat! The ryokan also has a souvenir shop if you wish to buy anything back. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed the stay here and we agreed this was one of the main highlights of our 12 days trip in Japan. Highly recommend!

La stanza era molto buona. La notte pubblica era buona; l'acqua non era così calda e originale. La selezione del colazione era buona, può essere migliore e avere più selezione diversa dai marini. La cena era magnifica! L'unica cosa mancava è la posizione. Non c'era altro che un bagno a piedi/mano, un orario felice.

Room is very spacious, comes with 2 sets of facial acre products both for man and woman There's even a 6 CD player with preloaded CDs inside ranging from Jazz to sentimental songs for your relaxation Food are delicious and nicely decorated Every day it comes with some free local snacks like financiers and biscuits One incident that didn't quite went well is early morning after breakfast As we are rushing to head out before housekeeping and there's no more water in the room, we return to the dinning hall and try to ask the staff to help to fill up some water in their provided water bottle. one lady took over the bottle and head to the kitchen to fill up, but we can hear she's complaining to her colleagues about it. Shortly, while handing over the bottle, she signal us to leave. We did so but once just stepped out, she simply slams the dinning hall shut! I was surprised by her reaction. It was quite rude of her to do that. If it's against the regulation, they can rightly say so and communicate upfront than doing this repulsive reaction Overall, a nice stay amid a slight mark on the service rendered

1月從比叡山看到琵琶湖，就開始找目的地，從彥根城到大津找了一圈，選了大津的雄琴温泉，酒店從おごと温泉駅不方便步行抵達，但是出站口有一個免費手機可以聯繫酒店五分鐘後酒店車接，很方便。 酒店外部是丘陵地形，走路去琵琶湖邊上需要15分鐘左右，在房間可以看到湖。夜景漂亮極了。酒店周圍沒有大面積的櫻花景色。 酒店內部是美麗的和式風情，小さい細節はか素晴らしいです 設施：一階て二階要乘坐扶梯，3&6層有吸煙點，除了蒼天餐廳還有其他餐廳，一樓大廳有一個大商店和咖啡廳，大浴場はままです 在蒼天連着吃了四天4頓晚飯4頓早飯，每一餐有細微的變化，都是非常健康新鮮的食材，但是下一次我會衹訂兩天宿泊、二天宿不含餐，因為就餐時間要提前確認，遲到早退會影響其他客人，影響了其他行程安排，為了吃飯夜間大津博物館沒去成。 房間贊極了，和式兩間房，兩個電視，露天風呂はジャグジーある、広い。保潔和鋪床完全無接觸，早飯時填好表格，人出去玩的時打掃，晚飯時間有人鋪床，非常非常舒適。如果想體驗千與千尋裏面油屋的風呂、建議步行去湖邊的あがりやんせ、裏面吃喝玩樂理髮按摩，還有免費劇場，圖書館，按摩椅，1600円一人可以玩一天。

E'molto felice di poter soggiornare in un posto così bello con due cani. L'ambiente generale è molto bello e tranquillo. Il cane con la casa è anche molto divertente per i cani.La cena e la colazione sono tutti fatti dal personale sul posto, e i cibi sono freschi e pesanti, e sono davvero soddisfatti. Tuttavia, mentre l'esperienza complessiva è molto buona, ci sono due piccole suggerimenti, sperando che la qualità del servizio possa essere ulteriormente migliorata in futuro. 1️⃣ Comunicazione sull'ora di soggiorno L'ora di soggiorno indicata dall'hotel è 15:00 〜 19:00, quindi l'ospite arriva prima delle 19:00.In quel giorno, quando non è ancora superato il tempo di soggiorno, è stato chiesto in via provvisoria ”circa a che ora arriva”, che può leggermente indurre la gente a sentirsi incoraggiata. Poiché l'hotel ha stabilito un intervallo di tempo di soggiorno, il reparto ristorante e accoglienza può essere pronto in anticipo per questo periodo. 2️⃣ esperienza di servizio al momento della partenza Il personale di quel giorno era molto entusiasta. Il veicolo si fermò e si è iniziato a aiutare a trasportare il bagaglio. La prima impressione è molto buona. Ma invece, non c'è quasi nessun aiuto al ritiro.Non ho nemmeno chiesto se avessi bisogno di aiuto per trasportare il bagaglio.Poiché alcune case sono lontane dalla ricetta, ho visto anche alcuni ospiti più anziani che devono trascinare molte valigie da soli per gestire le procedure di ritiro. Personalmente penso che un vero e proprio hotel sia un entusiasmo per il soggiorno, e più evidente se può ancora mantenere lo stesso sottile e attento quando si lascia.Poiché i sentimenti degli ospiti quando se ne andano, sono spesso l'impressione finale dell'esperienza di alloggio. Non c'è alcuna insulto, solo rappresenta un po'di sentimenti reali delle persone durante il soggiorno. Spero anche che il futuro dell'hotel possa continuare a migliorare nei dettagli del servizio, non lasciare che un ambiente così eccellente e hardware siano influenzati da piccoli oggetti sul servizio. L'appartamento dell'hotel e della stanza sono un po'vecchi, ma sono ben mantenuti e puliti.Il personale di servizio della ricetta è amichevole.La posizione è buona, sono passati più di dieci minuti dalla stazione, vicino al porto dell'isola di Xinjiang, e molto vicino al parco di Toyota.

La colazione è molto buona e anche l'esperienza delle terme è molto buona. Non c'era nessuno quando sono andato lì, era solo un charter. La posizione è proprio in riva al lago, comoda e tranquilla, c'è un 7-11 accanto, puoi fare dei semplici acquisti. La proprietaria dell'hotel è una nonna gentile e amabile, che può consigliarci attività locali in un inglese semplice. Le sono molto grato per essersi preso cura di lei per alcuni giorni.

Anche se il linguaggio non è comprensibile, può ancora sentire l'entusiasmo del personale di servizio.Non c'è bagno nella stanza prenota, basta un grande casinò.Il grande casinò gratuito ha parte esterna, ma non c'è paesaggio.
