Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Ōita, Giappone

Le camere sono un po' piccole, ma nella norma per gli hotel giapponesi. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Beppu e con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Adoro il fatto che questo hotel abbia una piscina sul tetto con una vista mozzafiato su Beppu (anche se la piscina è molto bassa). Ci siamo fatti un bel bagno nell'onsen dell'hotel, ma il mio compagno ha detto che era un po' sporco nella sezione maschile. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire dell'alcol a volontà per 1000 yen a causa del poco tempo a disposizione, ma sarebbe perfetto per gli amanti dell'alcol! Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò! Personale gentile, pulito e accogliente!

Un servizio fantastico da Yoshi San di Dining, Amy di Front Desk. L'hotel è piccolo con strutture limitate, ma cercano di creare le loro attività con gli impegni degli ospiti, come l'esercizio mattinale, il bevanda gratis, l'istruzione di laboratorio di acqua, il divertimento musicale e alcuni giochi per gli ospiti di godere. Molto raccomandato.

The overall stay experience was excellent, and I would especially like to commend Li-Ying Wu (also known as Go Reiei) from Taiwan. From the very beginning of the check-in process, she demonstrated a professional attitude by thoroughly explaining all the hotel's facilities and services. She always wore a warm and welcoming smile, which truly reflected her dedication to her work and her respect for the guests. During my stay, my family had quite a few demanding and complicated requests, requiring frequent assistance from the staff. Throughout it all, Li-Ying patiently addressed every single question without showing any sign of impatience.

This is the second time staying in this hotel group. First time was Onyado Nono Kyoto and we loved it. This time was just as fantastic. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s right next to Beppu train station and has a Lawson next door. The kids love the free ramen served for supper. It has private onsen too. The only issue is that the pillows are way too hard.

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were grateful for hotel shuttle service to the hotel as it saves us the trouble of climbing up slopes with our luggages. When we arrived, we were greeted by the warm welcome of the staff with free drinks provided at the lounge. The Sora Room is well equipped with amenities and comes with the private onsen, for you to enjoy any time. Recommend to get the ice (outside room) for a cool ice coke after onsen. Definitely have to give the Japanese breakfast and Kaiseiki dinner a try. Every single dish is so delicious and palatable. The hotel is located at Kanawa, within walking distances to the popular attractions such as Hells of Beppu and Onsen Museum. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Beppu!

We checked in on 15 Jan, 2026 and planned to stay at the hotel for a nite. When we arrived the railway station , we walked around for a while and got a taxi outside the railway station to the hotel without paying the fare. Probably the hotel had arranged with the taxi drivers in that area that they will pay the fare directly. The check-in procedure is easy and comfy. 2 staff lead us to our room 小樓球。It’s a very nice room with 2 private onsen. The spring water is nice and made our skin very smooth. The hotel had arranged enough drinks for us, 3 alcoholic and 3 nonalcoholic. We had our dinner at ard 7pm. The presentation of the good is very good & eye catching. However, the quality of the sashimi was not very fresh. Taste of the tuna was a bit fishy and it’s wet and found bloody water after picked it up from the dish😓. I don’t eat beef and the hotel changed the 5 pcs of wagu to 3pcs of eel which didn’t taste very well. Not sure whether they grill it or not. Also they changed the beef that served with rice to miso and I didn’t think it’s fair enough. The breakfast on the next morning was up to standard. Bread was fresh and hot. Egg and sausage were quite good. Overall, service is good but the standard of dinner made me disappointed as I had informed the hotel at least one week before check-in and I think they have ample of time to adjust the menu for me. I’ve been to some other hotspring hotels with same request of not eating beef. They had changed my menu to chicken, pork or seafood like fish or shrimp and provide the equivalent size of meat for replacement.

Ben gestiti i resort con servizio di lusso. Situati in un ambiente molto tranquillo, che affronta campi e montagne di paddy. The dinner and breakfast meals are relatively ‘formal’ but love the variety of traditional Japanese food and the meticulous service by the crew, especially Tami who speaks very good English and introduced us to many local attractions.

Hotel di notte bellissimo e carino con personale molto utile. Questa volta ci sono due bagni privati di notte nella nostra stanza, una indoor e una in aria libera. È molto all'interno della struttura e rilassante. La qualità dei cibi è stata anche eccellente. L'ingresso all'hotel non è facile da trovare, perché la strada può essere piena di persone e il segno di ingresso non è così visibile. Potresti voler chiedere aiuto contattando l'hotel se hai problemi a trovare l'ingresso, soprattutto quando sei in moto per la prima volta.

Il processo di check-in era regolare. Non c'era carta di camera fornita; invece, mi è stata data una password per accedere alla mia stanza, che era stato indicato su un documento ufficiale. Si prega di prendere una foto della password e tenerla al sicuro, come avrete bisogno durante il vostro soggiorno. Poiché non c'è carta da camera, non c'è anche alcun processo di check-out formale, semplicemente vuoi la stanza alla data e all'ora di check-out designate. La stanza era spaziosa e ben attrezzata con tutte le attrezzature, tra cui un distributore d'acqua, uno spazio in veste, un balcone, una TV e un bagno. Durante il mio soggiorno non c'era nessun servizio di custodia, quindi dovrai tenere la stanza pulita. Tuttavia, il personale dell'hotel ha messo gentilmente i nuovi asciugamani e le nuove attrezzature in un cestino fuori dalla stanza ogni giorno per gli ospiti. L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione Beppu, anche se richiede un po' di cammino per arrivarci. Per i negozi di comodità, dovrete camminare un po' più in direzione della Torre Beppu. L'hotel offre anche un drink benvenuto al lobby e dispone di asciugamani a secco operati con moneta sul primo piano. In generale, consiglio di rimanere in questo hotel.
